Auto send review request email X days after WooCommerce order complete — how to set this up?

I run an online laptop store in the UK called Techyest and I'm trying to automate a few things to save time. Currently when a customer places an order on our WooCommerce store I have to manually send a follow up email a few days later asking for a review.

Is there a way to set up a Zap that automatically sends a review request email X days after an order is marked as complete in WooCommerce? Would love to hear how others have set this up!

    Hi ​@amyleon 👋 Did the Delay action Troy suggested do the trick?

    Let us know if you’re all set, or if you could do with some help setting it up.

      I'd use the WooCommerce "Order Status Changed" trigger set to completed, then a Delay by Zapier "Delay For" step with however many days you want, then your email action. The delay anchors to each order's own completed date so every customer gets the review request X days after their order. Heads up though, you can't cancel a Delay mid-wait, so if an order gets refunded or cancelled during the wait the email still goes out. If that worries you, add a Filter after the delay to check the order status again before sending.

        I think I’ve seen some videos on youtube explaining that. Pretty easy
