Problem to connect odoo self hosted

Hello, 
Hope you are doing well!
Please can you tell us how to configure our odoo account but not ffrom odoo.com but with our domain , on cloud hosted.
Can you help us ?
With self hosted we show this error message :
“

We hit an error adding your new account
authentication failed: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:443

Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
Double check your Account has the correct permissions
