How to create a detailed event in Google Calendar for a specific technician in ServiceTitan

Creating the detailed event works perfect but it creates on all (3) technicians calendars. In the “Create detailed event in Google” trigger I have selected a single technician (I have done this in two additional Zaps). That didn’t work, still getting entries on all three calendars. I then added a “Filter Condition” with the same technician selected. That didn’t work, still getting entries on all three calendars. I moved this filter in various positions with the same negative results. Any ideas how get these three zaps to only work on the correct technician and thus the correct email?

Email address defaults to my email in Zapier response

hi guys!I’m ready to cry, I don’t know WHY it’s not working.I’m creating my first zap and it's supposed to be a pretty straightforward one. A user registers for an event on our website. I receive an email with the new registration. I want Zapier to reply back to the user confirming their registration. In step 1, I specified the subject line of the emails that should be considered a trigger. In step 2, I extracting user email address to reply to in Step 3 (it pulls it correctly).In step 3, when I test it, “Data in” looks great! “To” has the correct user email address BUT the field “To” in  “Data out” for some reason defaults to my email address.I tested and troubleshooted and now loosing my mind help 😵I was also hoping to add a ical file with the event details but at this point not sure if I can get there….

How to send Asana subtasks to Connecteam as sub-jobs in Zapier

Hi Zapier Community,I'm working on a Zap that pulls in subtasks from Asana and sends them to Connecteam as sub-jobs. I've managed to retrieve and format the subtasks using a combination of "Split Text by Line" and "Line Itemizer" in Formatter by Zapier. The output looks correct and shows a list of subtask names.However, when I hit the Connecteam step (Create Job With Sub-Jobs), I get the following error:Required field "Title" (subJobTitle) is missing.I've tried mapping the output from the Formatter step, and I can see the subtasks listed in the "Data Out" section, but it looks like they’re not coming through in the structure Connecteam needs.If anyone has successfully passed multiple subtasks into Connecteam sub-jobs, or has insight into how exactly the line item format should be structured for Connecteam to recognize each one as a subJobTitle, I’d really appreciate your input!Thanks in advance,

Unable to setup a new Jotform to send data to Jobber via Zapier

I am using jotform - I use zapier to send data into jobber - works fineI created a new form - i am having problems with setting it up to send data - via zapier - to jobber. How do I clone the working zap or .. what’s the easiest way - I tried recreating zap but it still doesn’t workIf anyone could help me

Wix form submission notification seems to stop after zap

Hi, I’m currently using Zapier to connect Wix and Mailchimp. I have a Zap set up where a specific form submission on Wix triggers an update to our Mailchimp subscriber list. Previously, before setting up the Zap, we would receive email notifications whenever a user submitted this form. However, after creating the automation, the form submission notifications have stopped. I’m trying to determine whether this issue is related to the Zapier automation setup or something that changed within the Wix form settings. Could you please help clarify what might be causing this and how we can restore the submission notifications while keeping the Zap active?

Zapier Error: SMS Phone Number not transferring from Bark.com to Mailchimp

I’m using Zap to send lead information from Bark.com To my Mailchimp contacts. All the info gets transfered over to Mailchimp smoothly, except for the SMS phone number.Any thoughts on this?

Single-run step after loop?

I’m running a loop to find multiple files that I then want to attach to a Gmail draft. Is there a way to add a step after the loop has iterated through all the inputs on which I’m searching, and then attach all the found files to the draft? That is––is there a way to add a step after the loop has stopped? (Apologies if this is too newbie of a question!)

Person not linked to organization in Pipedrive

my steps1.Contact Sent From Bot (tidio integration)2.Find organization (create new one if one doesnt exist)3.Find person (create new one if one doesnt exist)3.Create lead using the person and orgwhen i create the lead it assigns the organization correctly using the id, however my contact does not have any organization assigned, zapier does not give any error message

Wix Store product name filter not working in Zapier

I had a Zap set up to add customers to a Mailerlite group when making a purchase through Wix Stores.I could only do this by filtering by product name (see screenshot) and a word from the product name eg ‘The April Accelerator’ and until today this was working perfectly.Now all zaps have stopped working. Product name no longer seems to be an option and I’m struggling to find the ‘new’ equivalent so I can filter the right products to the right Mailerlite groups. Now when a customer buys anything, because the filter is no longer valid, every single one is throwing out an error.Anyone able to help me?I have the same issue with a Zap that starts with the same trigger and filter then sends data to Airtable. I’m new to all this!  Thank you in advance!  First 2 screenshots from original Zaps and 3rd from a new zap starting from scratch where there is no ‘product name’ option anymore.

Syncing opportunity stages between simPRO and LeadConnector based on job status

I currently have a zap when a quote or a job is created in simPRO, I want to create an opportunity (LeadConnector) in a selected pipeline (achieved) but what I can’t manage to get to work is when the opportunity is added to the pipeline I need it to match the status in simPRO (e.g. Job Scheduled, Job Complete). So what I have done is create the pipeline stages to match (exactly) to the status in simPRO but still unable to get it to work. Obviously the second part of this is to update the opportunity based on status so it mimics the status in simPRO.

How to fix WhatsApp authentication issues after upgrading Zapier

I upgraded my Zapier account and now I need to allow Zapier access to my WhatsApp Notifications Account.  I enter my WhatsApp number and it sends me the code, however, when I enter the code and click the “Yes, Continue To WhatsApp notifications” button, the screen locks up and I can’t progress any further. How can I resolve this (Mac Book / Google Browser).

Why is Zapier creating duplicate entries in my Google Sheets?

It continues to make duplicate entries in the google sheet when it is instead supposed to find and update it and only create a new one when one is now found!No matter what it just creates a new one, it comes form an autonumber in airtable and is pasted there the first time it creates the row so the format should be exactly the same!The only confusing thing is that the sheet it is searching is hidden in sheets. But I un-hid it and it still did the same thing… What is broken

How to pass Content-Type in a Custom Request header to avoid errors

When I pass Content-Type through Header in Custom Request the error I get is Failed to create a request in Webhooks by ZapierThe app returned "400".If I don’t pass the Content-Type my API gets failed as it is not able to reserialize the data sent to a object.

Help Required with Looping Line Items - Creating a Sale Order in Cin7 Core from a HubSpot Deal

So as the title suggests, I’m trying to create a Sales Order in Cin7 Core when a Deal is created in a certain pipeline and stage in HubSpot.I’m 90% there, in that, when there was only 1 line item, the order was created perfectly.The issue arises when there are multiple line items in the Deal.  There are two different issues I experience when I apply different approaches:When I remove the Filter (stage 8), then the Zap creates separate Sales Orders for each line item. When I use the Filter to close the loop, only 1 of the line items is picked up in the Sales Order.I’m new to Zapier and Looping in particular, so any help or advice would be gratefully received!  I assume it’s something simple like a step in the wrong place but I’m open to any feedback.  The Delay step is only there as a test to see if it helped (it didn’t).Thanks!

How to add new test data for Zapier e-commerce tests

 We are testing a zap and it’s bringing in some test data - great!Issue is, this test data is sparse. While name and order status are good, it seems no products (we’re using this with an e-commerce website) selections were included in the data so we see a row of zeros where we should see;SKUProduct NameTotal ItemsOptions (size).etc.Not seeing a richer set of test data, it’s hard to image and test orders that may have multiple items purchased with various options etc.Is there any method to input a new set of test data for Zapier use?Outside of this we will have to place an order on the website & refund that order for each test.

How to add multiple owner names in Monday.com connected boards

Hi,I have a workflow where I can sometimes receive up to 5 owner names from a real estate prospecting service. I set it up to check if an owner name exists, and if it does, I want it added to the property. However, in Monday.com, the field is a connected board, and it looks like it’s only accepting one name.How can I add multiple names? What am I doing wrong?

Why Does the Zapier Dropdown Hide Attachments Unless I Search for Them?

I’m using Zapier to fetch emails with attachments (e.g., from Gmail’s “New Email Matching Search” trigger). In my action step, when I type / to insert data from the previous step, the dropdown only shows “Attachment 1” even though the email has two attachments. However, if I search for “attachment” in the dropdown, both “Attachment 1” and “Attachment 2” appear. Screenshot 1: Here’s what I see when I type /—only “Attachment 1” shows up. Screenshot 2: Here’s what I see after searching “attachment”—both attachments are listed. Why does the dropdown hide “Attachment 2” initially? How can I make it show all attachments without needing to search every time? I’ve tested with an email containing two attachments, and the trigger output includes both, but the UI doesn’t reflect this unless I search. Is this a sample data issue or a UI limitation? Account connection expired: Reconnect not possible ⁉️

Hello Zapier community! 👋I would like to do a zap between Jotform and Trello. While selecting my event and choosing “Jotform” I get this message:“This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect the account before continuing. Learn more” Okay. I try to reconnect and get a selection to choose between :Account HIPAA Compliant? → Yes / No Do You Use European Datacenters? → Yes / No HIPAA Compliant: Capture meaningful health data with Jotform → not relevant for me → I select no.European Datacenters: I’m in Europe, but in my Jotform account I use an American server, apparently. If I want to change, I need to upgrade, but I don’t need this option → I select no. I confirm and click on allow to authorize Zapier to my Jotform. Nothing happens. The message still remains: “This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect”. What can I do? Please help. 🙏 The Jotform support could not help me.
