How do I include birthday to outlook contacts

I want to make an integration from a Typeform and one of the fields is the Birthday. However, i can’t include it in the outlook contact. Is there any way to sort this out? It is amazing that with the Power automate i could not include notes and with zapier you can include notes, but not the Bday. Thanks!

Automatically creating new User ID's when a New Record (User) is created

hello! I want to automate the creation of subsequent User IDs for each new record (Users) - and I need help.I have a “Users Table”, and my Primary User ID identifier for my first record is USER001. I created this as a “Test Record” with USER001 as the First Record Created in the Users Table, so it had a baseline.Then I created a Zap for Tables that is connected to Users Table, then Formatter by Zapier to generate a unique alphanumeric ID for the user_id field in my Users Table.To split the Alpha/Numeric I first chose Text as the Action Event to extract the number from the USER text, which seemed to work (output 001)Then again in Formatter by Zapier I chose Numbers “Perform Math Operation” and mapped the output 001 above then Add Value 1I don’t know where to go from here - or how to recombine them in the next step to make it all work.  Maybe I’m way off in my logic, and there is an easier way. Does anyone have any advice or experience on how to create an automation for new User ID’s for

How to retrieve customer lifetime revenue data from WooCommerce

I am trying to update my CRM with customer history lifetime revenue every time an order is placed.  It appears that Total Orders is available but I am not seeing anything regarding total dollars purchased.  I am assuming that there is something that I can do on the Woocommerce side to get that to show up but I just don’t know what.  Please help.  Thank you in advance

Zapier Tables Optional Field Attribute

I have just started working with Zapier Tables. I am pulling input data from a dynamic Wufoo form. Is there a way to change the Field attribute from ‘Required’ to ‘Optional’. I will be using a standard form to populate the Zapier Table, but not all of the fields that I need will be provided by each person. For example, the form might be used by a Homeowner or a Tenant. So, the ‘Type’ of applicant field will need to be a ‘Required’ field, but the Landlord Name field should be an ‘Optional’ field because it won’t always have data in that field.I hope that makes sense!

Missing data when exporting Shopify orders with Zapier

I have a zap set up to export my shopify orders and several fields are blank that are have data in my order information (i.e. fulfilment status, tags). I can export this fine in shopify and other reporting apps but it’s incomplete when I export using zapier. Is there a fix?

How to access raw JSON from webhooks by Zapier using data passthrough?

While this question has been asked a multitude of times, there is no actual answer to be found in all those threads. Here’s my situation:I’m doing a “lookup spreadsheet rows” on google sheets Then passing the result json on to a webhook (using “data passthrough” on the “webhooks by zapier” custom request Now I would like to receive the raw json that is returned by the webhook.Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find an acceptable way to access the raw result json from the “webhooks by zapier” custom request step. Only the parsed data is available. Reading through the support forum, I’m seeing two answers popping up: suggested approach 1: Using another zap with a webhook trigger to send the raw data to. This hack is insane, why would I want to use another zap, another webhook dependency, to be able to access data that should be accessible by default? In a year, no one will be able to manage this weird zap construction anymore, this is just not an acceptable approach. https://community

Zap Error: Square refunds exceed Eventbrite sales amount

I have a simple Zap integration - need to send NEW Eventbrite orders to Square.  At the moment, I have this part working after some trial and error.  But I also wanted to include Zap to create refunds in Square if they occur in Eventbrite.The Zap for refunds will give error that amount exceeds the sale.  I tested by purchasing a single ticket for an event, then I will issue myself a refund a couple min later and see this error: If at all possible, are there any Zap Pros that might see this post and can send me message to consult - I have reached out to a few and have yet to get a response.

How do I automate social media posts with Google Sheets and Canva using Zapier?

Evening,I've been at this for hours with no success, so thought I'd try my luck here! Essentially, I'd like to automate some simple social media posts. I want to pull text from Google Sheets on to a company branded Canva Template and via Zapier change the text (but keep the text placement and style the same for each post) within the Canva template. However, it appears that Zapier does not like Canva's native design file as it can't seem to find/import the design unless it's been uploaded to Canva as PNG etc. However, that means I can't automate the dynamic text change.Is this possible or am I just being dull? Much Thanks 👍

Fields are not transmitted from Facebook Lead Ads to Webhook

My FB new lead > webhooks blog has been working for many years. But sometimes (cases are becoming more frequent now) the fields of the contact data of the leads are not transmitted, the data from fb is present in the logs, the masks are configured correctly, but for some reason they are not captured.

Credly Issue Badge fields?

I am trying to issue badges from HubSpot to Credly and create a Printable Certificate template. The challenge I am running into is the Issue Badge does not give me the field of evidence data. We use the evidence data as a specific ID number for the user. Is there a way to issue the badge and have the evidence field zapped in?

How to pass attachments from Zoho Billing to Kissflow Coral?

As title, I tried to build the Zap, but no clue at all. Kissflow support told me “Please note that in Zoho Billing, attached files are not stored as standalone files. Instead, they are converted into document IDs. To pass the file through your Zapier integration, an intermediate API call will be required to retrieve the file using its document ID before it can be passed to Kissflow Coral.”May I know what I should do to pass the file from Zoho billing to Kissflow coral?Thank you.

Facing issue connecting to Twilio and receiving recording file

Hi,I'm using a zap to connect with Twilio. This is working fine. The connection is working and the trigger works also.When I want to retrieve a recorded message I'm getting a “401 Unauthorized” message. I searched everywhere and the problem is pure authentication.  In the apps connection settings I filled in everything (see below the screen) The connection is succesfull: The problem is not Deepgram, but pure the accessibility of the file. I need additional credentials to store the audio file, but I cannot add this anywhere in Zapier.All the help is very welcome!!!Thx Alex

Clio is triggering on Open matters instead of Closed in my Zap.

I’m trying to use “Matter Status Update” in Clio Manage to trigger an email when the status is changed to “Closed”. I created the zap but when I test it, it’s pulling files that are “open” and I’m not sure why.  It appears that I’m using the correct Event & Trigger, Zapier just isn’t pulling the right information. Can’t seem to find anything about that in the troubleshooting.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

How do I set up a Zap to add Calendly bookings to my ConvertKit email list?

I’m trying to create a zap for when someone signs up for a booking/class via my Calendly, it takes their email and name, and adds them to my email list on ConvertKit. when I go to set this up, I’m super confused as to what I’m supposed to put in the fields to make this work. I’ve attached screen shots. In the first screen shot, it places someone’s email address who is already on my list, in the field. Is this normal behavior?  - any help is appreciated.

Leads Sent to Incorrect Brevo List from Shopify Forms

I’ve integrated Shopify with Brevo using Zapier to streamline my lead capture process. However, I’m encountering a persistent issue where leads, after being submitted via my website forms, are routed to the incorrect Brevo list.Despite configuring Zapier to map the form submissions to the “Members” list in Brevo, they’re erroneously being placed in the “Not a member of” list.I’ve reviewed the workflow setup in Zapier, confirmed the list settings in Brevo, and even re-synced the integration, but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Zapier's mapping functionality?Additionally, I’m seeking advice on optimizing this automation to ensure the leads are directed to the appropriate list, as well as any best practices for troubleshooting and enhancing the overall efficiency of my Shopify-to-Brevo integration.
