I am an admin with full permissions on the page, ad account, and pixel. But am getting this error message when I try to reconnect a connection that says it’s “expired”

Sub-Zap Return within Loop

Hi. I am creating a loop within Sub-Zap, and I want to return from the sub-zap after the last loop is done. But I noticed that as soon as I put “Return” into the Loop, it shows working sign and doesn’t allow me to publish. Could you help me out with that one? Goal:Create a sub-zap that will loop through some values and then it will return after the looping is finished.

How to only use zaps for one Mercury bank account, not every account associated to a single login?

Hi hi! I want to update the Zap I set up between Mercury and Slack. So the workflow trigger now, is that when a new transaction is settled, it pings a notification to a shared channel on Slack. My objective is to build a Zap that only notifies of when an inflow settled in our Deposit Mercury bank account, and ignores the checking account activities and also any outflows. The caveat is that the Mercury has two accounts associated, so it will display all the activity in there as well.. I don’t see a way to solve this even by using Path by Zapier or Filter by Zapier. Is there a way to solve this? Looking forward to getting some advice! TIA

Can I trigger automations in ActiveCampaign for multiple email addresses from Acuity?

I set up a Zap to ‘Create or Update a Contact’ to ActiveCampaign when someone makes an appointment through Acuity. I’m running into an issue however, I work with couples and in Acuity both their addresses are listed, separated by a comma. Unfortunately ActiveCampaign does’nt recognize this as 2 email addresses but rather an invalid email. Has anyone else managed to set this up so that both email addresses would be recognized and updated in AC? The end goal is to have them receive an email the day before their appointment so they can fill out a form-so suing the Acuity native reminder doesn’t work.

I want to post a comment in Jira with a link to a file I uploaded in Dropbox.

We use Jira to log and track all of our current design projects, and an impediment in our workflow is having to leave Jira to go find the design files in Dropbox. We have an assistant that posts comments to Jira when new files are uploaded to Dropbox, along with a link to the DB folder, but she spends a good chunk of her day on that. If we had a way to have Zapier post the comment when the file is uploaded, that would be a huge boost for her, and the team as a result.What I’m having trouble figuring out is how to get DB to find the name of the folder on the matching Jira task.

I’m trying to integrate docsparser with zapier but it doesn’t seem to be connecting correctly. It seems to work find and I use the API key from docsparser to connect the account in zapier. On the docsparser side it is getting the information I want. When I try to map the google sheet columns to the parsed information it doesn’t show any of the rules I made in docsparser?

Zap gives inconsistent results and I can't figure out why

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing an issue where I’ve set up a zap to add or update a subscriber in Mailchimp when a new record is created in a table in airtable, but the zap works inconsistently. As part of the zap, subscribers should be added to certain Mailchimp groups. Sometimes they are, but most often that part of the zap doesn’t work. So the subscriber is added to Mailchimp, but not added to the prescribed groups. Any idea how to fix this so I can rely on the zap? Thanks in advance!

Very confused with ChatGPT to google drive

I have several issues - I want to take my conversations from ChatGPT to Google Drive. I have tons of them sitting, and I don’t want to lose them. Some of these are text and some are images. I have never set up an assistant, and I am not sure if that is what I have to do first. I am not sure how to do that honestly. I assume that means I will have to manually work and save every single one prior to that? Which is fine if that is the answer. I just don’t have all the time in the world for it either. I did try to work on it, but then it asked for an API key. I clicked the link and went to create a new API key. It says I have to pay for a new one. I pay monthly for ChatGPT. Does that not include that? So now I have no clue what to do. Any help for my confusion would be appreciated as I feel really defeated right now. I have no clue where to start. Thank you so much!

Test Trigger for Slack New Public Message Posted Anywhere Returns with Error

Hello! I am currently building a Zap that pings a channel when a particular keyword is mentioned in any public channel. Have set up the keyword and even posted it in the #general channel as mentioned in the Common-problems-with-Slack page. When hitting 'Test Trigger' I see my test messages pop up for a brief second before getting the error message below(attached a .GIF of this in the thread). This prevents me from using the Zap, as it doesn't recognize my keyword in any public channel. The keyword is typed in correctly with the correct capitalization. This workflow was working in the past and now does not return a message after the keyword is mentioned. This Zap also does not function if I ‘Skip Test’ and use the placeholder test data. Gmail Attachments can't be uploaded to Google Drive because Zapier saves attachments as links.

I’ve been trying to capture the .pdf/.doc attachment from the gmail emails i receive and put them in a specific google drive. Zapier saves a link to an AWS bucket, which stops me from capturing the attachments from my gmail emails and sending them to google drive.Assuming I’m not doing anything wrong, what’s the way around this?

Hi,I have spent a few hours on Zapier try to figure out the instagram business part. I have connected my Meta account and I granted all access to Zapier, I am also the page admin, instagram account just changed to business account, but it still stuck on the configuration part, which shows no options are available. i do not understand why zaps automatically shut down when there is only partial information. we process thousands of orders from various channels including quickbooks for example, which is another story. but not all orders from various platforms provide the same data in the same place always. however, we still need the orders to populate in shipstation or they fall through the cracks. but zapier sometimes seems like the tempermental angry trash collector who will not pick it up if everything is not in the right bin. let’s just keep it moving. we can fix the order when the shipment is processed, but if it does not populate, it can easily fall through the cracks. I don’t really understand the logic behind zapier processing 90% of them and then after a time deciding that its a problem and shutting off the zap. this is also like paying a utility company for 20 years for power but then if your payment is off by 11-cents one time they shut off the power. zapier should be a conduit, to

Looking help with Zapier and Text formatting for Asana Task notes. Seems that the rich text formatting is no longer working. I’ve done many tests and can not get it to work. Picture from G Drive not showing in Monday to Linkedin zap.

Hello, i have set up a Zap that creates a post in LinkedIn when a date arrives and a status changes in Monday. The zap runs smoothly showing title, description, link URL works, except the picture, it does not appear. I have a column for Thumbnail URL which points to a Goodle Drive fully shared (anyone with the link) folder. Zap does not return an error, it simply does not show the picture. Hi there!I'm pretty sure I've run into a bug, so feel free to recategorize this.It seems like dynamic output fields are only evaluated either:Once the workflow action is fully configured and a “Test node” action is performed, or If the dynamic field generation callback is the only outputField in the outputFields listThis contradicts the documentation saying that dynamic outputFields work just like dynamic inputFields -- with dynamic inputFields, the automatic evaluation and merging seems to work as advertised.Also, it seems that the interactions with altersDynamicFields don't work at all for dynamic outputFields. I would expect that if I mark an inputField as altersDynamicFields, then a change in the inputField value would also trigger a re-evaluation of all dynamic outputFields (after all, if even the configuration of the node is dependent on this value, how can you expect dynamic outputFields to stay static?). Photo upload from CompanyCam to Google Drive folder

Hello,I am trying to make a zap (or two it seems) for myself and fellow project managers at my company. Essentially what I’m trying to create is 1 zap to create a new google drive folder when a new project is opened on the app. The second zap is to take all photos and videos uploaded to that specific project to the respective google drive folder. I’ve had success in creating new folders within a parent folder (Projects 2024). As someone who works on multiple jobs at once, I think it would be really easy to be able to switch between projects within the CompanyCam app and have it all uploaded and organized on its own. My issue is when I upload a new picture, it’s not uploaded into it’s project folder, but within the parent folder instead.zap 1, for locating if the project folder exists, if not, it creates a new onezap 2, the problem child. taking pictures within a project on CompanyCam and it not being uploaded, or in this case, not locating the folder at all. Tasks Being Held, what does that mean?

Every month I get an email telling me I have 725 tasks being held and to login to fix it. So I go in and delete the tasks being held. I have a free account, which means I am only allowed 100 zaps per month. How, then, do I have 725 “tasks” being held every single month? I don’t understand how that works.

How do I make Manychat to Kajabi work with no first name?

I’m working on a Zap for a client between Manychat and Kajabi and we’ve had a problem come up. The zap is set up so that when someone DMs their email in Instagram to opt-in for a free course, the details are sent over to Kajabi, they are added to an email sequence which send them the link to the course in the first email and then sells into my client’s program. This has been working fine but today we had someone send their email and they have no ‘name’ on their instagram profile. Because of this the zap didn’t work and they didn't get the email with the free course.Is there something I can put in to work around this in case it happens again?
