I’ve got a zap that creates a Xero invoice from a fluent form webhook. It works perfectly except for the address which doesn’t populate on the invoice. I either need a way to add it to the invoice myself or set the address as default for billing when the contact is created.

I’m finalizing work on v1 of my Private App and I have a few Search Actions. My API returns an array to Zapier however Zapier only displays the first record from the array while testing/validating the response and within the Zap editor. How can I properly return a list of records to my users with a Search Action?

I’ve created a custom integration to make requests into Nationbuilder using their V2 API, which requires oauth tokens.I set up the integration without issue, the connection tests just fine (Via Step 5 Test Your Authentication). Hello,The Intercom action “Remove tag from contact “ doesn’t have an option to search by tag name, it only works by ID. Intercom’s API doesn’t have a direct way to retrieve a tag’s ID by name either, you have to get a list of all the tag IDs and find it via code.This adds a little bit of overhead to the process.The action “Add tag to contact” does have a “search by name” option. Is it possible that we could get a similar option for the “Remove tag from contact” action?Thanks!

Hey everyone! I love Zapier as a product.But recently, I’ve been running into a frustrating limitation that I’m surprised isn’t already addressed (I also spoke to support about it). When working with Zaps that include delays, I believe there really needs to be an option to:A) Fade out the current version of a Zap. That is: allow all Zaps that are already running and in a delay step to finish, while preventing any new triggers from entering the Zap.B) Manually skip a delay if needed — especially when retrying errored runs. This would be a huge help when debugging or editing live workflows.Without these features, editing or replacing Zaps with delays becomes a nightmare. Hello,I want to Update a Database Item in notion. First, I need to find that item. We have an ID property on the database. This should be a pretty obvious one to be able to search by, as these are guaranteed to be unique across the database, but for some reason it’s not included in the fields that I’m allowed to search by in the Find a Database Item action. I can only search by date ranges and text/number fields. Can the ability to search by ID type properties please be added? Thanks!

The Action to archive a Clockify project based on triggers isn’t available. It’s simply not an option on the list of possible actions. Is there a way to workaround the same or add it manually with a little coading? Also, is there any way to have the action added? is yes, the ETA on the same.

I have custom field outputs from my trigger that I need to separate by comas and use each value later in the workflow. Text to line-item and split text work similarly, but when I use the pill in a later step it merges all values back together. See screenshots where the first was the output directly from the action test, and the second is the output from the pill. My workaround fix is to use text to line-item, then use the output of that in split text, then use that output in line-item to text. However I need to do line-item to text for each value which ends up using a lot of actions and I will end up reaching usage limitations.I have also tried custom pill mapping but have not found luck.There

Dear Zapier Community, I have trouble sending a video URL from my Google Sheets document to Buffer. In the image you can see the error I am getting: “The Buffer step hit an error. Process exited before completing request”.  Zapier is reading the data correctly but Buffer keeps causing troubles when trying to complete my request. Hi everyone,I'm building an action step to pull email bodies from a Gmail thread (the normal ‘find email’ action step finds an individual message, where I want every message in a given thread, and there’s no ‘find thread’ action step, so I’m making it). It's mostly working, but I'm running into a weird formatting issue when I try to handle the response.I’m getting the message body in Base64, and when I decode it to a utf-8 string, it works, in that I get the messages, but they’re split by character. I’ve tried a few things to recombine the result, but it’s not working, and I don’t really know what I’m doing (I’m doing the code with ChatGPT. I have connected my google sheets to zapier, fetched the last row data , now i want to post that data directly without mapping it to any key , all data directly sent to an API , how can i do? , I tried by using {{bundle.inputData}} , still i am not getting any data. can you guys help me? I have not used any input designer in my action , because i just want all the data , i dont want to extract it by mapping.and i am unable to get any data now, 

I am trying to create a zap that adds a line item Id to a list but before I add it to the list, I am attempting to get the list of IDs and us the values in it to compare against the current ID in a filter to have the list only be unique line item ids. I have tried the get value and get multiple value action events but that only returns something like this when I try {{279842187__value__list}} not the actual values found. So that fails to filter anything. I believe the Get List Values action event may be a solution but there is a field called Item Format that has no clear instructions anywhere on what should be entered. Whatever I put in that field is the output when I test the step.  Does anyone have any insight into what this input may be looking for?

Hi, in my “Create Invoice” action, I have the settings to “Accept Payment Via Bank Transfer” and “Via Credit Card”, but not via Paypal. However, if I open up the generated invoice in QBO, I have the ability to toggle Paypal on for this invoice. Hi, I have a Zap that posts to my self-hosted Mattermost 10.2.1 server. The Zap currently throws an error, likely due to a downrev version of the Mattermost integration in Zapier (1.9.0) however, when I attempt to upgrade the Mattermost integration in my Zap, any credentials I select immediately transition to “Expired” and Zapier requests I reconnect them.  The “reconnection” does not visibly fail, but after reconnection, the accounts are immediately marked as expired.  I have recreated the OAuth app in Mattermost, I know nothing is expired from my side, the oauth workflow succeeds, but I can’t seem to get a working Mattermost integration again.   What am I missing?  Is the integration simply broken with current versions of Mattermost?
