HiMy company is currently changing our ERP system - from E-conomic to Business Central.In E-conomic we have opportunity to send PDFs into the system, which will then read, which company had sent the invoice with included:Invoice number total etc.Unfortunately, this features doesn’t seem to exist in Business Central. Feature Request: (Re)Test to Here button

So when you have a long Zap and your bringing in new data but you want to test something further down that is dependant on changes above, it’s quite tedious going to every task, and clicking Retest action. It would be nice to scroll down to a task and say “Retest to here” so now you can make the necessary changes based on all the tasks above it.

I have a zap that sends emails from Gmail to Slack. Is there a way to limit the email body to a specific number of characters? The messages are too long. I only require the first 50 words or approximately 250 letters from the email body for my needs.

Google Calendar Auto Block when Event is Created

I’m trying to figure out how to create a Zap so that when an event is added to Google Calendar, it automatically adds a 30 minute block/buffer after the event. I manage a shared business space where we use Google Calendar as the hub for our individual appointments. Some folks add the event straight to Google Calendar, some folks have a 3rd party booking system (Acuity/Scedulista) connected to the shared Google Calendar.The big problem is that the 3rd party booking systems do not add the buffer time from their platform over to Google Calendar, creating a situation where appointments could accidentally be booked back-to-back.

How to send large files saved to dropbox to China without VPN?

Hi all. My need is this: I need a reliable way to send large files to China. The files are in dropbox, and I have the share link. I can set up a zap in google sheets where I paste the dropbox link and convert it to a direct download link, and then have gmail send the attached files through a zap, but if the files are too large, nothing will attach and I have no way to know there was an issue. There are no zapier apps that I can think of that I know my contacts in China can use like wetransfer, qq, or wechat. Any ideas? My team in the US needs to be able to easily find and view the files that have sent, too.

Inquiries about connecting Thinkific and Constant Contact

Good Afternoon I made a course with thinkific and am trying to make it so every time someone signs up and purchases my course in thinkific, an email which I had made from Constant Contact is sent to them. I have been following the directions on Zapier but every time i try to do the "test trigger" part it tells me that they can't find anyone who is fully enrolled in my class, even though there is someone fully enrolled in my class. Also, there is no option to make it so the "thank you for purchasing our course" email on the template I made in constant contact is automatically sent to the person who enrolled in my course in Thinkific when they enroll. If there is anyway anyone can walk me through this step-by-step that would be great because I am confused all around and have been trying to figure this out for days now. Thank you!

Using Keepa RSS Alert to send to Discord Channel

I’m testing Zapier to use for Keepa Amazon alerts to send to a discord channel. Keepa offers a RSS feed so I setup a Zap for the RSS feed to sent to a Discord channel. It works but I want it to display the current price in the Discord message body. How can I do that?Also, Keepa is setup to send an alert to your Telegram which is MUCH faster. I noticed that I receive the alert on telegram about 20-30 sec. before it sends to the Discord Channel. Anyway to speed it up??

Send Email based on custom Honeybook contract field?

Hi all! I’m trying to send an email to our clients when they enter information into a field in the contract. I’ve tried setting the zap to “New Project Booked,” and even added the field from the contract to the Details page of the client’s project. Though, I’m still unable to pull this as a field option in Zapier. Does anyone know for sure what fields Zapier can pull from Honeybook and if it can pull any data from the contracts our clients sign? Thanks!

Good afternoon fellas, did anyone try to register a whatsapp activity/message into hubspot via Zapier?Edited with more info as requested:I have a google spreadsheet with Whatsapp messages (with its corresponding info: message text, from, to, timestamp, …) and I want to log them on Hubspot whenever there is a new message (row is added). In the picture you can see the options to log different engagement activities (including whatsapp on Hubspot).Again there is no problem with Whatsapp or Google Spreadsheet, I want to know if there is an implemented action to log those engagements on Hubspot. I’m using monday. And trying to setup a system where, once I filled out a column or create a new item. I want zapier to wait, until my checkbox column is filled specifically. Google Sheets new row to update LeadConnector opportunity

I have a successful connection between Zapier and LeadConnector. When a new row is added in google sheets, I want a specific opportunity to move stages, or at least have a tag added so that I can create a trigger in GHL to move stage on contact tag added. Unfortunately, the Zapier action is “Add/Update Opportunity” and it only adds a new opportunity in the stage desired versus updating the existing opportunity. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, or a workaround that allows me to move an opportunity in GHL to a different stage from a new row added to a google sheets. Thanks!
