Hello,I'm currently working on integrating Bitrix24 with Brevo. Specifically, I've successfully set up a mechanism where the creation of a Deal in Bitrix24 CRM triggers the creation of a corresponding contact in Brevo. Additionally, for each stage within the Deals pipeline in the CRM, we've established corresponding lists in Brevo. The goal is to reassign the contact created in Brevo based on the current stage within the Bitrix24 CRM.I'm seeking assistance in implementing this process effectively. Hi,I’m trying to make sure my Wave has all the transaction related to an order.When I create an sale order in Wave, I pass the Woo order ID, to prevent creating sale record by mistake and have duplicate.Now If I have to refund the order after the order has been marked as “completed” in Woo, either full or partial refund, I would like those go to Wave either as a new record with negative price or update the existing sale record in Wave to show the transaction records.So what is the best way of doing this? to make sure the bookkeeping in wave is accurate?
Hello Zapier Community !I have been working very hard on a skincare recommendations form for my skincare brands. I want customers to be able to fill the form, then 1. receive a link to a Shopify cart and then 2. receive an in-depth email about their products recommandations.I have designed my form using Typeform (I must admit creating the 112 combinations of answers is pretty exhausting and time-consuming) and my email template using Shopify. I have found tutorials on how to link Typeform entries to Shopify cart, but I just can’t seem to find how to automate sending of an Email from Shopify, using Typeform results.In simpler terms : basically what I’m looking for is that if user X answer questions and reach Typeform result B, then email B gets sent. If user Y reach Typeform result C, then email C gets sent. Sounds simple in theory, right ! I have high hopes that Zapier is just the right tool, and that I just havent’t figured out just yet how to configure the app to match my needs.I am
Hi,I have an idea for a lead magnet, but I'm missing an idea of how to play with it tool-wise. I want to give a useful template/document (graphic PDF ideally) to a customer for free, which will be functional for him when he puts his company data in it, then he can print it and use it. I want to make it as easy as possible for the client to put the data into the template, so ideally I would like to have the data the client gives in some form automatically put into the document.The flow: The customer enters the landing > enters an email > the email asks for the data to be placed in the template > gets a ready-made template.Which tools I need to make it work?

So I am sending an email for payment that was due for services. I want to send a follow up email to that same thread (a Reply to the email i sent) to the person if they never replied. So the email says basically to make a payment, if no answer, I want to stay in the same email chain and do a follow up reminder againI want the email to go out 3 days later. I have been working on this for a while, The idea is to export the order (.xls) from woocommerce to dropbox “shared files” folder.The idea is this:1.At 12.00am, zapier will the export orders in .xls format(from woocommerce) to “shared files” folder in dropboxBut the problem is, in zapier there is no “shared files” as a folder option when I’m choosing the folder destinantion. I only can access the personal folder. The reason why I want to choose the “Shared files” folder is to share the files with my team.The zapier plan that I am using is Starter Plan. Do I need to upgrade to a specific plan to get access to it?Do you know a way around this?
Hello everyone. I have created my first zap to create a product on WooCommerce from Airtable. The first step is “New Record in Airtable” and the next step is “Create a Product in WooCommerce. I am stuck with Attributes. I have the following question:Do I have to create attributes and terms on WooCommerce manually? How do we add the attribute from Airtable table?I used Formatter by Zapier and it seems like the product will have attributes, but when the product is created on WooCommerce, attributes are not created or picked up. Someone asked a question 2 years ago about converting the number assigned to picklist values in a Clio custom field to text. Using the Formatter Lookup Table would work (and I know how to find the number assigned to each picklist value in Clio), however, my picklist has 150 values so copying the numbers to create a Lookup Table would be very time-consuming. Is there an easier way to accomplish this?My end goal is that when a Matter is opened in Clio that a new card is created in Trello with the value of the Clio Custom Field populated in a Trello Custom Field in the card.Thank you.
Hi Folks,Looking at integrations with GoCardless, but I have two types of club memberships; adult and kids. I noticed in the action triggers, I can select Mandate Created, but it appears this is for everything, every single mandate through my GoCardless account.Where I actually have different forms setup with different payment levels. Is there any way to tag or track whether it’ is an adult membership or a kids membership? instead of just a singular mandate.Thanks,

Hi,I have an EComm business where in we supply Films and Analog Gear across the country. Our current online store has products listed and those products when purchased via our site, get shipped off with a specific shipping company and the customers get the tracking ID to see the status of the order. But we have a lot of offline orders and services where in products are imported from various countries. We cannot unfortunately share these tracking IDs with our customers because of internal policies. Hence we want to have a way to share a timeline or shipment status or service status with our customers. The simple reason - many shipments get delayed due to various reasons and our customers keep asking us the status. Or keep calling our team for updates. We do give it. We want to give a system where they can see what’s the status of their shipment or service and reduce the calling and messaging. Is there a way we can do this? I work shifts and run a business. I subscribe to my shift schedule (a URL) on google calendar. I would like to be able to block off the day automatically after a night shift. There is a zapier template for a preparation block of time before specific meetings based on using a search phrase, but I can’t find one for a post-meeting block of time. In my case, I would like to automatically set up a calendar “event” to sleep for X hours after my night shift ends. I appreciate any ideas you might have.

Hi I have a zap that sends out a instant SMS to Facebook lead via clicksend, my question is how do schedule follow up messages to these leads? ie day 1 day 2 etc I understand I can create a zap for each days meassage but I don't understand this Unix stuff? Allows a message to be scheduled. Time must be in Unix format e.g. 1462788759 How do do this? What do I put in that feild. Please help as I can't follow up with leads at the moment.
