I am having trouble figuring this one out. We use Zapier to sync updates on a Monday board to fields in Dynamics. Our Monday board has columns that are dropdowns to select users assigned to a specific task. Sometimes a user is unassigned and the field on the Monday board is cleared, but Zapier does not recognize this and does not clear the field in Dynamics, it retains the previous value.
How can I update my Zap to recognize these blank values and clear the field in Dynamics?

That is very vague and general. I’m looking for some specific instructions, like those that have been given to Salesforce users to solve the same issue.
The ‘Update Record’ action does not recognize null or blank values and does not update Dynamics when a column on the Monday board changes to a null or blank value.
I have tried using the Formatter by Zapier tool, but it’s not clear what I’m supposed to do with it. I must be doing something wrong, as it doesn’t seem to pick up blank or null values from Monday and sync them to Dynamics fields.
