I saw that a feature was created recently where you can send an automatic email for a user marked as a no-show on Calendly. Wondering if this feature could be applied to Cal.com as well?

Hi @d_rothstein

Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

Try reaching out to Cal.com Support for feature requests for their Zap app integration.

Hi @d_rothstein

To automate no-show emails with Zapier’s Webhooks app and Cal.com, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Create a Zap with the “Webhooks by Zapier” → “Catch Hook” trigger and copy the webhook URL.

  2. In Cal.com, subscribe manually to the BOOKING_NO_SHOW or BOOKING_NO_SHOW_UPDATED event by adding a webhook with the Zapier URL.

  3. Test by marking a booking as no-show to ensure Zapier receives the webhook.

  4. Optionally, add a filter in Zapier to process only no-show events.

  5. Add an email action to send a personalized follow-up to the attendee.

  6. Test and activate your Zap.

If you’re looking for a more streamlined solution that handles webhook subscriptions and extracts key info automatically, a custom Zapier integration can make the process much smoother.
