Nevertheless wanted to ask if someone has an idea how to realise the following scenario: What I already have automised is once a Jira ticket w/ certain specs is created, a Asana ticket is created as well (✅) What I now want is moving the Asana ticket to a different column once the Jira ticket was moved to a different column (e.g. from column “Backlog” to column “In Progress” → same should happen on Asana as well as board structure is identical)So what I’m searching for is:Jira trigger: Card movement Asana action: card movement Thanks for your help!
Hi all!I have a specific e-mail address where I receive invoices. I would like to automatically save these invoices into a specific Evernote notebook. I can do this manually by fowarding the email to my Evernote and append to the subject line "@notebookName". But I could not find an email rule that allows me to do this. So I tried Zappier.I was able to create a Zap to do this, but the problem I'm facing is that all attachments in the e-mail are saved into the Evernote note as a Zip file. This happens using the specific Evernote App or the Email App.I would like to save all files separate and in the same note in Evernote. Just as if I forward an email into Evernote. Hope someone has faced this before and found a solution.If onlye Evernote would allow a specific email address for each notebook, like slack does, it would make life a lot easer...
if say the trigger is whenever a new contact in a specific list in Hubspot is created, then it will go to Mailchimp. Then I also checked the option to update existing in the mailchimp part.Question: What if I want to make sure that its not only the newly added ones but also the deleted ones to be updated in Mailchimp? Say if I delete the previously added contact in that list connected to Mailchimp, will this current properties okay? Will it also be deleted in Mailchimp?Is checking the ‘’update existing’’ option in Mailchimp okay, or shall I use another flow or trigger etc. Or what shall I do?
So I’m using Stripe to take payment information for a TalentLMS monthly subscription course as well as one time sales. I’m trying to use Zapier between Stripe and TalentLMS. It looks like I have create new user, add user to the course, etc. However, at the point of adding a new user from Stripe, it’s asking for the user’s login and password information. How and where do I collect or pass that information along to Zapier? Thanks.

Hi Ali Here, I need your help in my complex project.So the problem is that I want to create the automation in which the following steps must happen;Customers come and order products from my store. My store setting automatically go to the vendor and order product with my address. The vendor must ship the product to my warehouse. When my warehouse gets the product, my store automatically provide my warehouse software with my customer’s address. My warehouse then ship the product to my customer. So, this is my problem. I hope you can give me some of your precious time. Honestly, I am badly stuck in this problem and really need your help.
I am working with a zap that generates life insurance quotes. A needed piece of information is the clients birthday. We use Ezlynx, and the client DOB is in our system, but when we pull it from Zapier it only takes the day and month, not the full month/day/year needed (see screenshots). Hi amazing Zapier community, I like to know if I can use Zapier for this task:We have a call evaluation google form that each rep must fill out after each cold call. This google form automatically creates a response google sheet, with every new call submission, a new row with several cells.We want to create an automated 2nd google sheet for our clients that draw only certain response sheet cells for each call, each into a new google sheet or new tab.In the end, each client would have a separate overview google sheet.Can this be accomplished with Zapier and if so how? hi people, im currently using Zapier Manager and sending notification to slack.Zapier Manager has parameter “task_history_link”, however it does not have RunID. Therefore, i need to find specific transaction by searching or looking at time this Zapier Manager occurred. Does anyone know how to get task_history_link with RunID or simply RunID it self. thank you the picture below is the test output giving by Zapier, somehow the test does not refer the actual case.

Historically I manually entered these into Monday.com and that way I could filter the data and do all of the green diaries first for example, and then mark it as done when the order has been customised then pass that onto the despatch team. I would love to know if anyone has found a work around for posting media to social platforms without links. My social media company currently posts on instagram which then automatically posts on fb. I host my content on a process management system. I would love for the captions and media to go from either the Management system or from insta/fb automatically to Youtube, Linkedin, Google my business, but when configuring the triggers and actions. It appears to only want to map a media link field and not the actual content itself. When speaking with Zapier they mentioned some of the members might have found some solutions. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Hi Everyone! My question is a little specific, but I would appreciate any help or recommendations. For my intended Zap, I’m using SmartSheet & Gdrive. My goal is to create new empty folders in specific Gdrive nested folders as new rows are added to my Smartsheet. This is my current GDrive Set up. Company 1 Folder 1 Folder 2 Folder 3 Sub-Folder 1 Sub-Folder 2 Sub-Folder 3 Sub-Folder 4 My intention is that when a new row is added to SmartSheet, Zapier uses references from the row to confirm where is should go in GDrive. For example, a new site gets added to the SmartSheet. Zapier will create a folder based on the State, City, and Property Name. Then, Zapier should know that the new site folder goes into Company 1, Folder 3, Sub-Folder 4. I’ve been able to successfully create a folder based on the State, City, and Property Name, but cannot seem to find a solution that will allow me to tailor the direction of where that new site folder should go. Hello. I’m trying to connect google forms to Basecamp 3 using zapier and the process is going well. The missing part is there is no option to add a person for “When Done, Notify.” You can only assign a task to someone. Is there an option that I am missing, or is this something that could be added? Is there a solution to create a sub account when an account is not found? Quickbooks is mediocre at trust accounting, however it can be done by creating sub accounts under a primary Other Liabilities chart for each client who funds are held in trust. In order to automate this, a zap would need to create sub accounts that do not yet exist.
Hi there, So I run a personal training/online coaching business where payments are executed through stripe. Essentially this is the flow I want to have happen Stripe payment → set up on my app → send welcome email → etc etc. The zap works as intended however, in testing, the zaps all executed before I had confirmed payment on my end. Which theoretically means someone could input payment details, not carry out the two factor authentication, and still recieve welcome emails, workout plans etc. How do I make the zaps wait untill the two factor authentication has executed fully? I have a question regarding importing an order into Shopify as paid.I am pulling the order details from 1 system, and trying to insert them into shopify, but interestingly enough, even though the order is marked as paid, it’s saying that the customer owes me money: Why is there a balance?Everything according to my set up in Zapier looks good, the order is importing as paid and fulfilled, but I can’t figure out the issue about the balance. Is Does anyone have some insight as to what’s going on here, or if this will affect my reporting?

I am looking to setup a connection between a Google Drive folder to a Dropbox folder with the expectation that any time files and subfolders are added to this Google Drive folder, they would be uploaded to the Dropbox folder.I have been successful only on the initial test of a new file. Subsequent files and folders have been ignored. I am wondering what I am doing wrong and the proper steps to achieve the intended actions.If someone can help with steps or point me to the relevant help/kb article, I would appreciate the help.Thanks!
Customers on our Shopify store sometimes change their shipping address prior to the order shipping, this might be the address name, the state, zip code or any combination of the above. I am hoping to create a zap that only fires if any of the address variables change. I’ve tried doing this with filters but I can’t see how it’s possible. The zap will need to fire order ID and new address details to Google Sheets. To reiterate I only want this to fire if any of the shipping address labels change.
