I have a custom integration that allows me to query Nationbuilder via their V2 API, using Oauth authentication. A number of Zaps have run successfully using this custom integration, but a few have run into an error on the steps using the custom integration, reporting this error:
Cannot retrieve App******CLIAPI@1.0.0 app.I haven’t found any documentation specific to this error. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

This issue arises because the owner of the Zap doesn't have access to the integration.
To resolve this, you have a couple of options:
- You can add the Zap owner to the integration team. Here's how you can do that: Add to Integration Team
- Alternatively, you can use the share feature to grant access to use the integration. More details can be found here: Share Feature
