Hi! I am getting any errors since yesterday thatZapier connection to BigQuery is not possible. While reconnection, I am getting this error. Any ideas, what should I do to fix this? there were no changes on my side, so I have a feeling this is Zapier bug...

Error: The app returned "Failed to create channel ".

Hey team. I want to implement Zapier for my new company and I'm having troubles with using Zapier at all. I went under my personal account just to test some zaps and see if they could show Zapier’s value to my CEO.  I couldn't even make the first Zap as it keeps switching off. I'll put here what happened so far. Hope you can help me out.  Step 1 - New spreadsheet row in Google SheetsStep 2 - Create spreadsheet row in Google SheetsThe point of it is so that when a row is added to one Sheet, it adds the same information to another spreadsheet and avoids double the work. But I get the error:Step 1 - New Spreadsheet Row in Google SheetsThe app returned "Failed to create channel".I rebuilt the zap from scratch, I tried to create it as a whole new zap and it just keeps turning it off. Can someone help me?

Reddit Zaps not finding search query in comments

I noticed a while back that my Reddit Zap run action frequency dropped dramatically out of nowhere (see task-graph image). My Zap is configured to search Reddit Comments and Posts for a query, filter out certain instances of the query, then send a channel message in Slack. Looking into what was happening, I noticed that the Zap wasn't grabbing all of the comments with my query, just the posts with query in the title or the body. To double check it wasn’t my filter, I tested this with a new query and was able to replicate the issue with a new Zap searching for a different query. It too will only send posts that include the query to my slack channel and not comments.I reached out to Zapier Support who told me they’ve reported this as a bug but that it likely won’t get a fix unless some additional folks report the issue as well. I’m posting this here to try to drum up support for my cause. Has anyone else noticed this?

Some AirTable fields do not show up as Action options when linking to Google Sheets?

I am trying to update a Google sheet when I add or update a record in AirTable; however when I go through the mapping process when setting up the action, some of my fields (two URL fields and 1 date field) do not show up as options to map. These cells have contents in AirTable. I have also tried to update the zap, refresh the fields, completely recreate the zap, and attempt both with empty AT cells and filled AT cells. Nothing is working. Any advice?

Failed to find a file in OneDrive: While requesting "dev_method" from OneDrive we ran into an error: The app returned "The resource could not be found.".

Hi Team, I am getting some kind of a strange issue while trying to do a Find File in OneDrive. I get the below message whenever I try to search for a file that does not have “testing” in the file name. If I use “Testing” followed by any other word, then it works. However, when I use the actual name of the file, it does not find the file. The file is same, it has the same level of access and owner is the account that is connected to the Zap. The file name is becoming an irritant for me. Could you please help resolve. ERROR MESSAGEFailed to find a file in OneDriveWhile requesting "dev_method" from OneDrive we ran into an error: The app returned "The resource could not be found.".

WordPress: Can't find the right post type

Hi, I have a WordPress blog using Neptune - Theme for Food Recipe Bloggers & Chefs (https://themeforest.net/item/neptune-theme-for-food-recipe-bloggers-chefs/12915290) and I would like to automatically post on my Facebook page a post each time I publish on my blog a new recipe. I have already managed to connect my WordPress blog to Zapier. I am building my zap but in the 1st section New Post on WordPress, I can’t find the right post type that matches my recipe page.

I’m trying to duplicate all events in google cal (existing, future, created and invited ones)Such that the duplications start date is -14 hours beforeSo in the ZAP Action, under field named “Start Date & Time”I tried (according to instructions here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496307860109 )to use “`Start Time Pretty`-14h”but it just gives me the error:“”“The app returned "The specified time range is empty.".”””I tried to use “`Event Begins Pretty`-14h”and it duplicated successfully however it completely ignored the -14h part so the destination event remained on the same date instead of having it -14h before.How do I resolve this?

Excel Data Refresh: Columns Not Populating & Custom Pill Mapping Not Working

Hello,  I am attempting to utilize an excel document in my OneDrive for lookup-values. The first step is successfully recognizing the excel document & all related fields within the table (See “FindRow”).  The subsequent steps to utilize the said columns are not populating (see “DataFieldsNotPopulating”).  Even after following the custom pill mapping steps (see “CustomPillMapping”), the resulting fields are not populating.  - in this example the custom pill was to pull form column E & the prior excel lookup step is 203356071 within the zap workflow, so the resulting custom pill coding I believe is: {{203356071_COL$E}} Does anyone have any advise on additional steps I can take so the fields will be recognized?  Thanks,Joe

Looping Overwriting ClickUp labels, not adding

I have a Zap setup that loops through the different selections in a multiple choice field on Jotform, and then uses those outputs to find the corresponding ClickUp input key in a Zapier table and then update a ClickUp Labels field with the output from the looping and table lookup. However, if there are multiple selections then the Zap seems to only input one label, not all of the labels Can someone advise?

Not all Facebook pages appearing in Facebook Messenger

This post was split from the topic: Facebook page not showing as option when creating ZapI’ve been having the same problem - zapier only detects one of my facebook pages and none of the new pages i’ve created. I’ve disconnected and reconnected my facebook account from zapier over 100 times literally - it will not detect new pages. I’m the creator of the pages and have all the access.. why is it not working? i don’t understand what troy’s message means.. i’m even using a paid version of zapier and still can’t get support on this

Hi, I want to set up my first AI zap with OpenAI’s API, but keep on running into the same error: This is despite that I have a paid OpenAI account. On the website, it says I have a bunch of usage left, so I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.  I’ve also tried to generate a new API key already & re-sync the account with Zapier.Appreciate your help!

Resolving .txt file upload issue instead of .wav/.mp3 files when downloading from Dropbox link

Hi,I work for a music producer and I sort through the loops/samples they get sent in their gmail inbox. I want to make a Zap whichdetects a new email with a dropbox link in it Downloads audio from link (usually a folder containing audio) Uploads audio to a specified folder (folder name from dropbox should be folder name in specified folder)I currently have step 1 and 3 working but every time it uploads a .txt file. Majority of files are .wav or .mp3.Im using a domain name gmail so I have no restrictions

{{zap_meta_human_now}} defaulting to GMT

Hello,I have my Zapier account configured to America/Los Angeles.I have some date-time fields in Airtable which Zapier writes to.I usually use the {{zap_meta_human_now}} value and the times display correctly in Airtable (where the fields are configured to display local time).  To be precise, the time displays correctly across user timezones, and is correct to the hour throughout the year whether in daylight savings time or standard time.Since 6/30/2022 the records I have such configurations writing to have been getting their time values set to what looks like GMT hours.Switching the Zapier time setting to {{zap_meta_pst_iso}} gets me in the ballpark, but now if I need correct to the hour timestamps, I will have to update all my zaps every six months for daylight saving.What happened that cause {{zap_meta_human_now}} to stop behaving?Thanks!

Having Formatting Issues with Text Formatter

Hey All, THE ISSUE:I am currently feeding data into Mojo that is inconsistent when it comes to formatting or capitalization. They are addresses for properties but many times the town is written in all capital letters (i.e.:  123 First St. THISTOWN, NJ) & the Street is written in the correct format & what I am trying to do is have the format be 123 First St. Thistown, NJ when it feeds into my CRM through the formating Zap.The same applies for names of the owners, as many times there are 2 owners which when combined & sent through the Zap is filling in the owners First & Last Names in the First Name Field of my CRM. Address Example of Raw Data: Zap Results as per Test through Text Forrmatter by Zapier: Name Example of Raw Data: However, this is how it is still showing up in my CRM:First & Last Name ALL in the First Name Field... Town still being CAPATILIZED...  DESIRED SOLUTION:I have set up this Zap and passed all the tests and when I look at the information that the

i have set up a second zap. when a new email/attachment from outlook comes in from a particular person/subject i wanted the attachment to be saved to dropbox. However, when i run a test it only saves a text file?  am i missing something?

Move Filled PDF from PDF Filler to Google Drive

Hello, I have two Zaps set up with the ultimate goal of getting Typeform responses moved into a downloadable PDF in Google Drive. The first Zap is running successfully, which is taking Typeform responses and moving them into a template in PDF Filler, then creating a new PDF document with the user’s email address as the file name. The second Zap is giving me a headache, and that’s moving that completed PDF from PDF Filler to Google Drive. I can only generate a .txt file in Google Drive, and I do not have the option to select a file as shown in the Zapier documentation. This is the same problem described in this form post, but changing that first step isn’t solving my problem. Any help is much appreciated!
