How do I replay all of my held tasks, (more than the 5,000 limit,) so they automatically run.

Hello all, We’ve recently gone live with a change over that caused over 10k zaps to go through. Because we hit our initial limit from our tasks, after upgrading, it now states I have over 10k zaps to re-run. When I attempt to re-play the ones that failed, it allows me to try to run them but only at 5k a load. Is there a way to submit all of them without having to re-run them all 5k at a time? Appreciate any help. Jdolph

Javascript Input Data returning undefined even if there is a value

Since a couple days ago for some reason after passing data into a Javascript step it is always read as undefined? Even if there is some data in there When i manually add data it works fine, but when it is passed into from another step it is undefined

How can I upload documents to my custom Next.js app using Zapier Webhooks?

I built a custom document storage system using Next.js and AWS S3. I want to use Zapier Webhooks to upload documents directly into my application. What I need: Zapier webhook sends payload (file attachment, file name, description) to Next.js API endpoint. My Next.js API downloads the file, uploads it to AWS S3, and saves details in my database. Questions: How do I configure Zapier to send files and metadata correctly? What's the best practice for handling and securing this Next.js API route?

How can I set up a Zap that sends a Slack message and automatically adds a reply in the thread?

I need to create a Zap that: Triggers when a new Google contact form submission is received Sends a message to my #network Slack channel saying "We received a new contact form response from [name]" Adds the complete form submission details as a threaded reply to that message I've managed to set up the trigger and main message, but I'm having trouble with the threaded reply part. Can someone provide step-by-step instructions for this specific workflow? Thanks!

Webhook returns only the first item in array instead of all items

I'm trying to create an integration using a Rest API. Afaik the way to do this is using a webhook.However, for every API that I test the webhook always returns only the first item in the array.Is there a way to return all items in the array? If you browse to the API you can see an array with multiple entries: https://api.sampleapis.com/coffee/hot Whereas zapier only displays the first entry. This happens to every API I test with, not just this one

How to add time to first agent email reply in Hubspot using Zapier

Hi, I am using Hubspot for my ticketing system, and I do my customer support through slack. I’ve created a zap that updates the tickets from one column to the next based on reaction emojis. I am having the issue that time to first contact is only captured by Hubspot when you write an email to the customer and tag hubspot (or answer directly from their ticket screen). Is there a way to add a value to "Time to first agent email reply" through the Zap? It is not offered as one of the fields in the zap, but I can see it when I click “Additional properties to retrieve”.

Confusion about setting up custom integration with Zapier for my CRM

We have a CRM and we want to give users the ability to integrate any app zapier provides with our own app (CRM) . What i did so far; - i have created private ‘custom integration named as my CRM’ - Added api-key authentication. - no triggers (because im confused here), how can i receive events happening in my CRM as a trigger e.g New client added in my CRM I have added ‘Integrate with Zapier’ button to run this flow i’m blank now

Value is being grouped under a single indexed item zapier

I'm 94% sure This is the initial issue; the values are all attached to the number one for some reason. So, every time I try to format the data instead of one output with 7 lines it returns all value data on the same line on 7 different outputs. How to Securely Identify and Validate Data Source in Zapier Webhooks

We have developed a CRM used by multiple clients, each of whom has a contact form on their website. These clients want form submissions to be automatically entered into our CRM as "Leads." Since most of our clients are non-technical, we need a solution that minimizes backend modifications on their websites while ensuring that each submission can be accurately attributed to its originating website. One approach we considered was adding a unique identifier (e.g., a site parameter) to the webhook URL assigned to each client. However, this introduces a security risk—a client could modify their parameter to impersonate another website, potentially leading to data tampering. Our key requirements: Each lead submission should include a reliable identifier for the originating website. Clients should not be able to spoof or alter their identifier. How to remove signature images from file upload

I needed to post this on this forum because it was driving me nuts trying to figure it out. Like for months i couldn’t figure it out. Here is the issue -- You are trying to upload a file but the upload script keeps sending the image that is used in the signature. You are going made trying to get it send the other attachment Here is the solve -- There is no other attachment. Your testing data is using the wrong record. Meaning you are testing with the first attachment. The Zap will run FOR EVERY ATTACHMENT in a gmail message. So if you have two attachements, it will run onces for the first one and if it doesn’t match the filter exit. Then it will run again for the 2nd attachment, pass the filter and upload. I hope this saves something the insane amount of Googling I had to do to figure it out.

The Google Calendar has a trigger that is “Event Start”. But I want the action to happen 75 minutes after the event starts. If I put -75 minutes, will it trigger at the correct time?

Moving row file attachments from SmartSheet to ClickUp

I am currently attempting to create a zap that is triggered when their is a new file attachment in a row in SmartSheet to push that file over to a specific task in ClickUp. I cannot seem to figure out how to push the actual file from SmartSheet to ClickUp. No matter what I select, I end up with a .txt file in ClickUp after the Zap runs. Does anyone know how to make this work/work around this?

Affinity Airtable Zap Doesn't pull any columns

Hi folks! I built the integration between Affinity and Airtable. However, the Affinity doesn’t pull any columns. Only basic - name, created date, some IDs. In affinity table there are 18 columns that I don’t see Zap pulling What can I do?

How can I merge multiple line items into a QuickBooks Online invoice using Zapier and Monday.com?

Hello all I am trying to get a Zap to create a QBO invoice containing multiple line items from a Monday.com sheet. When we order something, my staff input the information into the Monday sheet, and the Zap then captures this and generates and sends a QBO invoice from it to the customer. This is fine when there is just one item for that customer, but when there are multiples, instead of capturing them into the same invoice, it generates a new one for each line item, so if a client orders ten things, then they get ten invoices. And get annoyed! There is a ‘client’ field in the table we are using, and I can set a ‘batch invoice’ flag in one of the monday.com columns so that the Zap can identify what to merge together. Question is, can I do this? I haven’t figured out how to or if indeed it is possible. I’ve tried a loop based on the presence of that field, but cannot work out how it then reads the second item also to have that value into the same QBO invoice as an extra line item. If anyo

Hi, i need to know if is there any way to radomize the output of the zap… in my case, i have a facebook lead ads form, which must be forwarded to a whatsapp chat… however, i have 3 whatsapp numbers, so in the perfect scenario, every whatsapp number will have a turn to receive the facebook leads ads form data. Assistance with Staggered Data Transfer Between Two Google Sheets

Dear Zapier Community, I am currently working on a project where I need to transfer data from one Google Sheets document (approximately 300 rows) to another Google Sheets document. Due to constraints with another automation in the target sheet, which can only process 4 new rows per minute, I am facing a challenge: I cannot transfer the data all at once but need to manage the transfers so that only four rows are inserted per minute. I have heard about the features "Looping by Zapier" and "Delay after queue," but I am unsure how to best implement these for my scenario. Could you please help me configure a solution that allows: Reading four rows from the source sheet, Transferring these four rows to the target sheet, Waiting for one minute, and Repeating the process until all data has been completely transferred. Best way to find efficient routes/carpooling for employees? (In Airtable, Softr, or wherever...)

I have an Airtable base that has my project sites and my employees’ addresses. I’ve hooked up the Google Maps API and have found the distance between employees and job sites. (And could do the same to find their distance from each other...) And I’ve used the Google Maps API to plot their locations on a map, so i can see who lives near each other. Can anyone help me brainstorm the best way to build efficient routes? The ultimate goal would be to say “I’ve got these 10 people in Denver, and these 10 in Colorado Springs, and i need to send 5 each to jobs in Denver, Aurora, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo.” But, that’s obviously a big ask. So even just “Here are the people who are going to the site in Aurora, and the routes they’ll take.” and i can see where carpooling makes sense would be a huge help. I’m open to doing this in Airtable, Softr, a different app, etc.

Error 404 Something is Missing in HeyGen Video

Hi everyone, I'm encountering a 404 error and could use some help. Here's the situation: I'm using a Zap that involves Excel, HeyGen, and LeadConnector. The process is supposed to generate a personalized video via HeyGen and then send an email with the video link through LeadConnector. However, when I receive the email and click on the link to the video, I get a 404 Error with the message "Something is missing." Here is the Zap: I think I’ve configured everything well as it generated a video link when the email was sent. Sending Google Sheets data to Manychat

For the best part of 15 hours i have consulted AIs and youtube etc to try and figure out what could possibly be wrong with my Zap, so here i am with one final hope before i just quit and accept this cant be done. What im doing: I have a google sheet that gets regularly updated: I am trying to take the row data (more rows could be added or some taken away) for promotional offers and basically format it into a message i can tell my manychat bot to send to users who trigger it. This data must be updated automatically, meaning if the google sheet is changed, the output message must be changed accordingly. In ManyChat: I have a trigger word, followed by an external request containing the URL of one of my Zaps catch hooks. In Zapier: I have one Zap: The trigger is a catch hook configured just using a chosen record (from what i understand this is just the spreadsheet row zapier uses to test) I then get many spreadsheet rows from the google sheets action. this is simply configured so that it p

Deal Machine: Phone Number data not integrating

I am trying to trigger a “New lead” from Deal machine to populate a contact in our GHL Crm, but it transfers all data except the phone number. Contacts on Deal machine typically have 1-4 numbers. Sometimes none but its rare. EVERY contact i add (even if it shows a #) still doesnt import the phone or email. Im assuming its because there’s “phone 1” “phone 2” “phone 3” in deal machine but only showing “phone numbers” when integrating? See pics for reference. Someone HELP

Problem with Custom Action Activecampaign

Hello, I have a problem with a custom action i want to build that involves Activeampaign. The Zap finds a Contact relating to a Form (Trigger). This works. Then The Zap should find a Deal in Activecampaign from this Contact. In the old version (wich works) it pulls one Deal from the Contact based on the email from the step before.→ The Problem here: It automatically pulls the newest deal, wich sometimes is not in the correct Pipeline. I now want to add a condition. “Find a Deal from Contact, but only in Pipeline 11” → Which I prompted to the Custom Action builder.
