How to modify specific cell values in Google Sheets using previous results

Hi. asking for a feature

I want to modify specific cells in a google sheet, using whether a fixed test or a result from a previous step.

for example

I have a sum from a mysql query, and i want t use that result in a google spreadsheet in some cell

(Currently the custom event is useless referring a previous result)
