YouTube “The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota” error

Hi all --I have a Zap that gets triggered when a new video appears in a playlist. Over the past 10 days I’ve received a couple of failure notification emails from Zapier that indicateError Message: YouTube: Trigger partner failure: The app returned "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your <a href="/youtube/v3/getting-started#quota">quota</a>.".  Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?FWIW, the only other post on this that I’ve found is this one:which refers you to a Google API docs, and through them, to the Google API console, which doesn’t actually show who and how quota units are being used up. Is there a way to find out how many quota units are being use by a Zap, or if not, influence the triggering somehow? My Zap only needs to run once a day, but right now the only relevant YouTube trigger options seem to be to select “When a video shows up in a playlist”.Any suggestions would be appreciated -- thanks in advance!

Trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier, getting an "Error parsing response" error

Hi, I’m trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier. I’ve installed and activated the Zapier plugin to wordpress. I go to log in to my Wordpress on Zapier, and I get the following error: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Error parsing response. Jotform getting “502 Server Error” throttling errors

I have multiple Zaps that integrate JotForms with Trello. These were working as expected a week ago. Then, I started getting multiple “502 Server Error” emails, which I have gotten in the past when Trello/JotForm have been down temporarily. However, I’ve been getting them every day for the past 5 days or so, but I didn’t see any failed Zaps. Then, this morning, I received a new error email with this message: “Trigger partner failure: ('Jotform throttling https://zapier.api.jotform.com/form/90435131864152/submissions?orderby=created_at%2CDESC&limit=100', 60)” I went into the Zaps and it said I needed to reconnect my JotForm account, which I did (no changes have been made to my JotForm account or Zapier account). After I reconnected my account, I went to the next step to make sure it was working properly. However, now I am getting the error below when trying to select a form as a trigger:  Any recommendations for this? Like I said, we have not made any changes to our account as far a

Could not verify SSL Certificate for Excel

Hi, It seems there’s a problem between Excel and Zapier, because for the last three hours, all zaps that require to send Data from/to excel gives me the following error message :   Nothing changed on my part, everything was running smoothly and then it all started to go south.  Any ideas on what causes this kind of issues?  Thanks!

MS Teams apps - trouble with account connection

I am having this issue as well for a new MS Team connection.  I cannot load the “Team” despite having the account connection set up WITHIN MS teams and connected back to Zapier. The full error message is:We’re having trouble loading 'Team' dataAn owner must install the Zapier app from the Teams store in your team to use this feature. Then reconnect your Microsoft account in Zapier.If I go into the MS Team itself it will tell me the Zapier app/bot is installed.Thanks!

Zap for LinkedIn Showcase Page ERROR

Created a zap where I am trying to autopost from Facebook page posts to my LinkedIn Showcase page. And everytime I test it, it keeps reporting the ERROR: "Field Value validation failed in REQUEST_BODY: Data Processing Exception while processing fields [/author]". I seem to have no problem sending Facebook page posts to my other LinkedIn Company Page but for some reason this does not work on the SHOWCASE page. I have no other option since all the pages associated with my LinkedIn account are automatically retrieved by Zapier as dropdown field. I can only choose the Showcase Page as how Zapier retrieves it. I tried duplicating this scenario where facebook page posts are autoposted on LinkedIn via Buffer and connection to the Showcase page is working. Just to share, the Showcase Page is associated directly with my LinkedIn account and not the Showcase Page under a Company Page. I would really like to stay with Zapier and upgrade to a paid plan but this is the only issue of Zapier that I c

Discord "Cannot read property 'username' of undefined" error

Hello, I am currently setting up an integration for when members cancel their subscription on Kajabi, this then removes their role within my Discord server to revoke their access to all content.I am doing this by setting up an automation in Kajabi that when a customer cancels, they receive a specific tag. Then when this tag is applied, Zapier picks up on the Kajabi tag and will remove the role from the Discord user.However, after connecting both Kajabi & Discord to my Zapier account to create the zap. I am receiving this error code: "Error during execution: Cannot read property 'username' of undefined"

Amazon S3 Bucket error: A File could not be found. Bucket "[mybucketname]" does not exist.

Trying to connect S3 to Google drive.  I am able to enter the access and secret to my bucket and the bucket is found (and it has files within) but Zapier is reporting (after successfully connecting) that “bucket does not exists” and no files found.  Specifically: Find Data (error) A File could not be found. Bucket "[mybucketname]" does not exist. I’ve tried everything I can think of here… all I want to do is move everything from S3 to Google drive.  Is this possible?

How do I select “shared files" folder in Dropbox as a folder path?

I have been working on this for a while, The idea is to export the order (.xls) from woocommerce to dropbox “shared files” folder.The idea is this:1.At 12.00am, zapier will the export orders in .xls format(from woocommerce) to “shared files” folder in dropboxBut the problem is, in zapier there is no “shared files” as a folder option when I’m choosing the folder destinantion. I only can access the personal folder. The reason why I want to choose the “Shared files” folder is to share the files with my team.The zapier plan that I am using is Starter Plan. Do I need to upgrade to a specific plan to get access to it?Do you know a way around this?

Editing is very slow

I am editing my Zap on a Windows machine with a solid internet connection.  I have about 180 download speed and over 200 upload speed.  I am using the Brave browser.As I edit my Zap, when I make a change to any field, it takes an inordinate amount of time for the system to let me edit the next field.  A couple of times it has even timed out and I had to reload the page.All other web sites are loading with no affect to their speed.  I have not had this issue in the past.Is there anything you can think of that might be slowing down the system?

AWS RDS (Mysql) problem connection

I'm trying connect de MYSQL plugin (zapier) in my RDS Database (aws), but zapier return a error message: "authentication failed: Could not connect with **** and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. 255" I cant find a solution for this error code.My user, host and password are correct. And the IP 54.86.9.50/32 are enabled in my Security Group. In other integration products, the plugin works.

Hey! Anyone know what to do when your zap transfers come back with this error - For Context, the zap is working currently, but i need to get the prior data - How do you troubleshoot this? This is for a Facebook to Everyaction flow with some javascript in between.  There was a problem fetching your TransferCannot destructure property 'name' of 'e.find(...)' as it is undefined. Thanks in advance!

Microsoft Excel: The App returned “Could not obtain a WAC access token."

I have a Zap that has been set and forget for years.  Its essentially a trigger that then adds a new line to EXCEL and populates data.  Pretty simple. Over the last few days I have been getting this error emailed to me: The App returned “Could not obtain a WAC access token."I cannot see what the issue is, any suggestions?

Is anyone else having issues with Google Ads Offline Conversions timing out?

So, I’ve been having problems with the Google Ads Offline Conversions integration.  When I submit my test data (which I know to be correct, as it miraculously worked once and never again) I am getting a messaage that Openresty has timed out: The data I’m passing across is good data - the integratino did work once after repeated attempts to test that step… this is the data… Is this a known problem? I can’t see any issues on the Zapier status page that might cause this? I’ve messaged support and am awaiting a response...Any help GREATLY appreciated.Thanks, Ross.

Find an event keeps returning False even though event exists

Hi, I am using the “Find an event” action (in Google Calendar) and a really simple one. I am just looking for an event that has the word “Premium” in the title. I keep getting False return even though I do have an event with that word. I tried it in so many ways, but was never able to get back True from the Zap run. I am close to giving up on Zapier because of this :( would appreciate any help.
