Good afternoon! I am running into an issue where my last action in a Zap returns the following message: This Microsoft SharePoint step hit an error. Error message: The app returned "Locked". The Cloudinary actions are to upload an attached image, then transform that image, then upload the transformed image to the folder that was created in the first action. What does not make sense to me is that each action works flawlessly when tested in the editor, but when I publish it and submit a new Jotform form, it results in this error. If I remove the Cloudinary actions and just use the image from the Jotform submission, it works fine. I’ve also tried various other Cloud storage options such as OneDrive and Google Drive and I receive the same error. It appears to be something with the Cloudinary actions but I’m not sure what to change since it works fine when testing in the editor. Any help would be appreciated.
Essentially i have a zapier to find an order in Shopify and then send that order and other information to salesforce, and it works perfectly when they only order one product. However, if they order two or more products the zapier breaks at a step of me sending the SKU of the item in Shopify to match the product in Salesforce as it sends every value instead of each value of the SKU seperated.
I would like to publish a Wordpress post with an image to a Instagram Story, not an Instagram Post, I don’t see how to tell Zapier to create a Instagram Story. Is it possible ? Thanks
I have a Google Spreadsheet that tracks published blog articles, with the goal to track when to close out or updated material over time. Each row contains the original publish date, article title, and URL.I’d like to set up a Zap that runs periodically (i.e., the first of each month at 5am) to update each row with that page’s views over the last 30 days, and the last 365 days—pulling from Google Analytics 4.I’m having trouble figuring out how to pull the exact metric needed to update that specific row. Example of the spreadsheet: Right now, I have—Trigger: Every 1st day of the moth at 5amFormat dates for report run: -30 days, -1 dayRun Report in GA4… But I’m stuck there. How do I get it to pull a metric for an individual page URL from a spreadsheet?

I created an automation where line items from AirTable record are “unpacked” and then processed with Looping by Zapier. Ideally I would like to send emails to each of the addresses, but I noticed that it sends me 2 identical emails to each address every time the Zap is triggered.For testing purposes, I am sending the records processed by Looping by Zapier to a Google Sheet, but as you can see the rows are duplicated each time as are my mails. Hello, good afternoon. I've been facing a problem for the past 2 days that I can't seem to resolve. I'm creating a GPT agent and configuring its actions, following the guide on actions.zapier.com.The goal of the agent is to access a Notion database through Zapier and perform queries or modifications based on user requests. Following the guide on the actions.zapier.com website, I created the actions in Zapier, enabled them, and granted the necessary permissions.I created the agent and added the schema code generated by Zapier, but when I test it, it gets stuck asking me to log in to Zapier, and the button doesn't work.I'm not sure if it's a configuration problem in the code or in the authentication section, but I would appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue.I've already tried clearing the cache, changing browsers, logging out, etc.I'll leave the code below for anyone who wants to take a look, along with screenshots. I am using the Ai message router to interpret the text from a chatbot in LeadConnector via Webhook, then route the customer into 3 separate routes, sales, tech support, or billing.After the Zi message router determines the route, I want it to add a tag to the contact in Go High Level (LeadConnector). I have 3 paths set up. If the message rute is billing, it will add the “billing” tag to the customer. When I test the action, the tag is not added.
Hi,We’ve just set up Bigin CRM and we want to capture the GCLID in form submissions in the CRM so when a lead turns into a sale, we can send offline conversion data back to Google.I know there are Zaps templates for the offline conversion bit: https://zapier.com/apps/bigin/integrations/google-adsBut I’m struggling with capturing the GCLID in Bigin in the first place.Can anyone help me?
Hey Guys, Hope you are well...Just running into an issue with Glide apps and Zoho Bigin. When I run the zap it just retruns invalid data however it dosent say what is wrong… Im assuming it has something to do with the format of the data? If you guys could help it would be a great help! I am trying to add a WooCommerce product in either single or multiple categories. There is the following post, but it does not help.I am using Airtable to pull the data and the product category is in dropdown. As you can see, there is a single or multiple categories. This is my setup for creating a product. I use Formatter by Zapier for Attributes. The categories look like this on WooCommerce. So, how do I add multiple categories in Create a Product in WooCommerce? I am sorry to say this, but this is terrible for users. There is no such an example at all. 0. How are we supposed to find how to do things? I have been struggling for days to figure this out.Thanks in advance!
Hello I am thinking about user Zapier to create an automation that creates records within Salesforce when a member of my recruitment team updates a candidate’s stage in Workable to a certain stage. In this case, would I need just 1 user since only one user needs to create the automation for the entire team. Or do I need multiple users to allow my entire recruitment team to utilise the automation on their Workable accounts? In other words, is a user the person that makes the automation, or uses it?
I have a date that i have used formatter to format in the way i need it.I want to use Zapier to pull this date to then generate the final day of the month. Any formula i have tried is not supported in Zapier. Does anyone have a good solution for this? Replacing A1 with my formatted date. Hi, I' trying to set up a filter id from Pipedrive for integration with Zerobounce but Zapier won't allow me to enter filter id. It offers me just one (seemingly random) filter, but we have many more. I can't manually input the filter id, it just won't allow me. Anyone has any solution please? My aim is for Zerobounce to check email address every time we switch a Person’s Marketing Status in Pipedrive to Subscribed. Thanks

How do I retreive a single row from a Notion database, based on a custom date field where the date is the oldest date in the database?Using the Find Database Item in Zapier returns the most recently edited page first, so that won’t work.I tried using the Notion API, but it doesn’t seem to allow me to limit the responses to only one single row (i tried using the page_size parameter, but still returns all rows):{ "filter": { "property": "Last published", "date": { "is_empty": false } }, "sorts": [ { "property": "Last published", "direction": "ascending" } ],"page_size": 1} Any idea how I get simply get the one row from my Notion database with the oldest “Last published” date, so I can use that data in Zapier?
The ProblemTitle may seem a bit confusing. What i would like to accomplish is an even spread of the same trigger down different paths with no condition. For Example: There are 10 zaps that happen and there are three paths. Path A, B, and C. The first zap runs and goes down path A, the second zap runs and goes down path B, the third zap runs and goes down path C. But then the 4th zap runs and goes down path A, the 5th down B, and 6th down C and so on. But the catch is that there is no condition separating these they simply alternate between paths in order as they come in. The GoalThe goal of this is to evenly distribute an onboarding task within ClickUp between team leads when a new client completes their first payment. Hi Zapier community, I hope someone can help me with my problem.I’m building a custom OpenAI GPT in ChatGPT that integrates with Zapier, so i have used the Actions configuration in ChatGPT and followed all the rules. I want to be able to send emails drafted by chatGPT via Zapier. So far, everything is working well except one thing. When I try to include my gmail signature in the Zapier actions site (which is pretty important for me because I need it to show my company’s credentials), it never ends up saving. For some context, here is the action i want to set up: just a simple creating draft in gmail. For the signature, I have chosen the default signature I set up in my gmail (blurred here for privacy purposes): But when I scroll down and click Done for editing old actions or Enable Action for new actions, the Signature is just never saved. It’s really incredible that JotForm lacks a straightforward ability to schedule when a form should “go live”, i.e. be enabled to accept submissions, but if that feature exists, I haven’t found it (and their Support staff don’t know about it either).So it seems like a Zap could be created with a scheduled trigger to enable the form (at the specified time/date); has anyone seen anything like this in action and if so, how was it set up and what are the advantages and disadvantages compared to the alternative of creating a cumbersome set of epoch-based date & time & show & hide conditions within the form?
I have a simple two step Zap that worked well several months ago when we last used it.The first step is New Event in Google Calendar. (This step tests fine)The second step is Create Post in Wordpress.However it is now returning a 403 error on the second step:Failed to create a post in WordPressWordPress ran into an issue. Hi everyone Trying to wrap my head around something we would like to accomplish.I work in IT for a large food service group. We have a list of sites/units we need to make sure complete a form (via smartsheet) monthly for security compliance. We want to send it weekly to the users who have not yet completed the form. We currently use mailjet for email marketing but also have the complete microsoft office 365 suite including outlook as well as smartsheet.I made a smartsheet form. I have the form move the row (which includes the email) to a completed sheet once the check off a box/complete the form. this part is working! What we ideally envisionwe would import a list of users with their unit and email. We would send all users an email via a campagin using mailjet or outlook with a link asking them to complete the compliance training.
