DocuSign integration where the 'New folder' trigger isn't detecting any folders.

For my DocuSign integration. My trigger is New folder in DocuSign to create stuff in other apps. Its not seeing any folders in my DocuSign. I've tried doing a test example and waiting then making a folder and seeing if it works but it does not. I need help.

Hi @garrett_1 

Good question.

The Zap trigger for DocuSign New Folder is scheduled meaning that it can take from 1-15 minutes for the Zap to fire when ON depending on your Zapier plan.

Its been 3 hours and it still hasnt done anything

Check your DocuSign Zap app connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections

 

I was able to test successfully.

Yup there is no history of it running.

It just wont detect any folders in docusign

Are you adding Folders in DocuSign to the DocuSign account that is connected to Zapier?

Are you adding Folders to DocuSign after the Zap has been turned ON?

Try adjusting this setting in DocuSign:

To work, the Sending Setting "Allow sender to download form data" must be enabled for the account in Docusign here

ive deleted it and remade the zap. Removed and added the connections and it just wont work

What DocuSign plan you’re currently on? Asking as I spotted in the help documentation that Zaps using a Envelope sent or completed trigger require a paid DocuSign plan, or they won’t trigger: Zap with Envelope sent or completed trigger not triggering/can't pull samples

So I’m wondering if it’s a similar situation with the New Folder trigger. Do you think that could be the case here or are you already on a paid DocuSign plan?
