YouTube “The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota” error

Hi all --I have a Zap that gets triggered when a new video appears in a playlist. Over the past 10 days I’ve received a couple of failure notification emails from Zapier that indicateError Message: YouTube: Trigger partner failure: The app returned "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your <a href="/youtube/v3/getting-started#quota">quota</a>.".  Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?FWIW, the only other post on this that I’ve found is this one:which refers you to a Google API docs, and through them, to the Google API console, which doesn’t actually show who and how quota units are being used up. Is there a way to find out how many quota units are being use by a Zap, or if not, influence the triggering somehow? My Zap only needs to run once a day, but right now the only relevant YouTube trigger options seem to be to select “When a video shows up in a playlist”.Any suggestions would be appreciated -- thanks in advance!

Trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier, getting an "Error parsing response" error

Hi, I’m trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier. I’ve installed and activated the Zapier plugin to wordpress. I go to log in to my Wordpress on Zapier, and I get the following error: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> <html style="height:100%"> <head> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,"Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information What can I do to fix this? Thanks

Zapier doesn't detect inbound ClickSend SMS messages for trigger.

Hi all, I have a dedicated SMS number on ClickSend, and can receive SMS messages to ClickSend’s dashboard.I can SEND messages from Zapier via ClickSend without issue.When I receive a ClickSend SMS message and attempt to create a new Zapier trigger based on that, Zapier does not see any SMS messages in my inbox and only generates test data for the triggers portion.

Jotform getting “502 Server Error” throttling errors

I have multiple Zaps that integrate JotForms with Trello. These were working as expected a week ago. Then, I started getting multiple “502 Server Error” emails, which I have gotten in the past when Trello/JotForm have been down temporarily. However, I’ve been getting them every day for the past 5 days or so, but I didn’t see any failed Zaps. Then, this morning, I received a new error email with this message: “Trigger partner failure: ('Jotform throttling https://zapier.api.jotform.com/form/90435131864152/submissions?orderby=created_at%2CDESC&limit=100', 60)” I went into the Zaps and it said I needed to reconnect my JotForm account, which I did (no changes have been made to my JotForm account or Zapier account). After I reconnected my account, I went to the next step to make sure it was working properly. However, now I am getting the error below when trying to select a form as a trigger:  Any recommendations for this? Like I said, we have not made any changes to our account as far a

Google Forms Error Quota Exceeded "Expensive Reads"

Hi,New user here. Im trying to create a Zap where when someone fills out a Google Form, it creates a task for me on Google Tasks. But I get this error message:Quota exceeded for quota metric 'Expensive Reads' and limit 'Expensive Reads per minute' of service 'forms.googleapis.com' for consumer 'project_number:927538837578'. Any idea on how I can solve this or even what this means?

Google Tasks error: The app returned “The Auth is expired”

I have quite a few zaps utilizing Google Tasks, however I just tried creating another and I get the error “The Auth is expired” when trying to select an account. I have tried reconnecting it but to no avail. I have tried a couple other Google accounts as well and they all give me the same error. Is this an issue with Google Tasks at the moment or am I missing something?

Could not verify SSL Certificate for Excel

Hi, It seems there’s a problem between Excel and Zapier, because for the last three hours, all zaps that require to send Data from/to excel gives me the following error message :   Nothing changed on my part, everything was running smoothly and then it all started to go south.  Any ideas on what causes this kind of issues?  Thanks!

Connecting to Excel is giving "You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser"

From 15/2/24 17:40 I have started receiving regular alerts for my zaps connecting to online Excel with the message: “You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser”.Nothing has changed (passwords etc).  I tried turning the zaps off and on again, but now it will not turn on again - I get the notification “Zap could not be switched on” with the same message as above.  When I edit the zap to check the credentials, I can do a test connection and it is successful.The zaps retrieve new rows from Excel and update MailChimp.  The Microsoft account I am using is the one I used to create the spreadsheet.I’m not sure where to go from here - it has been working for a few months and nothing has changed.

New Saved Message Slack trigger does not work anymore after Slack update

Slack recently updated their save element feature, apparently this broke the trigger, ad it does not work anymore. I was using it in a zap where each time a user saved a message from slack, the zap copied it in a trello board, it worked just fine until slack updated their feature. Any idea on how to fix it?

Quickbooks Online - New Invoice Trigger Unreliable

I have a Zap with a Quickbooks “New Invoice” Trigger that is not working reliably. Sometimes the Zap will trigger instantly, other times it will take multiple hours to trigger, other times it won’t trigger at all.There are never any errored Zaps, it either works or it doesn’t show up in the Zap history at all.Because of this it is my suspicion that something is going wrong on Quickbooks end, so there isn’t much I can do to troubleshoot.The Trigger is supposed to always be an Instant Trigger, so it seems like the quickbooks API is simply not sending some of the New Invoice Events.The Zap is sending invoice information to our Airtable for Order Processing purposes, so if an invoice doesn’t get sent via the zap it can cause an order to go missing. So it’s pretty important for this Zap to work reliably.Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything I can do to mitigate it?

Zapier Not Detecting Tasks Added in Google Tasks via Google Doc

Google Tasks now has a number of ways of adding tasks. Direct add Add from gMail using the make task button Add in an arbitrary Google Doc by creating a task checkmark then assigningZapier correctly detects new tasks that are added with methods 1 and 2, but does not ‘see’ tasks added in the third way, which means I can’t reliably use the integration to sync tasks. Has anyone come across this? I assume it’s a bug in the Zapier integration or maybe Google Tasks presents tasks added that way slightly differently?

Eventbrite data being forwarded as "info requested"

Hi everyone,We have been using eventbrite with zapier since a while and its providing great help to our business. We have been facing an issue recently; it is not happening to any of the particular event but in general zaps are not forwarding the correct data to our app sometime.The current flow of the use case for our business is when some-one gets a ticket from eventbrite zapier forwards us the details of the individual; we have been receiving these details at an api end-point. The issue in particular is that we some time receive data in text as “info requested” for couple of fields. I am not sure about the root cause of problem as it looks like maybe zapier not able to retrieve eventbrite data correctly or forwards it correctly.Looking for a quick fix or help on this. Thanks

Alexa goes through all steps, but when it comes time add task to my Any.do list it says "oops, I ran into a problem"

Trying to use Alexa to create a new Task in Any.do. I’ve created the zap, and it works in that i can do a test and it shows in my Task List in Any.do, and when i tell Alexa to run the zap it does and gives right prompts, etc. so that I can speak the task i want to add, but then at this last step, adding to Any.do Alexa says: “Oops, I ran into a problem.” I’ve changed everything i can think of and again, it all works with the test zap, but in the end i can’t add a Task to Any.do using zapier with Alexa.

Google My Business Quota exceeded for quota metric 'V4 General Requests' and limit 'V4 General Requests per minute' of service

Getting these messages for the past few days: Trigger partner failure: Unable to retrieve reviews: Quota exceeded for quota metric 'V4 General Requests' and limit 'V4 General Requests per minute' of service 'mybusiness.googleapis.com' for consumer 'project_number:466514807953'. This is not a problem withmy Zaps. This seems indicative of a platform limitation between Zapier and Google APIs. Please advise.

MS Teams apps - trouble with account connection

I am having this issue as well for a new MS Team connection.  I cannot load the “Team” despite having the account connection set up WITHIN MS teams and connected back to Zapier. The full error message is:We’re having trouble loading 'Team' dataAn owner must install the Zapier app from the Teams store in your team to use this feature. Then reconnect your Microsoft account in Zapier.If I go into the MS Team itself it will tell me the Zapier app/bot is installed.Thanks!

Facebook Admin page posts to the group, but it appears in my name instead of the page name.

Hi guys! I have created a zap to create a post on a facebook group once there is a new post on a facebook page. This page has the admin rights on the group, but the post on the group is shown in my name, while it should be in the name of the page. Any guess? Thanks!

Google Sheets integration: Error 502 (Server Error)!!1

Hello everyone, I'm running more than 10 zaps with Google Sheets integrations and the step “Find Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” sometimes gives an error “Error 502 (Server Error)!!1”. The 1 is not a typo. It started happening about a month ago in all my 10 zaps. I don't see a pattern when it does/doesn't happen. Does anyone know how to fix this, or have ideas of what I could try?Best,Caspar

Recurring calendar event data not pulling from Outlook

I want a zap to create a trello card everytime a recurring calendar event starts on my outlook calendar. After creating the flow, recurring events don’t show as an option. One-off events do show. Am I using the wrong trigger?
