How to add a file to a Google Drive folder created by Zapier

I am attempting to have zapier create aa google drive folder for me, named off of my client in Honeybook. I then want a separate zap that will take a file from their account and add it into said folder that was previously created. How do i get it to map to the correct folder, and not just drop a file in the main drive folder?

Hi @tech-head95

Try these Zap actions:

  • GDrive - Find Folder
  • GDrive - Upload File
    • Map the ID of the Folder from the previous step

Hi there, @tech-head95 👋

Did those Google Drive actions Troy suggested work as hoped?
