Quickbooks Online - New Invoice Trigger Unreliable

I have a Zap with a Quickbooks “New Invoice” Trigger that is not working reliably. Sometimes the Zap will trigger instantly, other times it will take multiple hours to trigger, other times it won’t trigger at all.There are never any errored Zaps, it either works or it doesn’t show up in the Zap history at all. Because of this it is my suspicion that something is going wrong on Quickbooks end, so there isn’t much I can do to troubleshoot. The Trigger is supposed to always be an Instant Trigger, so it seems like the quickbooks API is simply not sending some of the New Invoice Events. The Zap is sending invoice information to our Airtable for Order Processing purposes, so if an invoice doesn’t get sent via the zap it can cause an order to go missing. So it’s pretty important for this Zap to work reliably. Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything I can do to mitigate it?

Squarespace Zap not runningBeginner

Squarespace Form Submission > ClickUp Zap not running

I have a zap all set up with no errors showing and App connections checked however nothing is running. When I do a test run it sends the data to ClickUp however when I complete the form in Squarespace, nothing happens. I can’t see what the issue would be. Any thoughts?

Failed to find a recording in Zoom: The app returned "This recording does not exist"

Steps so far Trigger = Zoom - New Meeting Ended THEN Dropbox Create Folder (Fields = Formatter output used to get the date + Topic) -- That works. THEN Find Recording and Download - HELP NEEDED Using the “Meeting UUID” from the trigger, BUT results = Failed to find a recording in Zoom Also I don’t see settings to say where it should downloaded to. (that’s where I thought I would specify the Dropbox folder just created) Q1. How can I accomplish this? AIM: Once meeting finished > Create a Dropbox folder (date + topic name) THEN upload (from Zoom cloud to Dropbox) all the files type (video, screen share, audio, chat, transcript etc), THEN rename the files (Date + topic name + file descriptor eg - speaker view with shared screen). The video files are bigger than 500MB so I can’t use the ‘Upload to Dropbox’ action. Zoom Settings: [Admin] Meetings set to store in Zoom Cloud, Authentication and passcode settings are toggled off (as recommended by zapier V. Assistant). Used meeting recorded af

YouTube videos not appearing after upload via Zap

There are no errors at all but I cannot see my video in the youtube channel. It used to upload well before the deactivation of my channel but now this isnt working anymore. please help, thank you. ​​​​​​ I got answered my zapier like below. I think the third and fourth might my case. How do I ensure that if my youtube channel is mapped properly? Upload issues: If you're experiencing a "SoftTimeLimitExceeded" error, it means the upload process is taking longer than 3 minutes. Try compressing your video to speed up the upload. Upload limits: If you're on a Free or Trial plan, you're limited to 5 video uploads per day. To upload more, consider upgrading to a paid plan. Video visibility: We can only find public videos. If your videos are set to private or unlisted, they won't be detected by Zapier. Channel ID: Ensure you've correctly mapped your YouTube Channel ID in the Channel field of your Zap.

Quickbooks Online Multiple Line Invoice Product / Service Mapping from Cognito Forms

We use an insertion order in Cognito Forms to trigger a Quickbooks Online Invoice. We’ve been able to pass the multiple line item details to QBO with the proper description and amounts, however we are unable to map the corresponding Product / Service to the invoice line items and all line items are defaulting to “Service”. We’ve stored the QBO product ids as a value in the form and are passing them to the QBO step using Formatter, however we are receiving an error on QBO invoice creation because the Zap is not reading the values as an array, but instead is removing the comas and combining the values into a single string. Here is the input to formatter. Here is the output from formatter. Here is the input to the line item details in QBO. Here is the QBO output and error message on invoice creation. As you can see above, we are passing csv and the error message looks like it is removing the commas and converting the array of QBO product ids into a single numeric string which is not a val

Looping through array of objects

Hello, I have a search step that only returns the values of the first object. The output of the search step if done using an actual API call would be: output: [{foo1: bar}, {foo2: bar}, etc] Doing this call search using a JS fetch wouldn’t really be possible as it requires a cookie, hence why using Zapier for the OAuth is really useful for automation. However Zapier only outputs the information of the first object in the array, and I cannot find a way to be able to loop through this step as there is no way of referencing it without referencing an actual preview which will not loop at all. I am aware that if the creator of the integration was to have it as an array of one object which contains all the results it would work, like: [case: {{foo1: bar}, {foo2: bar}, etc}] But this isn’t possible to request for as it would potentially break other functionality. Is it literally not possible? Trying to have a code step doesn’t really work as I can’t specify an input without referencing the se

Authentication errors with TrustPilot

A few weeks ago, Zapier told us to expect authentication errors with zaps that connect to TrustPilot and that we would need to reconnect our zaps. We did that and all was fine, however, several times since, the same has happened. We need to keep reconnecting our zaps with TrustPilot and rerunning the failed zaps. Is Zapier aware of an ongoing and intermittent problem with this integration, or is it just us for some reason?

GoTo Webinar Find Webinar action doesnt actually find any webinars

I have tried making a dynamic zap that finds the correct webinar to add members to using naming conventions in Facebook Ads. As the Find Webinar tool needs Start time and Title i’ve named the ads (*Start time | *Title*) example (TUE, APR 22, 2025 1:00 PM | Exclusive Webinar: Maximize the uptime of your CNC Machine tending. (UK)) This doesn’t find any webinars. I’ve attached pictures of the event and setup. Syncing opportunity stages between simPRO and LeadConnector based on job status

I currently have a zap when a quote or a job is created in simPRO, I want to create an opportunity (LeadConnector) in a selected pipeline (achieved) but what I can’t manage to get to work is when the opportunity is added to the pipeline I need it to match the status in simPRO (e.g. Job Scheduled, Job Complete). So what I have done is create the pipeline stages to match (exactly) to the status in simPRO but still unable to get it to work. Obviously the second part of this is to update the opportunity based on status so it mimics the status in simPRO.

Quickbooks Online - New Payment Trigger Unreliable

Similar to what I am seeing reported elsewhere in this forum specifically @Printerpart... I have a Zap with a Quickbooks “New Payment” Trigger that is not working reliably. I noticed this yesterday, April 2nd. I attempted to turn the zap off and turn back on. This didn’t seem to work, so I recreated the flow in a new zap. This newly created zap is also experiencing the same issues. Sometimes the Zap will trigger instantly, other times it will take multiple hours to trigger, other times it won’t trigger at all.There are never any errored Zaps, it either works or it doesn’t show up in the Zap history at all. I have spent a ton of time troubleshooting this and I am at my wits end. The Trigger is supposed to always be an Instant Trigger, so it seems like the quickbooks API is simply not sending some of the New Payment Events. This is part of a service fulfillment workflow so it’s pretty important for this Zap to work reliably. Please advise on what can be done to mitigate.

Quickbooks Online New Expense trigger not reliable

I created a simple Zap to copy transaction data from Quickbooks Online to a Google Sheet. The tests work and the trigger works, but only sometimes. The trigger I am using is the “New Expense In Quickbooks Online”. When this trigger fires, I am looked at one of the data elements for a match. The issue is, the trigger only works sometimes. I am an accountant and add transactions for clients from their “Bank Feeds”. When I don’t know how to categorize a transaction, I copy it to a Google Sheet so the client can look at it and tell me how it needs to be coded. I create multiple new expense transactions in the same exact way, but the trigger only fires on some of them and doesn’t fire at all on others, even for very very similar transactions. Is anybody having issues like this with Zapier’s integration with Quickbooks Online? The issue is NOT the Filter by Zapier because regardless of whether I have a match, the trigger should activate EVERY time a new expense transaction is added in Quickb

Error: image is incompatible with nvarchar(max)

Error has just start to occur the last couple of weeks. We have a fairly basic application form in Formidable Form and Zapier seems to think its an image datatype when it should be an nvarchar. This is the error: The app returned "(pyodbc.DataError) ('22018', '[22018] [FreeTDS][SQL Server]Operand type clash: image is incompatible with nvarchar(max) (206) (SQLParamData)')". Any ideas?

Chatbot button not appearing in Zapier during setup

I am creating a Zap for my Chatbot so that when my customer clicks Where’s My Package? it will prompt a response asking for the customer to enter information and then query ShipStation for a response. The issue that I am having is that when I am setting up step 1, the Chatbot appears but the buttons do not.

How to fix WhatsApp authentication issues after upgrading Zapier

I upgraded my Zapier account and now I need to allow Zapier access to my WhatsApp Notifications Account. I enter my WhatsApp number and it sends me the code, however, when I enter the code and click the “Yes, Continue To WhatsApp notifications” button, the screen locks up and I can’t progress any further. How can I resolve this (Mac Book / Google Browser).

Why is Zapier creating duplicate entries in my Google Sheets?

It continues to make duplicate entries in the google sheet when it is instead supposed to find and update it and only create a new one when one is now found! No matter what it just creates a new one, it comes form an autonumber in airtable and is pasted there the first time it creates the row so the format should be exactly the same! The only confusing thing is that the sheet it is searching is hidden in sheets. But I un-hid it and it still did the same thing… What is broken

Mollie payment trigger not starting automatically in Zapier

Hello! I have a problem with a Zap from Mollie, I have set up a Zap that when a payment is made automatically sets a field in google sheet to paid, when it is set to paid another Zap starts. Now the Zap is set up all right, with testing everything works fine too. Only the trigger is not started automatically, the Zap is only started when a payment link is created, due to a filter in the Zap the Zap does not continue. The strange thing is that the Zap is not started when a payment is made, it seems that it does not get anything in from Mollie. Does anyone have the same problem or know how I can fix this? My Zap: So when I click Find new records myself it gets the correct data, but this does not happen when the zap is just on

Update Dynamics fields with blank values from Monday board?

I am having trouble figuring this one out. We use Zapier to sync updates on a Monday board to fields in Dynamics. Our Monday board has columns that are dropdowns to select users assigned to a specific task. Sometimes a user is unassigned and the field on the Monday board is cleared, but Zapier does not recognize this and does not clear the field in Dynamics, it retains the previous value. How can I update my Zap to recognize these blank values and clear the field in Dynamics?

Syncing phone numbers between simPRO and High Level for opportunity updates

When creating a new quote / job in simPRO. I want to be able to create / update an opportunity in High Level (Lead Connector). Straight forward enough but for some reason I cannot extract the phone number from the contact selected for the quote / job? These details are available when I update a subscriber to Mail Chimp, I am not sure why the phone no. is not available when performing the desired action with High Level (Lead Connector).
