Has anyone had any luck connecting the Jamf API to the Developer platform? I can’t seem to get an access token generated the way it should be despite following what I think are the right steps. If someone has been able to do it, any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
I’ve had 2 Zaps running for over a month. They both activate by a new row in my Google sheet. A Google Form sends the info to the Google sheet. It’s the same form used every time. I’ve tried testing it and asking it to collect new records and it’s not seeing any row after 4/15 which is went it last ran successfully. I only have 35 rows in the google sheet. I’ve tried turning the Zaps on and off, and turning them off and asking it to retrieve more records. It’s not seeing the google sheet anymore from the looks of it. There are no empty lines an I hadn’t edited or worked on the Zap in over 4 weeks. Help!
I’m looking to take data (numerical responses) from a google form and put the responses into an ongoing google sheet (have been able to do this easily). Then create a new tab on the google sheet with a bar graph representing the new data each time a form is submitted and email the bar graph as a pdf.
Hey Everyone,I’d love your advise on below requirement.I maintain my coaching video recordings on Google drive and want to automatically update a Notion table created to keep them centralised.I setup the standard Zap to connect Google drive new file event to Notion - This is working fine. But the issue is I have different types of coaching sessions (i.e 1:1 coaching, group coaching, team meetings) and I have created a multi select field on My notion table. Once a new record is created on Google drive folder, I want it to look up the file name (If it contains 1:1 coaching then the record should select 1:1 coaching field on Notion table) Thanks for your help in advance.Pan

Perhaps there’s a better way to do this - open the pdf file attached to my Outlook email take a screenshot of the pdf post it on XCadence - to be published every 2 hours. The PDF report is generated from Power BI, the email comes in every 2 hours with the attached report. Thanks.
Every time i turn on my Zap it instantly turns off when i refresh the page. I dont understand why. Ive tried every solution but it wont work. I connected calendly to monday. There are no erros. I can even get it to turn on every time i refresh it turns off so i have no history to look at. I need this fixed by Monday or im going to have to find a new service to use. please help out.

Good Day,I have a zap that is not triggering. I set it up to connect with WordPress website. The connection to my website tests OK. It is supposed to detect a new user when they register on my site. Then add the new user to a list on my Brevo account. The Brevo connection tests OK as well.I can add a user to my Brevo list when testing the zap but when I register a new user on my site the zap does not see it and send it to my Brevo list.I worked for several hours with the suggestions of the AI chatbot on Zapier site but no luck. I reconnected each side of the zap. I turned the zap on and off several times. Each time I could successfully test the zap but still it will not see a new user and send to Brevo list.Can anyone here help me work out what the problem is? Regards,Thomas

Hi Zapier Community,I'm running into an issue where my Zap is unexpectedly going down the wrong path based on a Boolean condition, and I could use some help troubleshooting.In my Zap, I have a path set up with the following rule: Only continue if: "2. Zap Search Was Found Status" (Boolean) Is falseWhen I manually tested this step, the test record showed: "Zap search was found status: true"As expected, the right path wouldn't pass during the manual test, and I got the warning message: "Your path would not have continued for this test data. If this was unexpected, edit your rules below, or modify your test record to test!"However, during the actual run of the Zap, it seems to be going down the right path (the one that should only execute if "2. Zap Search Was Found Status" is false), even though I believe the status should be true based on the earlier steps.I've double checked my path rules and the setup of the earlier steps, but I can't figure out why the Zap is directing down the unex
Currently, my Lofty CRM account is connected to the Luxury Presence website. Can Zapier facilitate the integration between Homebot and Lofty CRM? What type of information can we obtain through this integration? Would it potentially disrupt the existing integration?
I use zapier with Google Ads to add customers to a Segment list I created. Google calls this a “Customer Match list” and forces us to use Zapier to create this list from our online store/platform.Google ads told me if I want to create an automated customer match list from my BigCommerce Store... that I had to use Zapier.The tasks are running on Zapier… allegedly successfully. I see in the details of the task… that zapier is finding the customer on BigCommerce… with the right data/info… but I don’t see the customer getting added to the Audience list in google ads and yes… I have linked up Google Ads and Zapier… seemingly without issue. I went through the integration wizard on Google ads when I set this up… please help.
Good morning,I have a problem, I can't find how to do this on Zapier, I wonder if it's really possible. My goal is to capture leads through Facebook and then, using paper, to do several actions automatically: fill out a Google sheet, send WhatsApp messages, etc.Here's what's blocking me and I'm wondering if it's possible on paper:1- in a Google sheet, I have lines (lead) that I would not like zappier to take into account for its workflow. These lines are checked in a column because they are bad leads. How can I ensure that zapier does not take these lines/lead into account?2- if a lead comes from Facebook Ads several times, zapper will create several lines in Google Sheet, how can I ensure that Zapier does not create a line (lead) if it is already present in the Google Sheet in question?3- by putting a date in a cell of the Google Sheet, I want an appointment to be created in Google Calendar. But each time the zap creates an event on today's date and not on the date indicated in the go

Processing emails (only dates and subject line) from Gmail to a spreadsheet, I want the latest email to be added to the top of my spreadsheet, but Zapier put it at the bottom. How do I change that?
I can’t seem to figure out why I continue to get this error. I simply want to update a record in a table based on contact info from my CRM. Ignore the additional paths, I will clean those up later. I will start with the error I am receiving at Step 13, then back it up to where the data is starting to be pulled from. Step 10 finds data in my CRM by using the Client ID linked to the Task (that was created in the CRM) that starts the whole Zap.The static data I am looking for in my CRM comes over as a custom field. I need the custom field value of ‘3 Months’ to create a new task to end this zap At this point, I found that Zapier does not like my custom data fields so I have to format the data in steps 11 and 12, otherwise Step 13 is trying to update a record with a string that looks like what I have highlighted in yellow in the screenshot below. I have multiple custom field values in my CRM. The meeting cadence just happens to be the first that zapier sees. Everything else is separated
When I upload a test file with a Zap to my server the contents are in JSON format as a long string. When I upload a file with a live Zap the text is parsed onto different lines. I don’t want the text to be parsed. About 4 months ago this was not an issue but now is. How do I turn off this auto encoding so that the test and live Zap are the same?
I am using the Ai message router to interpret the text from a chatbot in LeadConnector via Webhook, then route the customer into 3 separate routes, sales, tech support, or billing.After the Zi message router determines the route, I want it to add a tag to the contact in Go High Level (LeadConnector). I have 3 paths set up. If the message rute is billing, it will add the “billing” tag to the customer. When I test the action, the tag is not added.
We are trying to transfer time bookings made in MOCO to specific ClickUp tasks. Everything is working fine so far, but the booking in ClickUp is always assigned to the user who created the ClickUp connection in Zapier (although the user is Workspace Owner).When setting the configuration for transferring the booking to ClickUp, adding an assignee is mandatory - however it appears that the booking is not assigned to this user in ClickUp.Is there a way to correctly assign time bookings in ClickUp via Zapier to a specific user? Any Ideas how to solve this?Thx for your help!
HiI want to create a Zap for creating a new google workspace user, using details from a google form. The problem I have is the primary email address field. I can’t put anything in the google form to pull this data and it wont let me create the zap without it. Obviously this will need to be first name and surname followed by our domain but unsure how to get that across into the google workspace primary email field. Any help would be much apricated. Thanks
Hi there, I’m trying to create a Zap using the trigger ‘updated attendee in Eventbrite’, but I can’t get it to work.We have used Zaps to create rows on a Google Sheet for all Eventbrite registration data, this has worked well for a long time, however Eventbrite have recently made a change to their booking process and it’s no longer working. Booking information, including custom questions is now collected after the booking has been made. Zapier populates this as ‘Info Requested’. I would to use ‘updated attendee in Eventbrite’ to update attendee data including custom questions on Google Sheets. I have tried to create the Zap a few times using this trigger, but I cannot get this to work.Can anybody send over instructions please? I’m unsure if I need to create separate zaps for each field update, but I have tried that and I can’t get that to work either. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks!
Hi I am new to Zapier, i've started it mainly for this purpose but i will look to learn it and connect with notion in the future too if can get the hang of it.I am looking to be able to take a list of subreddits and be able to filter down a certain demographic - 18+ UK/EU based gamers etc - I then would like to be able to take these posts that fit this filter into a Discord channel.I have been trying to set this up using the help of chatgpt and zapier ai but so far seem stuck - I can get the message into Discord but no actual link to the respective Reddit post that triggered the zap etc.Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Hello so I have a problem with automatic document control which is triggered by new gmail attachment. when i receive a a specific attachment on gmail it first gets formatted by specific client and contractor (contained in attachment name), after that i have two lookup tables which match with their corresponding google drive URLs and are displayed as line items. then i use paths for different types of document types and find drives and folders by using those URLs. But the problem is if i receive more than one attachment at the same time and both attachments run at the same time. will that cause problems for URLs because path might use URL which is from other attachment. I want to put certain delay in a way that it will pass triggers one by one so there can’t be any mismatch. Do you have any suggestions? I hope i wrote it clearly :) thank you
