KW Coomand Validation error 11.14.24

I am trying to create a zap for Fello Home value lead that triggers the contact in KW Command. When I try to add the KW Command app to Zapier, I am getting this error attached. “We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: One or more validation errors occurred. I’ve checked several time entering my username manually and password mannual in addition to saved. Please help!

Feedback on REST Hook in Perform Subscribe

I'm developing a public integration that includes a REST hook, and I’d like to implement error handling in the performSubscribe method to provide feedback message to the end user if the subscription endpoint fails. Error - Invalid phone number format for the passed phone number

For whatever reason a customer entered his email address in the phone field when making a purchase recently, which caused Zapier to fail and throw the following error… “Invalid phone number format for the passed phone number” I have the customers phone number, is there any way I can edit this info and retry the zap? Cheers

Error handling for agencies

Hey guys! Hope to get some inspiration and feedback here :) We are an agency and setting up Zaps for our clients. Now we got the problem that sometimes the Zaps don’t run correctly. So we inserted a error handler with a webhook which sends us a Slack message and also creates a Asana task for our developer to check the Zap of the client. How are you guys handling the issues when a certain Trigger (for example Facebook Lead Ads) doesn’t trigger any event because there’s a problem? Right now we only get feedback from our clients - but that said they´re than not satisfied because they thought that everythings working correctly. Anyone has some ideas or feedback? Kind regardsPascal

Hi all, I’m maintaining a zapier CLI integration that has a search that is erroring out even if the _zap_search_success_on_miss is set to true.Is this something that Zapier will deal with automatically if I throw the right kind of error or do I need to parse it myself from the inputDataRaw? I can't find any documentation around that variable.

My Zap changed itself

Hello, I created a Zap almost two moths ago that transfered the people subscribing to a Wix form on a Wix website to Mailchimp. Now, a month after my holidays I noticed that some fields for some contacts in Mailchimp were missing, and some were messed up. I opened the Zap I created and saw that the fields have shuffled and rearranged themselves. I think I solved the issue by adapting the fields, but my question is why did this happen?How can I prevent this from happening in the future:? Thanks.

Error Handlers + "Should this step be considered a success"

Steps like tables and spreadsheets have this option in configuration:“Should this step be considered a success if no search results are found?” If you’re using an error handler, should you say “yes” or “no”?My instinct would be that if nothing is found, it is considered an error and it would follow the error pathway… but I’m not 100% certain.

Calendly and brokerengine help

Hi, I would love some help! :-) I have just created a Zap from Calendly to BrokerEngine so every time a calendar invite is created, it creates a lead in Brokerengine. I have tested the zap and it has successfully created the lead. But I then publish it and it keeps turning off without giving any explanation why. I have repeatedly turned it on but it automatically switches back off.

Problems with permissions when exporting whatsapp or email

How can I solve this error? I am creating a flow where the first step is a Facebook lead, after that the 2nd step is to connect a Google Sheet where that data is saved every time it is added, third step (here the error) I create a subscriber for manychat where I pass the Facebook lead data but it gives me an error that I cannot export the WhatsApp number or email. Finally I want to put a label on the user in manychat to know that it comes from a Facebook lead

Newbie - trying to fix an error "adding subscriber to email list"

I am receiving the error “adding subscriber to email list” When I access the error it is saying that my “keyword” for Manychat, m”NEW” is in the email field:  However, when I go in to try to edit this, I cannot find that anywhere, and the email field looks correct:​​​​​​This was working fine for a couple of months, then just started giving me an error message a week or so ago.Thank you in advance for any help!​​​​​​​

Zapier error: Unable to pull items, files can only be stashed within a create or hydration function/method

Hello community members, I am trying to implement a file input to zapier when a new item is added. The response receives a base64 encoded text in utf-8. I need to convert this into file such that while creating zaps I can add a file. Can anyone review this custom action with google sheets for me?

I’m trying to update a column at a time with google sheets. Ideally I’d like to do multiple columns, but we’re starting with just one. I’ve got everything set up according to the google API documents and when I test the API, it works. But when I transfer the zap over live, it runs into an error saying that the formatting is wrong and it expected another value. I’ve tried this with multiple inputs (a column of 5-6 values) and just one value, but I get the same error each time. WIX to CIN7 Sale through Zapier

We have a WIX website, and am trying to use Zapier, so when an order is received in WIX, it creates the customer in CIN7, and then creates the order. It is giving me an error on the Total value/price . See attached. Has anyone encountered this and maybe has a solution? ThanksSam

invalid email treated as data only

Hi,I am having fun linking ECWID to VCITA and I got it working fine, then it stopped working and been trying to fix it since. I believe there's an issue between ECWID & VCITA regarding Zapier but the latest i am getting is an invalid email, when the email is valid, I also don’t want Zapier to police the email addresses being inputted by clients, so how can you just treat it as a data field only?

How to surface error thrown in performSubscribe ?

While implementing performSubscribe, I encountered an issue. My function executes a GraphQL endpoint to create a webhook. Error handling has been added to raise any failures as proper errors.The problem is that, despite seeing the Zaps correctly in the "OFF" state and receiving a Zapier notification email about the failure, I want to surface this error immediately to the user after they toggle the action from OFF to ON. Ideally, this would be a visual notification on the same screen, rather than relying on the email (which they might miss).I searched for similar issues but haven't found a solution yet.
