How to choose a different Uscreen Subscription
I want to zap one(!) specific Uscreen Subscription to my CRM system (sendinblue).But the only thing that is possible, is to add a standard subscription (currently: monatliche mitgliedschaft) like the one shown in the screen shot. How can I choose the specific subscription for my zap?
Google Calendar Summary
Hello quick question… I was going to try to create a zap that checked all of our team members google calendars (have about 10 people) and gave a summary to the team automatically each morning… when im using the google calendar app in zapier it looks like you can only find 1 event at a time… is there any way to get a full days summary for an individuals calendar? or pull multiple calendars and create 1 master daily schedule? Hi, I have found this topic, where is explained how to setup TO DO - Google calendar @Troy Tessalone you showed a setup here: but it does not show DUE DATE TIME DATE TIME as shown in your setup. I cannot enter it manually neither does it automatically load from TO DO. Thank you for your help.
What can I connect to within Zoho
Hi I have set up various ZAPs to connect to my Zoho CRM and they are all working. But someone within the team has asked if we can connect to ‘Open Activities/Notes’ within Zoho see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/tQYC4P6ksIt5When I check within the events of Actions of my Zap, see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/oqyFLq0WdG there is no options for this. Our account is a ‘starter account’ is it possible to connect to the section/area within Zoho, but only with a ‘Professional Account’ ? many thanks
How do I create an automated email to fire off after 2 weeks
hey! I’m trying to create a zap that sends an email to my customers after they pay a one time fee (Stripe)I’d like this email to be sent off after 2 weeks, how can I create a zap to do this and are there any alternatives to mail chimp? My work flow was to use mail chimp for the email section but I am using my mail chimp for a different business that has a different audience, any help would be appreciated.
Help with sending contact data from Member Vault to ClickFunnels
Hi! I am setting up my first zap and it is not working. I am trying to create a contact in ClickFunnels and then add them to an email list when a new customer is added to a product in membervault.Here are my steps. I connected both MV and CF I set up a zap from MV using event when ‘added to product’ and selected the product. I then selected the email address Next I created the information for CF with event Create Contact profile I selected my CF account Then under actions it is only giving me the option to select an email address. I can’t select any other fields. When I run the test it looks like it grabs all the other fields, but in the actual zap that is live it is only showing data in of the email and all other values are blank. I have a second action to add to email list and that action is working but it shows unknown name in CF since the contact was not setup with a first or last name.How do i get this zap to allow me to select other fields. Thanks!

Hi There,With the latest release of Basecamp 3’s card table feature, is there any plan to integrate it with other softwares in the near future?I have a simple request form inside of zoho forms that im trying to link with Basecamp 3 card tables. Refresh Google Sheet on creation
When creating a Zap I select a Google Sheets.Then I could realize that I need to make some changes to the Sheet structure, Column names etc.Whatever I do (refresh, unlink, refresh fields, delete the Zap restart from scratch…), Zapier is STUCK on a cached version or something. I never get the updated structure.The only way I found is to delete my Google Sheet and link to a new one. Quite tedious.Is this normal?
Zoom recording to Google Drive to specific customer folder?
Hi all,I searched the forum and found many threads about uploading a Zoom recording to Google Drive. I think thats the easy part. here my scenario:Almost every two days there is a call with different clients. Someone in the company creates a calendly event with a fix name like “Onboarding”. After the Onboarding Session the recordings will be copied to a central google drive folder. This works fine.Now, when a new recording is uploaded I have to find out the attendees some how and copy the recording to their customer folder. The Problem is: The Recording do not provide any data about the attendees. there is only the “topic” field, what provides information. But as mentioned, the topic is always “Onboaring”. if I can find out the attendee email adress or the name, can lookup for the right folder AND maybe send a message to a slack channel. Anyone has an idea how to solve this? Many thanks
Calendar sync between squarespace and treatwell calendar
Hello everyone, My wife runs a small beauty salon. On our website we use squarespace acuity scheduling for clients to book online appointments. We also use treatwell (it's like uber for salons, great to get new customers) but this calendar doesn't sync with any external calendars (used to sync one way with google but not anymore).When treatwell used to sync one way all our own website appointments were automatically blocked in treatwell but we had to manually add blocks in scheduling (our website) when a booking was made in treatwell. Now that not even the one way sync works we have to manually block each appointment in both calendars.We need something that will automatically block time slots in both calendars according to new bookings made. No booking info required just the calendar (employee) and start and end times. This would need to run automatically 24/7 and auto trigger once new appointment is booked in either calendar or every 2-5 minutes. Our website calendar (scheduling) sync
SQL Query to Excel Spreadsheet
I am trying to write a Zap that will query Microsoft SQL Server (this part works) and then creates a CSV in Excel, OneDrive, whatever (this part does not work). Excel will create a spreadsheet and let me add the required headers, but will not allow me to add the data from SQL. I tried creating the blank spreadsheet with required headers and using a second step to “add a row” but I can’t figure out how to get it to add the data from SQL. Help!
How to Connect Stripe to Wave
The Zapier Academy has an excellent, simple YouTube on how to connect PayPal to Wave, which I did successfully. Now I’m trying to connect Stripe to Wave, but there isn’t a clear example of how to. I thought I could follow the PayPal tutorial, but when the Date dropdown opens, there’s nothing that looks like it could work. Subsequently, I tried the other dropdowns and they are identical. I’ve searched the community and I’m not seeing a clear explanation. I must be missing something. Any suggestions?“Record Sale in Wave when new payment in Stripe” does come up as an option, but when I click on it, it won’t stay in the field, it only allows me to choose one of the options with a box around it.
Need Help with Custom Zap - I'm a Newbie!
I am Triggering when DEAR Inventory "Sales Invoice Authorized", it needs to FIND the Reference Number inside DEAR (However, it's not one of the options in the dropdown). Then I want to MAP that Reference# inside DEAR to the Invoice PO# Field inside Quickbooks Online (to the associated invoice). Do I have to hire a Custom Developer or something to get this to work? Is this even possible? Thank you in advance for any information.BTW... the Reference# inside DEAR is found within the Customer Information on the Sales Order.
Zapier timestamp field - help needed
I have a Zap that automatically sends project update messages to a specific Slack channel (in threads) when a specific field in Airtable is updated. Everything triggers as it should. However, every single Slack message within the channel gets pinged with a project update.The only thing I can think of is that Zapier sees that several records have been updated at some point in time based on timestamp and thinks a Slack message needs to be sent.Question: With that context, is there any way to create a custom function within the timestamp field in Zaper (see pic) that looks for updated Airtable records after a specific date? For example, I only want Zapier to look at Airtable records that have been updated after 3/1/23.
Is it possible to exit a loop and move on to non looped steps?
Hi,I’ve looked into the documentation and older forum questions and I can’t really find anyone talking about this in the specific way I’m looking for.What I want to do is to have looped steps in the middle of my Zap, but I want the loop to end before the end of the whole Zap. Here’s an example of what I mean:Form is filled by client and there’s a field that contains multiple answers split by commas Split the text in that field by comma Start loop For each item in the field, do X For each item in the field, do Y End loop Do something else that has nothing to do with the loopEvery time I create a loop, all the subsequent steps are nested inside the loop automatically. Is there a way to avoid this? I know I could just put anything past step 4 before the loop, but the logic of my Zap makes more sense if I put them after the loop.
Active campaign and thinkific problem
Hi there, I am using active campaign and thinkific for this.On Active campaign I have an automation set up and working but Id like to create a zap which removes people from that automation if they sign up on thinkific,I have tired to do that a couple times but none of them have worked so far. On the zap selections I tried the zap which works when customer create new profile and when they make a purchase of the course and also when they enrol on the course selected.Im not sure what else to do to get this to work, Thank you everyone.
