Squarespace form data not mapping correctly to Brevo contact list
Hi Everyone,
I’m having a very interesting problem when I try to zap the information from a form on my SquareSpace website to update to one of my Brevo contact list. When someone fills out the form, the city and e-mail address of that user comes through to my Brevo contact list without issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to figure out the reason the first name and last name will not, no matter what I do.
I would very much appreciate any guidance to try and get this resolved.

Thank you for responding to my post. As you can see from my pictures listed, the first name and last name seem to be setup the same way as the e-mail and city and those are working as they should. You can also see I’m getting the information from a form on my Squarespace account and the event is a new form submission. Let me know if you need additional information and I will happily provide it.
Are these the fake values you are referring to? These are the values I get when I select my form on the Squarespace trigger side. These are the only values that generate from my form. There are different values on both the forms though as you will see below.
When I run a test on these values the e-mail and city will generate on my Brevo contact list but not a first name or last name. If I recall, I tried pulling the data with both of these forms with no success. What do you make of it?
Yes. The help page is originally where I got the zap created for me and I just filled in the accounts and forms I wanted to use but it’s only pulling half the data.
What specifically do you want me to review?

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.
Then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step.
Squarespace only provides default data for trigger tests.
Yes - the zap is on and published and I have already tried doing a test data trigger from Zapier and the test data pushes through a city and e-mail but not a first or last name.

Can you show the DATA IN/OUT for each step in a Zap Run?
It goes by really fast before it clears another second message shows up by itself but here is the messages that quickly go by

I’m really not understanding how there is a failure in pulling the data. Here is a look at the in and out.

Looks like the mapped fields for First Name and Last Name in Step 2 are different than the DATA OUT from step 1.
Some apps can be a bit tricky to configure due to this behavior.
Did you try refreshing the Zap trigger examples after testing?
I have hit the “Find new records” button already. I still only have Form A and Form B as I listed earlier in this thread and the values remain the same.

Check how your Squarespace Form name fields are configured.
They are currently individual fields. First picture is from my Square Space form.
This next picture are the attribute fields on my Brevo.

Fields you have mapped from SS have underscores.
Fields you show in SS are all CAPS without underscore.
You can try this workaround:
I changed the way the information is displayed and FINALLY got it to pull down the name right. Sadly doing this made the First Name and Last Name look like one word on my SquareSpace website which makes it look unprofessional. I guess there is no way around this?
