A previous developer installed Zapier app on our Shopify website, I dont see it active on my end, but how can I know for sure if Zapier is still being used on our website?

In many cases I have to create images in code steps and since I can only pass JSON to other steps I can only pass the base64 string..It would be nice to add to formatter a base 64 to fuel converter so that after the image can be used as a file object for example for upload in Google with the provided step. At the moment the workaround is to upload by myself using the API of Google in the code step and then download the file. But it is not ideal.

Hello,I recently configured a basic Zap to connect new Google Form submissions to the Lead module of Contractor Foreman. That is working fine so far. I would now like to:Automatically assign a specific Sales Rep Automatically assign “Online Web Form” as the Referral Source to easily identify new Google Form submissions from the Lead List.  Automatically assign “Qualified” as the Lead Stage Map other fields from the Google Form to Contact Details and Sales tabsAn additional custom action was attempted using Copilot which resulted in an error. Basically, the sticking point was “Can the Referral Source and Lead Stage custom fields be set via API during lead creation?”Any recommendations greatly appreciated.

I'm having this exact issue. I tried the suggested fix (reselecting the Template Document, and manually pasting the GDoc File ID as a static value) but the field still shows "No options are available" and won't accept a manually typed or pasted ID either. My Google Docs account is properly connected and authorized. Any other ideas?

THis is NOT an inconsitency problem.This was working fine for months, and now it has stopped working. When I run a test, it works fine, it finds the recent leads just fine. It is published and just no longer triggering. I have tried recreating the trigger from scratch. I have tried re-creating the zap… It has just stopped triggering. How do I get it to trigger again?

I’ve tried multiple times now and keep getting the same result, so I’m hoping the community can help. I basically want a zap to monitor a specific folder in Google Drive for when a file is added (to which it will always only be a xlsx/spreadsheet). It then needs to read the rows of the spreadsheet and push the data to a board in Monday.com, mapping the fields for handover. I’ve tried it via the Google Sheets option and Looper by Zapier option but it doesn’t work. The closest I’ve got is it will create one item in Monday for the first row, but the loop won’t add the others, even though it says it will.Ideally, I want to receive an email with the attachment in Gmail, “Add to Drive” putting it in the right folder, and the Zap does the rest without any intervention. I can then do this each day, adding a new spreadsheet to the folder and the Zap will read it, add the data as needed, and rinse and repeat. Can anyone help?

I use GoHighLevel/Leadconector, and use the trigger for LeadConnector “Pipeline Stage Changed” to kick off a series of automations.It has worked for me in the past, but with recent Zaps that I’m making with the latest LeadConnector trigger, I’m getting an error message sometimes. Interestingly, I have other workflows where it looks like it’s functioning just fine. This is the error I get: “Unable to pull pipeline stage changeds. Error code: Error while retrieving: FieldType is not defined”Strangely, I reconnected LeadConnector, tested it, it didn’t work, and then it suddenly started working again about 10 mins later... but that has happened before and then spontaneously broke. Please let me know if anyone has a solution or tips!

I have two related Zaps for a Docusign template. One creates a new GoogleSheet row for each time the template is used. The other updates the specific GoogleSheet row when the Docusign envelope is completed, and uploads a copy of the completed envelope to a folder on our shared Google Drive. At the “File” step in the Zap, I selected the trigger step “Envelope Completed in Docusign” and the field “Envelope Combined Document (Exists but not shown)”.I set this up at the end of March, and it has been working perfectly until about a week ago, when I suddenly started getting an error at the File step (which is the step that uploads the completed file to the drive). The error is “Required field “file” (file) is missing”.I cannot understand why this would suddenly stop working when I have made no changes to it or any of the related programs. I checked to make sure that Zapier and Docusign both have the needed access to the shared Google Drive and they do. I am pulling my hair out. Please help.

I'm connecting a remote MCP server (Madgicx MCP, a Facebook/Meta Ads MCP server) to Zapier using MCP Client by Zapier. I’ve tried this a few different ways, including letting Co-Pilot do it for me.It’s a fairly simple scenario. My non-profit client’s donation page is in PayPal. I want to pull the donor and donation data into Zapier to then search Salesforce to see if the contact exists, create it if it doesn’t, then create the donation record related to that contact.On this page: 7 ways to automate PayPal | Zapier I scrolled down to “Add customers to your CRM from PayPal sales” and clicked Try it on the Add contacts to Salesforce from new successful PayPal sales scenario. I can see a test transaction, but there’s no customer (donor) data. I've had this automation working a few months ago with the same setup, so I'm not sure what changed.What I'm trying to do:Trigger: New file in Google Drive folder (PDF reports) AI step: Extract 8 specific fields from the PDF (date, project name, company, responsible person, number of workers, incidents, preventive measures, signature) Action: Add extracted data to Google SheetsThe Problem: When I test the Zap, ALL fields in the spreadsheet are filled with "No especificado" (Not specified). Using a softwaere package that creates a Google Doc via Api from the system.The Google Doc is created from a template which is copied from the root fo the Google Drive. The API “pushes” text and images into the Google Doc.We have created a Zap that polls every 2 minutes to move any newly created Google Doc from the root of Google Drive into a folder.This works for the bulk of Google Docs we create - but occassionally (and seemingly without cause) we get a Zap error as follows:This Google Docs step hit an errorError while hydrating data from Google Docs: The app returned "This file is too large to be exported.".The files being generated range from 4MB to 15MB (at most). It is the larger files that seem to have more problems but they are not near the 1GB that has been suggested by the Troubleshooter.Is the Google Doc being held open by the API and the Zap doesn’t like it?Would love to hear from the community on any thoughts of where to look next as to the cause.

 I build this validation zap that triggers on new/updated entries mapped to a table view. When I kick it off for test it fires each time and then stops on #2 and says delayed.  There is no delay set and the #2 action simply sets the status field in that record as validating (new records default to new status)… then the rest of the zap is to run all the validations but it isn’t moving past #2.  Other than the zap has been delayed I can’t see why. HELP. Is there another place I can get more detail on why it shows delayed?

I have a javascript step that is sucking out the URL of a previous step that I’d like to use in future steps, but can’t figure it out.  The Output of this step doesn’t exist as an option to pick when drilling down for data points in other steps below.  Anyone have a tip/trick to get this working?  

Hello, I have a zap that pulls in data via a webhook from a form submitted via WPNU’s Forminator.  Zapier and forminator are communicating and I have a “find record” based on an email. So when  form is submitted I’ll need it to look for an email, if the email is found I need it to stop and not create a record in Airtable. How can we add an email address to use in Zaps? And how can we tell which account is our Zapier admin account? 

Bug found: My auto-generated inbound email address starts with an invalid leading dot: ".XXXXXX@zapiermail.com". This is not a valid email address format (leading dot in local-part), which is why forwarding test emails fails and the "Continue" button on the "New Inbound Email" trigger setup stays disabled.
