Hi. I’m having trouble setting up a Zap to connect our Memberful to Mighty Networks. What I’d like to do is have a Zap runs when a user creates a new Memberful subscription. The Zap should send an invitation to the user to join our Mighty Network.When I run a test, I receive an error that says: Failed to create a member in Mighty NetworksThe app returned "Invalid Emails: john.doe@example.com".This error occurs when I set the Memberful trigger to fire on “Subscription Created” and “Order Purchased.” Thank you!
Hi, I am trying my best but no idea how to do it.So we use Monday.com for the CRM and for the contact list. We also use open phone. We would like to create a lead in monday.com once we receive a call in Openphone. so the problem is that it So its to create it automatically in Monday.com when we receive the call, but it just creates duplicate every time. How do we stop it create duplicate and just update the one that is already created?
Hi, although it seems that new sticky notes in Mural are recognised by Notion and a new entry to a Notion database is made, the contents (text) from that sticky is not recognised. When testing the zap, before publishing, the sticky note with its properties are found, except for the text:Your help is much appreciated :)
I am trying to setup a filter on a stripe new subscription event.Under Filter setup & testing, I am not seeing the field I need to test for.I suspect not all transactions with have this meta field. How do I select the ‘only continue field’ if that meta field is not included in the sample data?Thanks
Hello, I am trying to create a zap that connects Nutshell and Proposify. What I hope to accomplish is: A new lead is created, the Sales Lead can check the details of the lead, and if it passes certain parameters, move the lead into the qualified stage, then a proposal is generated to a specific proposal template from the qualified leads. I am able to create the filter that only qualified leads go to Proposify. But I want a “new" lead to stay new even when time has passed.Something like: PATH A: If there is a qualified new lead created, create a proposal. PATH B: If there is a new lead that’s not qualified, check again (the lead maybe qualified now), and then if so create the proposal.When the zap checks for new leads, does it only look for new leads since the last check? Or is there a way to determine how far back it checks.
Hello ! I have some issues with a zap. When I look for the form fields, the fiel message don’t appear. I’ve tried to read the 2 or 3 thread about the same issue but the solutions didn’t work… I tried to “reload” the fields after a test but nope. A field with a name “Message contact 2) appear but don’t work :/ Thanks for your time !
Hi GuysI have a bitrix24 list with a number of list entry types as the targetI have data coming in from a gravity form that has the list in the field delimited with commas. I have tried transforming that to semicolons.Bitrix wont take the list in at all. It will only allow zapier to assign (basically like a checkbox) a list item but not import existing data.Any ideas?
I need to be able send customers group of coupon codes. So the ideal workflow would be Customer fills out form on Squarespace → Zapier searches in Google Sheets for a range of codes → Google Sheets exports codes in emails to customer → Google Sheets updates list of codes to make them ‘used’ I found a really helpful article for doing this for a single coupon code (linked below), but need to be able to do this for batches of 5-10 coupons codes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I have set up zapier to pull new shopify blog post into my company linkedin page. It works however it shows it in html format in linkedin. Does anyone know how I can get linkedin to show it rendered correctly instead of showing all the code <b> <font> etc?
Hi, I’m new to using pdffiller to trigger zaps but it looks like it could really work in my workflow. However I’m having trouble setting it up (to trigger new record creation in my database, Ninox). I have created one document in pdf filler set it as a template and provided a share link. I’ve created a Zap which triggers when “New Filled Form in pdfFiller” and I’m expecting when that shared document is filled in by a user, that the trigger will run. It *does* run when I edit the Zap and look for a new record manually and test the trigger, but it never (and I mean never) runs automatically. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong here? Thanks!
Hello. I have an airtable table set up and I would like to trigger an openAI prompt/completion when a new record is added to a column titled "Job Description". I have linked the correct base and table. But in the prompt input for openAI I don't get the option for the column in the drop down. I tried linking it by using {{'Job Description'}} but it shows a little !Job Description badge and when run pulls in no data . However if i select a populated cell the prompt triggers and returns data as expected? Any help would be awesome.🙌
I have a Zap created that triggers when a contact in pipelinepro books an appointment that should trigger off a Docusign Template for signatures. It worked yesterday but is not working today and says Could not create signature request: INVALID_USERNAME_FOR_RECIPIENT: The user name for the recipient is invalid. The user name is invalid for recipient. When creating a template I see nowhere to create a username, only a Role which was selected in the Zap settings. I don’t know what to do and am especially bugged that it works and now doesn’t work.
