We just launched a new Subscription/Membership service using Squarespace and Stripe for payments.What’s the best way to manage these memberships using ActiveCampaign?I need to be able to manage our members-only mailing list effectively including subs, unsubs, and EDM’s. Wondering what solutions others are using! :)
I have already connected my live Stripe account.But when I go to connect my test account, I can’t find an option to add my test keys. I even accidentally created a NEW Stripe account entirely in my attempt.When I get to the “Select the account you'd like to connect to Zapier” step, I’m given only one account option.Connecting it anyway, I have verified this is my LIVE account.I have even tried connecting while logged into Stripe with “test mode” toggled.How do I get to a step that lets me add my test keys?
Hi, I’ve set up a Zap for whenever there’s a message posted to a Slack channel, a Clubhouse story is created (works great), and then a message posts back to the Slack thread (works great) to close the loop.My initial Slack action is set to Trigger for bot messages?: No, and the messages are indeed coming through as from a bot. The Zap, however, is triggering on these bot messages, creating an endless loop.The Zap is as follows: When a Slack message is posted in channel #bugs, (that isn’t a bot) Create a story in Clubhouse Then post a message back to the Slack thread using the timestamp.Initially this works great, and posts to the thread a single time. Then the loop starts and the 3rd part of the Zap starts posting into the main channel. Anyone dealt with this before? Any workarounds?
Zap not working from Outlook Calendar when attempting to send a message to a Slack channel each time an event is within 10 minutes
So I have been attempting to make a task generator from 10 different calendars in outlook and feed them into Slack. The issue I have run into is that 7 calendar outputs are working just fine. For some reason, 3 of them will pass the test when I first set it up, but then they cannot detect any data after that and no output is being provided by those 3 calendars to the webhook I set up. I’m just using the webhook to get all the data into one spot so that I would only have to adjust the slack side once if I needed to change it. When I look into the Zap runs for those 3 calendars, there is no history of any runs. How do I ensure that outputs from all of the calendars are being received?
Hello! I have Zapier configured with Facebook Ads (Lead Generation) and with my CRM, I receive the information of source, medium, campaign (which are static), but the full name, phone and email that are fields filled with the data, I do not receive them. All this arrives blank, the lead without personal data. If I change this and leave my personal data (as an example) in the fields, I do receive the complete lead... Has it happened to you? What should I do? Thank you!
Hi,is there a way to post a Teams message as html format?Currently it’s as text only and so e.g. URL links aren’t clickable atm when sending an automatic message to someone.Maybe a switch which sets the content-type of the message to html or test if preffered would be very handy :)Have a nice sunday!
I am having some issues creating what I thought would be a fairly simple rotating roster which tags users on Slack.The Zapier looks something like this:Trigger: Every Week Get or Set a Value (Assigns a value to a key called “Week”) Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets (Searches a “Week” column for a number matching the value stored in the “Week” Key from the previous step.) Send Channel Message in Slack (Tags the staff who are rostered on that week according to the spreadsheet) Increment Value (Increase the “Week” key by 1, so that when it triggers the following week it searches and tags the users for that week) Set Value If - This is my problem step.Once the value of the key reaches 9 I want it to re-set the value to 1. This is because the rotating roster only accounts for 8 weeks before it needs to go back to the beginning and start over. However, in the Set Up Action step for this I have the “Previous Value - Only set the value if the stored value matches this” set to 9.I can con

I have all the data I need from Jotform but the file URL field is formatted incorrectly (see screenshot).My private integration expects either a single URL or an actual list (I think Zapier calls these lists "line items").I’ve tried using Formatter to spit out usable URLS. Any tips?
Hello and thanks for your help in advance.I’ve found the way to show the Trello Card ID in further actions (doesn’t really help) but it needs to be a clickable link. Once it gets sent to our employees, they need to be able to click on the link to open the card in Trello. Am I missing something?
I’ve set up a new Zap (first one, very new to this) to pull data from a FB ad lead form into an Active Campaign automation but only the email address is coming through, no First Name, Surname or Phone.Any ideas?I’ve tried setting it up several times, always same result.Thanks, John

Apologies for the duplicationHere’s my issue: How do I take one “entry” from WPForms (i.e.: one line of data) and create two rows in my google sheet? I’m using WPForms to capture member registration information for a club. Most of the club consists of couples (e.g.: husband and wife), so I’ve created the registration form to gather information on both of them at one time. So far, so good.The next step is to get the information out of WPForms, and into google sheets so that I can actually use the data. I’ve set up a Zap with the trigger to be a new WPForms entry. And I’m looking at the “Create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets” action to hopefully add two rows (one for the husband, one for the wife). Hi allI’m not technically the most able, looking for advice.I’m starting a carpool system, and in the past we’ve used a google form. I’m wondering if it would be possible to set up a template/system whereby you would send a message, either by SMS or whatsapp or email, and the data you send would generate a google excel sheet. For instance I text “Nathan, to the city 10am, home again 4pm” to a certain number on whatsapp, or SMS, and my number and the content of my message appears in a live spreadsheet.Thoughts?
How do I copy all the information from the Shopify order to create a new invoice within QuickBooks Online?
Hello everyone, We have had issues with other apps regarding the name/number given to invoices created using shopify→ QuickBooks applications. Is it possible to automate the following upon fulfillment of a shopify order? Create a new invoice within QuickBooks (this is an important first step, because we want the invoice # to be the next in the existing sequence) Copy the rest of the information from the Shopify order (including data from custom fields/metafields) And finally, would this be possible with a single multi-step Zap? I am not familiar with the Zapier system, and hopefully this is possible without requiring a large number of Zaps per order. Thank you!
Now that we have this function, zapier should focus on “creating new posts” on GMB as it is also a very essential platform when it comes to local business. @Liz_Roberts @Zap dev I request everyone in the community to make sure this post comes to the attention of Zapier developers and they make this happen.
