I have set up a Zap to trigger when there is a new order. When I test the connection it’s all good.When I test it to get new orders, it gets them.When I run the Zap and a new order comes in, nothing happens.It’s like the zap is not checking for new orders, I have to run a test to get them.
Hello,We have a single-step zap set up so that when we update a client profile in one database, it updates that client profile in a second database. We noticed that for a couple of client profiles, one update created 3 different zap runs (and was also counted as 3 separate tasks as a result). We can’t figure out why this zap ran 3 times for a single update, and also how to stop this from happening. We have exceeded our usage for this month because of all these extra zaps and don’t want this to happen again. Please help! Here is a screenshot of the zap configuration:
Post Message to Facebook Group error - "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"
I have had a long running (for years) Zap that recently started throwing errors.Last Error Free run was: Jun 05, 2021 12:19:59 pmThe errors appear to be coming from Facebook and consist of "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"The odd thing is that the content is still posted to the group. Unfortunatly Zappier does not know this so after many failures it will disable the Zap and I will have to re-enable it.
I’m trying to make a flow where whenever I update rows in a google sheet, a phantom in phantombuster will start. However, when I put information into the google sheet, the phantom doesn’t start. I’m not entirely sure if this is a problem within phantombuster, or zapier. I have gone over my zapier flow 10 times, and everything seems like it should be working. It is also possible that I am not understanding exactly what is supposed to trigger the google sheets automation. Below is the information that is being inputted into the google sheet.The purpose of the phantom is to take the facebook profile URLs that are in the “facebook” column, and scrape them for emails. However, when I put this information onto a blank google sheet, the zapier flow doesn’t trigger. Any suggestions?
I am using a Google form I am searching for clients and I have create a zap on zapier for an automated response doing these for Patreon subscribers as well but I tested it now and I'm noticing that I'm getting an error. The error says that to send a message it needs at least one to, cc or bcc address? I'm selecting for the address to be automatically filled from the response form I believe but why do I have to do it for each of these? to, cc, bcc as subjects or what am i missing ?
My Zap creates a Doc in Panda Doc from a template (all working fine)… My Doc is showing up in panda as a draft, and then im running a pandaDoc find Doc step and its successfully finding my newly made doc… The next thing I’m trying to do is a Upload File in Google Drive step… all that I’m getting in my team drive is a blank google doc that just has the File name on it… Is there any way to get the actual template from pandadoc transferred? I have set up Zapier to create/update a prospect on Pardot whenever a LinkedIn lead gen form is filled out. The way this works--->A Zap has been created on Zapier. I have the LinkedIn app connected to a Webhook app, the Webhook will then post the form details to a formhandler on Pardot. Whenever a LinkedIn lead gen form is filled out I will also receive an email (automation on the form handler) Unfortunately sometimes a Prospect is not being created/updated - I found this out by downloading the LinkedIn Leads from LinkedIn. I am really struggling with why I am not getting the prospects created/updated on Pardot. I have checked field mappings etc and everything seems fine from that side. Im wondering if I am missing something else or if anyone else has come across similar problems?
Hi! My Zaps which always used to work suddenly don’t work anymore since today/yesterday. No changes were made to the Zaps, so this seems strange to me.The problem lies within the step “Find user by name or email in Clickup”. When I test this step I get an error: “Failed to find a user in ClickUp - Cannot read property ‘members’ of undefined” This is what I already tried/checked:The account I connected ClickUp with, is still admin in ClickUp, so this should not be an issue Reconnected ClickUp & tested the connection - was successful Created the step “Find user by name or email in Clickup” from scratch, still doesn’t work & doesn’t work with field “email” either. What can I do here so my Zaps work again? Does anyone else experience this issue out of the blue?
Hi,I have created a Zap to connect my Unbounce form submission to Mailer Lite.Zapier connects to Unbounce without a glitch and properly identifies the form I want to capture and it loads the last 3 records successfully.Same result with MailerLite, I am able to identify and select the subscriber group and the email field. When completing the test I get the following message:“A Subscriber was sent to MailerLite about 1 second ago”I proceed to publishBut I don’t get any subscriber information on MailerLite…Any ideas why the subscriber data is not populating if zapier test is successful ?Thank you,Oscar

I’m trying to grab a file attached to an Outlook email and upload to either Google Drive or OneDrive.In Outook, I have a shared inbox that I have access to, and a rule that moves specific emails to the shared inbox. Every email moved to the shared inbox will have exactly one PDF attachment.The zap fails when trying to upload the file. Everything works fine up to that point. I am trying to use the “Smartsheet Attachment to Google Drive” zap. I have it set up and it successfully sends text .txt files when I test the zap. However, when I add a file to the actual Smartsheet, nothing happens. From reading the help documentation, it appears that I am stuck at this part. I believe that I want to select “File” from that dropdown menu. But that is not an option. I have tried selecting every other option from the dropdown and it just generates a .txt file as part of the test, but nothing at all when I actually attach something to a row in the Smartsheet.Some searching in common problems with Smartsheet on the Zapier help tells me:“I can't select my Smartsheet attachments or discussions columns.There isn't currently a way to match file attachments or discussions for Smartsheet Triggers or Actions.”Basically, what I am trying to figure out is:Does the “Smartsheet Attachment to Google Drive” actually work? I have quite a few zaps utilizing Google Tasks, however I just tried creating another and I get the error “The Auth is expired” when trying to select an account. I have tried reconnecting it but to no avail. I have tried a couple other Google accounts as well and they all give me the same error. Has Zapier enabled integration with ClickFunnels 2.0 yet? I know Zapier can integrate with ClickFunnels Classic but the problem is that you can only create new funnels on 2.0 so the integration is kinda useless right now. Can somebody tell me if the new integration is on their plans or not, or if should I start searching for a new integration tool besides Zapier? Thank you very much.
I am trying to set up a zap to take information from Moday.com and populate it into a PandaDoc contract. However, it is not showing all of the fields in my template. (It is giving me a pricing table, which is not something my template has.) The fields in question are both text fields and Zapier is interacting fine with other text fields in the same template. Is there some setting Panda that I don’t know about that I need to change? As far as I can tell, the fields are the same as all the others in Panda other than their Field IDs, which I edited for my own ease of understanding. Any ideas?

Hi, I’m trying to create a Zap that will update my contact database (Airtable) whenever an email address gets marked “cleaned” by Mailchimp. I’ve set up a segment in Mailchimp that will put any contacts with a “cleaned” status into it, and in Zapier I created the following: Mailchimp New Subscriber in Segment or Tag in Mailchimp Set the correct account, audience, and segment However, once I get to test, I’m not getting any records showing up. I suspected this was because the task is for “New Subscriber” (status “subscribed”) and records with “cleaned” status are being ignored. I moved in a “subscribed” contact into this segment and Zapier did recognize it as a viable test record, which supports my hunch. My issue is now I have no way to update my Airtable to properly show which contacts are cleaned/bounced. Zapier has an event for New Unsubscribers, so I would hope I could create one similar for New Cleaned contacts, so my contact database is up to date across the board. Does anyone ha
