Bigcommerce works when I test it but it won't trigger by itself

I have set up a Zap to trigger when there is a new order. When I test the connection it’s all good.When I test it to get new orders, it gets them.When I run the Zap and a new order comes in, nothing happens.It’s like the zap is not checking for new orders, I have to run a test to get them.

Unable to Update Existing Shopify Contact in Zapier: ID Not Found in "Find and Create Shopify Contact" Step

Hi, On my zap, I encounter a problem.In the "Find customers" step on Shopify: this allows you to see if there already exists a Shopify contact with this email address. -if no, then it creates a contact and continues the zap (in this case no problem) -If yes, then it does not create a Shopify account and it continues the zap: PROBLEM I wish it would UPDATE the contact!! I tried to place an 'update shopify contact' step after the 'find and create shopify contact' step. But it doesn't work because it doesn't find the ID. Maybe I didn't find the right ID. I then tried to set a delay of one minute thinking that as the contact had not yet been created then the ID would not come up. But that didn't work either I do not know how to do

AutoTask - Error while retrieving: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

Hello, I’m getting this error only when I try to create a New Contact Zap from AutoTask to another platform. I get this message :Error code: Error while retrieving: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.That said, the update contact works fine but it only seems to pull one contact and no others. AutoTasks seems to pulling information from its find so I think this could be an issue with Zapier. Can anyone help?

MailerLite error: The app returned "Sender email must be authenticated before you can send from this address."

I am Triggering the zap when some user makes a comment on my Wordpress post.I do want to execute a action in which that comment will get send to a campaign from mailerlite.I thought the best way will be to draft a campaign first and in next step i will send that campaaign.But while drafting the campaign - I have added a static email in Action ‘Email from address’  and got the following error :-----------------------------------------Failed to create a campaign in MailerLite (1.6.3)The app returned "Sender email must be authenticated before you can send from this address. (and 1 more error)".----------------------------------------

Hotjar and Slack - Page Response URL outputs as NULL

I’m baffled by this because this was working a week ago, here it goes.  I’ve set up a Zap that monitors for new Hotjar survey responses, and sends a Slack message containing the responses including the page from which the response was collected (Zapier shows this variable as “Page Response URL”). Since yesterday, the Page Response URL has been showing up as NULL value in the Slack message. In the Edit Zap interface, I can see that the variable has a value:  When I test the step, the Slack message shows up fine, like so: but when a real Hotjar response comes in (not a test) the URL comes out as NULL.I’ve tested this further by removing the rest of the message text and just leaving the variable number. When a response came up, I received this email notification from Zapier, confirming that the variable does indeed return a NULL, even when the Zapier interface shows it as non-empty: I’m suspecting that this is a bug -- considering it’s been working in the last couple of weeks. Unable to see my Facebook page on the pull down menu on the trigger

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I am in the process of linking OpenAI plus account to facebook messenger via zapier.  Inside of zapier I cannot see any facebook pages available in the trigger pull down menue.I have not created a web hook yet?  Do I need too?  Do I need to create a messenger app inside facebook developer?  What do I need to do inside the facebook manager and facebook developer accounts to make this happen?  Darren

Hi i am getting similar error Message by using Instagram->Webflow.Troy is giving an answer but on his screenshot there are no settings i am stuck and dont get it to work. Somebody found a different solution or can provide the appropriate settings?

ChatGPT Whisper transcription fails despite Zapier integration

Is there an issue with the Whisper functionality of ChatGPT currently? Right now when a file passes it says that it cannot transcribe audio but there is a transcription action still right now in zapier. https://zapier.com/apps/google-drive/integrations/openai

Some AirTable fields do not show up as Action options when linking to Google Sheets?

I am trying to update a Google sheet when I add or update a record in AirTable; however when I go through the mapping process when setting up the action, some of my fields (two URL fields and 1 date field) do not show up as options to map. These cells have contents in AirTable. I have also tried to update the zap, refresh the fields, completely recreate the zap, and attempt both with empty AT cells and filled AT cells. Nothing is working. Any advice?

Failed to create a message in Microsoft Teams: The bot is not part of the conversation roster.

When clients text me I zap the text to Slack so I'm notified. I'd like to use MS Teams instead of Slack, but setting up Teams seems to be more complicated because I keep getting this error message when I test the zap: Failed to create a message in Microsoft Teams - The bot is not part of the conversation roster. The troubleshooting tips don't help and instructions Microsoft gave don’t work. Zapier customer service tell me I need to install Zapier into MS Teams for zap to work, but that’s already done. I have attached screenshots. Can someone let me know what the issue may be?

Struggling with a Zap for Jotform and Trello!

I am a newbie!Trying to create a Zap where; when a Jotform entry is received, IF there is a matching Trello card with the same client name, then the Jotform is attached to that existing card. I can set it up to create a new card, but that’s not what I want! I’ve set up the flow: When Jotform (of a certain type) arrives Search for a matching card name on my Trello list Find the Trello card Add the Jotform attachmentEach test shows it seems to work (there is a card which matches), however the Card doesn’t get updated with any attachments. Bizarrely the “File attachment” says ‘no data’ Any ideas

Gmail error: The app returned "The request is missing a valid API key

I’m looking to send an automatic reply for new potential leads the last bit of my zapier chain is the email reply with a student evaluation form to the emailer. Upon Troubleshooting the Email Send…I receive this error backThe app returned "The request is missing a valid API key.".I’ve went through google console, generated an API key, applied the credentials to edit write and send mail… I couldn’t find a section in zapier to provide the key to the gmail connected application. Could someone provide direction in resolving this issue or is this just me?

Having trouble posting from Instagram to YouTube

I set up a zap with a trigger of posting media to Instagram and I want that media to be posted to YouTube. I believe I have the zap set up correctly but it is not posting to YouTube. Could that be because I manage two different YouTube accounts from one gmail address and it doesn't know which one to post to?  Here are some screenshots of my Youtube connections: (I did not choose "Rose Movement Youtube" because that is not the YouTube account I want to cross-post to)

Unable to Connect Google Sheets in Team Drive on Zapier.

I’m having trouble connecting google sheets that are in Team Drive, they do not appear as a sheet in the dropdown.Zapier says to check a workaround but the link doesn’t lead me to the workaroundI’ve worked with another zap in another account where I’ve seen this work, but can’t find how on my own. Does anyone knows how I can do this?

Dropbox not pulling folders list

This has been happening for 2 days now, I’ve reconnected, reauthorized, deleted and started over my two dropbox accounts. None of that works and both have the same issue. The error occurs with several dropbox actions, but for simplicity’s sake lets say ‘Create folder’. I pick the dropbox account, choose create folder, and on the screen where normally you could pull a drop down list of the folders from your dropbox account I get nothing, and zapier throws this error: Required field "Folder" (directory) is missing.   It is of course missing, but it can’t be filled in. You can’t type into it, and it doesn’t populate and let me select my folder like it should.

Google Contacts error: Sync quota exceeded.

Hi everyone, I keep getting this error “Google Contacts: Sync quota exceeded.” on a daily basis relating to a Zap I have that does stuff when a google contact is added. It works OK when it runs but I get emails with the error every morning. If I test the app to make sure it authenticates, it returns OK and there are no errors in the history of the Zap. As I say, it all works fine but I don’t like errors so want to get t the bottom of it.  Any idea’s ? Cheers

Hello,I try to change my twitter profile picture for each new follower.So I created the following zap New followers -> change profile picture -> change profile picture -> change profile picture I put several times change profile picture hoping that the picture is different each time.But unfortunately there is only the first picture that works.I wonder how to make the image different each time for each new follower I would like to put 5 images like I tried above

Flodesk Sign In Error: 404 Page not found

I am trying to login to Flodesk via Zapier to link the two but every time I try I am directed to a 404 error page.  I am able to get to the Flodesk login page but then as soon as I add my correct login details I am taken to a 404 page.  I am still waiting for my domain Flodesk verification to be finalised, could this possibly be the issue? Does anyone have any possible solutions? Thanks in advance
