How to set the public production version in Zapier CLI

Hello .. i have developed Zapier integration  For Second street account from 3 years ago ,and now i have pushed another version 2.0.5 and need to make it the public production version instead of version 2.0.3. when i am trying to set 2.0.5 as promoted version through cli .. i get this error message. i need ur support to proceed.
