Error on my zap: Halted exception field "Emailblacklisted". Why???!!! Help!

hi!I had a zap that  put the contact into my mail list ..Didn’t work and ‘stopped’ this task. Why???? This is the error: This Brevo (4.2.0) step hit an errorHalted Exception: Field "emailBlacklisted" is invalid - it is not Boolean value and can not be converted to Boolean value. Please help me. This is a horrible errror. REason is that this zap task was to add Webinar registrant contacts into my mail list which would then get a notification from me for the Zoom Webinar link!!! Of which they didnt get and so didnt get to watch the Live webinar (of which they paid!!)aaaargh. Tragic.

How to return value from sub-zap when one of the steps failed

I have a sub-zap that is used to create a new sales receipt in QuickBooks. If the recipt reference number is not unique (race condition) the QuickBooks action fails. That is OK and is expected for us every once in a while. As far as I know, there is no way in the “create sales receipt” QuickBooks step to ignore the error. Ideally I would like to trigger an “email” step if there was an error. If that’s not possible I would like to, at least, be able to exit the sub-zap so that the parent zap can finish running and not be stuck in the “waiting” state. How do I achieve that?

i’m not sure why does this happen? I’m only wanted to create a subitem inside of the item, but it says I’ve exceeded the item link max locks and i’m not sure why this happen and how to solve this. anyone here have ever faced this issue?

Troubleshooting contact import from Zoho to Pipedrive

So I’ve set up a zap that will create a new contact in Pipedrive when a Lead is tagged with the tag “hot sauce”.I’m running into this problem:It's saying the person id needs to be a number, but it is a number?Does it need to be a shorter number? I am importing the Lead ID from Zoho as the Person ID assigned in Pipedrive.I haven’t found a way around this yet. Any suggestions?

Error Handler Path Not triggered after API Error

Hello community,I’m having a problem with our zap flows. We have a step that makes a POST call to an API and then our flow splits in two. The success and the error paths. Looking at a specific ZAP run I can see that we got a 702 error from the API yet the zap flow continues down the SUCESS path.Is there anything in config that would make this happen?Am I missing something?Thanks.

GA4 integration still broken?

It appears that a year later this is still an issue Hey, I am trying to report an event in GA4 to mark conversions and I’ve used action “Create Conversion Event for a Property in Google Analytic” for this.However, when I try to test it gives me error “Failed to create a conversion event in Google Analytics 4Oops! Something went wrong. Google may be having issues with their API - please try again later.”

Email alerts for errors

Is it possible to select which email alerts to receive when errors happen in zaps?  For example, we use zaps for Facebook lead ads quite a bit and quite often the email address is not valid triggering an email alert about it. These specific notices happen often enough, it would be really helpful to eliminate them coming in completely versus the notices about other issues like information not sending at all, or an issue with either our CDP or Zapier, etc.

 I’m experiencing an “Internal Server Error” redirect when I click on “Edit a Zap”  Internal error. UnknownError: Internal error.Well, this is unexpected. You can reload the editor and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support. Is this a general problem or isolated to me?

Having Issues Cancelling Calendly Events

Hi Everyone, I’m trying to create a zap that triggers when someone create a Calendly meeting. The zap has two paths based on the answers they provide on the Calendly form. The path will either create the deal in Hubspot or cancel the event. The paths are working but when I try to “Cancel Scheduled Event” I keep getting errors. My guess is that the Event ID/UUID is wrong, but I’m not sure how to fix it. I thought the Cancel URL field from the Calendly trigger would be the UUID I need since the formatting matches what they asked for but its not working and no idea what else I can use.  I’ve attached the screenshots below of the steps in question.  Thanks in advance for any help :) Step 16: Trying to get the Event ID/UUID: Input Step 16: Trying to get the Event ID/UUID: OutputStep 17: Cancel Scheduled Event: InputStep 17: Cancel Scheduled Event: Output/Error

Error Handling Is Generating Emails

I have a common set of errors that I deal for some of my automations. I have error handling that I’m happy with, but lately it is sending me emails when it encounters those errors.Zapier help docs says this shouldn’t be happening.Anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Troubleshooting missing Line Items ID in Quickbase from Shopify updates

I have a zap setup to enter a Quickbase record when a shopify record is updated. It was working fine and then Zapier made some updates and now I randomly get an error message and a missed zap. It is pretty low frequency but high enough to be a problem. Below is a screenshot of the most recent event. When I checked this order in shopify it is from a Bold subscription purchase (Shopify plug in app) and I’m wondering if that is messing with the ID. It doesn’t happen every time. I cannot see where this ID is empty.

Built-in Error Handling for Webhooks POST

A Google search for POST issues on Zapier is a mile long. From what I can tell a lot of them come from the same root issue: A step errors and prevents the Zap from finishing.I think there is a pretty straightforward solution. The POST functionality on Zapier webhooks should have a checkbox to skip any data that errored and proceed with posting other data. Example:A form that collects several pieces of info has an optional zip code field The zip is sent to a zip code lookup table to grab city and state data before being passed into a CRM. If the zip code lookup fails, the user should have the option to send POST data without the failed fields.You may say that an error handler would be an easy solution in the example above, but it can get very messy very quickly in more complex scenarios. You can have branching paths or connected zaps - but it can still get more messy than we’d like.I think a straightforward checkbox would save many people a lot of issues.For what it’s worth, I feel like

sends notification to wrong email

i somehow registered with wrong email. and now Zapier asks me to confirm notification from email that doesn't exist .. is there a way to change it ? i tried to change it but he still wants the confirmation from the wrong email which doesn't exist is there a way of fixing ?

Issue with Facebook Conversions – "Unknown Error"

Hello, Zapier Community!I’m encountering an issue with the Facebook Conversion Events integration in Zapier. When trying to send conversion events, I receive an "Unknown Error" response along with a warning about using a deprecated version of the Ads API.Error Details:Error Message: "An unknown error has occurred" (OAuthException: code 1). Warning: "You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API." Status Code: 500 (Internal Server Error). URL Path: The request URL shows as https://undefined/v18.0/{ad_account_id}/events?access_token={access_token}, where the base URL is listed as undefined.Actions Taken:I’ve confirmed that the Ad Account ID and Event Data are correctly filled in the Zapier action. KW Coomand Validation error 11.14.24

I am trying to create a zap for Fello Home value lead that triggers the contact in KW Command. When I try to add the KW Command app to Zapier, I am getting this error attached. “We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: One or more validation errors occurred. I’ve checked several time entering my username manually and password mannual in addition to saved. Feedback on REST Hook in Perform Subscribe

I'm developing a public integration that includes a REST hook, and I’d like to implement error handling in the performSubscribe method to provide feedback message to the end user if the subscription endpoint fails. Error handling for agencies

Hey guys! Hope to get some inspiration and feedback here :) We are an agency and setting up Zaps for our clients. Now we got the problem that sometimes the Zaps don’t run correctly. So we inserted a error handler with a webhook which sends us a Slack message and also creates a Asana task for our developer to check the Zap of the client. How are you guys handling the issues when a certain Trigger (for example Facebook Lead Ads) doesn’t trigger any event because there’s a problem? Right now we only get feedback from our clients - but that said they´re than not satisfied because they thought that everythings working correctly. Anyone has some ideas or feedback? Kind regardsPascal

My Zap changed itself

Hello, I created a Zap almost two moths ago that transfered the people subscribing to a Wix form on a Wix website to Mailchimp. Now, a month after my holidays I noticed that some fields for some contacts in Mailchimp were missing, and some were messed up. I opened the Zap I created and saw that the fields have shuffled and rearranged themselves. I think I solved the issue by adapting the fields, but my question is why did this happen?How can I prevent this from happening in the future:? Thanks.
