Setting Up Zapier to Track Shopify Community Keywords in Slack

Regarding the triggers, they do fire correctly, but the links aren't coming through to Slack at all. One potential issue might be how I've set up the paths in Zapier. When selecting keywords, I'm only offered one "Title" option, yet the Slack messages arrive empty, without the actual links.

I even posted a dummy question on Shopify Community to test this, and while the trigger activates, the Slack message still appears blank without any link.

Would you have time for a quick call, or perhaps suggest another solution? I'd really appreciate your help in getting this sorted out.

If your Slack message Zap isn't working correctly, check that the "Text" field in the "Send Channel Message" action is set up correctly with data from the trigger. If only one "Title" option appears, test your trigger to ensure it's pulling all necessary data. If the issue persists, try recreating the Zap to fix potential setup glitches.
