Error while hydrating data from Kajabi: Unexpected end of JSON input

Hi there!

I have this issue “Error while hydrating data from Kajabi: Unexpected end of JSON input” with Kajabi and Mailerlite.

I would like a subscriber to move from a group to an other group when tag is added in Kajabi.

Can you help me how can I fix this?

I had a look, and it seems that you're running into a known bug with the Kajabi integration.

While there isn't a current workaround for this issue, I'm going to let the Kajabi team know that you have encountered this issue.

Here is a workaround…

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook URL to configure in Kajabi.

Prerequisites

To use the Kajabi app on Zapier, you must have:

An active Kajabi account (any paid plan - Kickstarter, Basic, Growth, or Pro).
At least one purchase, form submission, or completed assessment on your Kajabi site (depending on the specific Zapier connection you want to create).
A paid Zapier account, as Kajabi is a premium app on Zapier.
