Harvest – New estimate trigger

I would like to create a trigger event when I save a new estimate in Harvest, that feeds through to my Pipedrive Deals but I can’t see that there is any way to do this at the moment. Does anyone know if this is possible, or could it be a potential new trigger that could be introduced?

how do i map time and date from an email to a calendar.

how do i map time and date from an email to a calendar. im converting details sent in a table form (time and date ) into a calendar event in google calendar. everything is working well but the event start and stop are using the time and date the email is sent as the event start time.  i can see in the exampler email where the date and time are mentioned on the table but it always uses the send date and time

Sharpspring - trigger when lead is updated (not created)

Hi all -I am writing a Zap to connect Sharpspring and WhatConverts.The aim is that when a lead is *updated* in Sharpspring, the Zap will check a few key fields and update that same lead in WhatConverts. The original leads are sent the other way - WhatCoverts writes them into Sharpspring via a Zap.The only trigger I can find that seems in any way suitable is---------------------------------------New LeadWhen a lead has been created in sharpspring. But I don’t want to do anything when a lead is created, only when an agent updates it in Sharpspring.Is that actually possible?Any help gratefully recieved! How to get Shopify metafields to Zapier

Hi!So my problem is basically that i need to give personalized link to customer with custom variable for my shopify product. For example if a=123 “www.shopifymyshop.com/myproduct?a=123” and customer purchases that product through link and then i could read variable “a” with Zapier. I have set up metafield for my product in shopify but i can’t see that metafield/metafield namespace/key in zapier after i make purchase and zapier shopify app gets triggered. Also zapier shopify app has option Find metafield data but no luck with that either. Couldn’t find any examples how to use that.Any ideas how to get this done?

How to transfer hyperlinks and formatting (bullet form and etc.) from Jira to Trello?

Good day, I created a Zap to automate the creation of new issues in Jira so they are also created in Trello. Is there a way that I can transfer hyperlinks and bullet points from Jira to Trello? It seems that the bullet list was not transferred to Trello. Here’s a sample of my data from my description. Not sure if I’m using the right one. Hoping someone can help me with this. Thank you

How to loop action per CSV row

Short context:I have a CSV with multiple rows, I want to create an action based on the data per row, and loop it for the number of rows I have so I repeat the action. Example, creating a a ticket in Linear, per row in the CSV.Details:I have a CSV file that is uploaded to a google drive and triggers the Zap. The CSV have a “Title” column and a “Description” column.The CSV goes into a formatter that imports the CSV file.I now added a looper, and said “create loop from line items”.I’ve set up the looper to match line items “Title” and “Description”. I mapped each to “Output Line items”. I in the end now I have the “create issue” in Linear fetching “Title” and “Description” from the looper. I added a “Project” but decided to skip it since it’s not necessary for the issue creation.What breaks:The title becomes “Title:[First row title],[Second row title],[Third row title]…The description becomes:  “Description:[First row description],[Second row description],[Third row description]…What I ti

Help with Automating Idea-to-Document Workflows Using Zapier

Hey, this is my first post on the community so bear with me I’m still learning how to use Zapier.Thank you so much for taking the time to read this I’ll get right into it to not waste anymore of your time. I’ve been building an automation where a user inputs and idea such as: Best Modular Sofas Online ShoppingThen I have my chat gpt generate a list of online stores related to this idea. So the output would be the list.Now I have created a loop to separate each idea, incase the user inputs multiple ideas it is all divided into idea title 1 idea output 1, 2.. and so onI’ve been having some issues trying to make a google doc for each idea so the user can access all the data easily. With the help of the ‘Copilot suggestions’ I was suggested to use Looping from Zapier (Create Loop from Line Items), but I ran into the issue when making the Values to Loop list since I don’t know how many ‘ideas’ the user will generate. So I went back to ‘Copilot Suggestions’ and now its been resending me this

Unable to update quantity & price from SOS inventory in BigCommerce using Zapier

I cannot get my BigCommerce store to connect to Zapier.  I put in the store hash and the access token and it says that I do not the required scope to access the end point.  All I am trying to do it make the Zap update the available quantity and price from my SOS Inventory software..  Can anyone help me with this?   Thank You

How do I automate bi-weekly Slack updates from Google Sheets data using Zapier?

Hi Everyone,I'm hitting a wall on a zapier automation and would greatly appreciate some expert assistance here.Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:I want to send bi-weekly automated Slack updates to individual slack channels based on data stored in a Google Sheet.My current table has the following fields: Project Name, Slack Channel ID, a boolean to determine whether a bi-weekly update should be sent, and around 8-10 other fields that I’d like to include in my automated messages.I’ve successfully created a Zap for an individual row in the sheet, but I’m struggling to iterate over all rows and filter the automation based on my boolean.Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have a simple Youtube to discord set up with New videos into channel that works.Is there a way to only have videos section in youtube and avoid the streams section that gets posted. I just want videos ONLY not streams? Example; either using the url youtube.com/username/videos instead of the main channel home page with all the features?

Error when creating record in NetSuite_can't resource items

I tried using Zapier to sync data between HubSpot and NetSuite. However, I keep encountering the error: 'Error while accessing a resource. Please choose an item to add.' during the 'Create Record in NetSuite' step.I’ve tried mapping HubSpot SKU data to fields such as Reference Name, Item - Internal Identifier, Item - Reference Name, and Item - External Identifier. I also attempted entering the data directly into these fields, but it still doesn’t work.Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your help!

Sub-zaps seem to be down?

Since a few hours, sub-zaps seem to be down. It is impossible to configure the action, as there are no “teams” available even after refreshing the results multiple times.First time I ever see this bug.

Webflow API v2: Forms Not Triggering on Both Collection and Static Pages

I’m encountering an issue with form submissions when connecting forms to Zapier. Specifically, I’m receiving submissions from all collection pages as expected, but when the same form is placed on a static page, it no longer triggers the Zap.This functionality worked fine in the past with the v1 API. I came across several articles stating that there was a recent fix (about a week ago) addressing issues with forms placed on multiple pages not triggering Zaps.Does anyone have experience with this fix working now? Or is it still necessary to create separate Zaps for every instance of a form? It seems like the fix only resolved the issue for collection pages, not static pages.I hope I’ve explained the problem clearly—any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Gravityforms pushing to new Google Sheets according to post name, and Checking if it already exists

Hoping a guru finds this a fun challenge.We are taking bids from contractors for deck building. I’m posting jobs to contractors who have access to see these jobs and bid on them. I have a singular form on each job posting which auto pulls lots of data including the post title which has a job number, city, and state.From there, I can get Zapier to recreate via Google Sheets template and name the Sheet exactly the job number, etc.What I’m looking to do is make Zapier check to see if a spreadsheet already exists. The first form submission will create the Google Sheet and fill in the info but the second one will check to see if it exists, and if so just add that bid information and not create a new sheet document.Here’s the rundown:Contractor fills out the gravityform GF autopopulates hidden fields and is readied for Zap Zap creates the new Google Sheet and dynamically names based on Post name, fills bid into first row. New Set up for Instagram Business not working

I’ve been trying for like 2 hours to set up the new IG zap to LinkedIn. I’m continually getting the same useless error message: Any help would be great. My FB business account is connected, I’ve redone that 5 times, IG is connect to that account, I’ve triple checked that too, so I dont think that’s that issue. I’ve been using this zap for literally years and but I got an email from Zapier stating: We're reaching out with an important update regarding your Instagram Zaps. Meta has announced that the Instagram Basic Display API powering Zapier's Instagram integration will be deprecated today, December 4, 2024. As a result, any Zaps using the Instagram app will stop functioning on this date.To maintain functionality, please migrate your Zaps to the Instagram for Business integration, which offers the same key features and more.Any help would be much appreciated.

Error: Dripify to Salesforce Zap pushes only dummy data and not real leads

Hi, I want to push data from Dripify to Salesforce. I’ve created a Webhook Catch and pushing it into Salesforce. When i tested it zapier used dummy data (Bill Gates), and it was successfully pished to Salesforce. Problem: everytime there is a trigger to create a lead,  it’s only the dummy data that is pushed again (i get new leads entered as Bill Gates, istead of x, y etc)Input very much welcomed!

Legacy Slack to Google Docs upload issue: Files invisible post-update

On the lecacy slack action, I could select the files posted to a slack cahnnel and upload them to Google document and see them in it by the Google docs action “upload file”. However, after updating the action, I can upload files but cannot see in Google document （It just creates a blank document) .Is there any solution or I’m making a mistake？

Zapier Webhooks Errors

Hi I am trying to use Zapier Webhooks to send Unbounce Lead Form Submissions to my CRM system. My CRM is not on Zapier so that’s why I am using Webhooks. My CRM systems has  RESTful API Web Service that we can use for to collect lead data from forms to be pushed directly into our system. I have tried to setup the Zapier Webhook - the info from Unbounce is coming into Zapier but its not being pushed to my CRM system. I keep on getting this error “ Invalid data or no data supplied” for DataOut. What am i doing wrong?

Trouble syncing multiple HubSpot forms to a single Google Sheets spreadsheet

I am more than frustrated with zappier. Nothing seems to work. I have contacts from different forms in Hubspot which are saved in the CRM and when I try to connect all the columns in Zappier to transport them to google sheets, half of them are not there! There are 6 different forms filled by the same candidate and I would like information from all these forms to be stored in a single google sheet. Its so easy, and yet, this software has complicated it too much.  Any help is appreciated.  P.S. I have tried a million different workflows. I want data from 6 different form submissions to be stored in a single google sheet. I even tried creating 6 different zaps for 6 different forms but then there is a problem again since I cant update columns in google sheets. Its a nightmare using this app.
