Save RightSignature PDF to Sharefile

I am currently trying to find a way to extract a PDF from RightSignature signed Document. Currently the RightSignature Zapier Integration provides a tempoary URL for the signed document that only last for a hour. After that the URL is invalid. RightSignature and Sharefile are both Citrix products, yet there seems to be no way to save a file directly from Rightsignature to Sharefile. Any suggestions?

How do I Trigger on Multiple File Uploads in Google Drive

Hi everyone, I want to handle those 2 use cases : 1/ whenever 1 new file is uploaded in my /folder1/, start a sequence of actions2/ whenever 3 new files are uploaded in another /folder2/, start another sequence of actionsCase1 is super easy with the “New File in Folder in Google Drive” trigger, it works all fine between my different systems. I am stuck with case 2 which has SEVERAL files. For that case, I need to start the sequence of actions only after the 3 files have been fully uploaded to the /folder2. Is there a way to give such a signal ? I was thinking introducing a “Delay/Wait” of a few minutes, which in theory would give enough time to get all 3 files fully uploaded. But not a guarantee.Also I am not sure how to get multiple files at the same time (this is probably another point, first I have to solve the triggering only when all 3 files are ready !)I would appreciate if someone would give me a few hints where to look for a solution :-)Have a great day.

Missing Required Field Errors in CRM Zaps

I keep running into this issue where I add a new required field to the CRM and then suddenly all of my Zaps that create records in that module throw a bunch of errors and Zapier disables them. This is exceptionally frustrating. These fields are typically dependent fields and are not relevant to the records being processed through the Zap. The CRM does not require them to create the record and yet Zapier insists on enforcing them. I am the admin of the CRM; I should get to decide whether or not a particular field requirement is enforced or not. Is there any way around this? Ideally, I’d prefer a solution that avoids populating dummy values into these fields, as that creates unnecessary data messiness in the CRM. However, if that is unavoidable, is there any way to set a blanket rule that says if a missing require field error pops up, the value should always be “X”? And then lastly, if neither option is possible, how can I set up an automated alert that will notify me if this specific er

Update an Opportunity in GoHighLevel

I am creating a Zapier connection between WIX (Forms) and LeadConnector (GHL). I have two forms that are being filled by a lead. First a first and simple form to increase the rate of leads, and after that a longer and detailed form. Short FormLong FormWhen the short form is filled, an opportunity is created in the GoHighLevel CRM with a specific stage in the pipeline. When that happens automatizations are triggered in which the long form page is sent to them. The issue that I have is that when a person fills the long form, a new contact is created, instead of the first contact (which previously filled the short form) being modified. First and Short Form ZapSecond and Long Form ZapI have been struggling a lot with this. I talked with GHL Support and they say is something to solve in Zapier. Does someone know how to make sure the second Zap updates the original contact/opportunity information instead of creating a new one?Thank you!

Need help isolating a tag id in convertkit.

Ok, so this may be a little more advanced but… Context: I host a weekly livestream that, if people want to attend, they get a “ticket” by entering their email through Modern Events Calendar. For the longest time, I’ve had a zap that ran that would add them to a specific email list in convertkit. This has worked… fine, but it doesn’t allow me to know email members have come in from what episode, so segmenting later on has become quite difficult. So… after some fiddling, I found a way to auto-create a tag in convertkit when an event is created. Now, I want to also add that tag to an individual subscriber when they sign up for the event. As far as I can tell - the best way to do this is to have a search run through the tags, then somehow isolate the tag id from the string so it can then be added to the subscriber’s record. For example, : {"id":4967517,"name":"How to Calculate The ROI of Content Marketing","created_at":"2024-04-25T16:44:35.000Z"},Whatever the query is, it would take the ev

Mailchimp unsubs update to Salesforce with specific tags only

Super new to Zapier and need some help. I see a Zap for automatically updating anyone who unsubs in Mailchimp in Salesforce. But we do not keep all our subscribers in Salesforce and want to keep it that way. We only keep our donors in Salesforce. They are all currently tagged with “Donors.”I do not see a Zap that allows for additional conditionals such as, “When someone in Mailchimp unsubscribes that has a “Donors” tag, update in Salesforce.” Is there a way to add additional conditions to the automation? We don’t want to receive errors every time someone unsubs in Mailchimp who isn’t a Donor because they aren’t in Salesforce. Nor do we want to add all our subscribers to Salesforce.We currently manage all this manually via exports and imports.

 Hello !Use case is quite simple : every month airtable export HR counters (table of 6 rows), list of days off and list of worked days. an automate performs a 3 “Find records”, one per table, and trigger a Zap with a webhook webhook contains the tables in html format :   the Zap use a Google Docs Template as below and should insert the html code provide by the webhook inside each markers : {{compteur}}, {{absence}}, {{travail}} Issue is that the HTML is not converted into table and displayed “as-is”, making the doc useless.Is there a way to manage this case ? I’d like to avoid the “Append doc” which is not working well. Thanks

Hi there,Im trying to do a somewhat complex process automation which I am unsure it can be done. I have a connection between woocommerce and zapier through a webhook, I sent purchase event data (customer name, email, and some custom date fields) to Active Campaign. But I need to add a new step, to create a user in Kajabi and grant him a specific offer, which need to be sent also to Active Campaign. So I have severals problems with this:The offer in kajabi needs to match the product in woocommerce (can, maybe, be done with product id/offer id?) I can´t see a way to create a user in kajabi and grant him an offer through zapier triggers, on the same automation. I fail to see a way to grab this credentials in kajabi and send them to Active Campaign.I would really appreciate any help guys!

Hello!I'm looking for a way to sync into Salesforce the messages and inemails my team sent on LinkedIn. Is this possible? We have the “Professional” plan.It looks like I'm only available to select the "LinkedIn Ads" App to start the automation, but this is not what I need.Also, I don’t want LinkedIn to create new Lead records, just relate the messages to existing Leads Activity (like tasks or things like that), ignoring the ones I don’t have in SF.I also saw in another question that, LinkedIn messages triggering actions wasn’t supported 10mo ago, but I don’t know if that is now developed or not yet. Any information will be helpful, thank you~
