Hi all --I have a Zap that gets triggered when a new video appears in a playlist. Over the past 10 days I’ve received a couple of failure notification emails from Zapier that indicateError Message: YouTube: Trigger partner failure: The app returned "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your <a href="/youtube/v3/getting-started#quota">quota</a>.". Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?FWIW, the only other post on this that I’ve found is this one:which refers you to a Google API docs, and through them, to the Google API console, which doesn’t actually show who and how quota units are being used up. Is there a way to find out how many quota units are being use by a Zap, or if not, influence the triggering somehow? My Zap only needs to run once a day, but right now the only relevant YouTube trigger options seem to be to select “When a video shows up in a playlist”.Any suggestions would be appreciated -- thanks in advance!
Hi, I’m trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier. I’ve installed and activated the Zapier plugin to wordpress. I go to log in to my Wordpress on Zapier, and I get the following error: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> <html style="height:100%"> <head> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,"Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information What can I do to fix this? I am having this issue as well for a new MS Team connection. I cannot load the “Team” despite having the account connection set up WITHIN MS teams and connected back to Zapier. The full error message is:We’re having trouble loading 'Team' dataAn owner must install the Zapier app from the Teams store in your team to use this feature. Then reconnect your Microsoft account in Zapier.If I go into the MS Team itself it will tell me the Zapier app/bot is installed.Thanks!

Hello, I am currently setting up an integration for when members cancel their subscription on Kajabi, this then removes their role within my Discord server to revoke their access to all content.I am doing this by setting up an automation in Kajabi that when a customer cancels, they receive a specific tag. Then when this tag is applied, Zapier picks up on the Kajabi tag and will remove the role from the Discord user.However, after connecting both Kajabi & Discord to my Zapier account to create the zap. I am receiving this error code: "Error during execution: Cannot read property 'username' of undefined"
Created a zap where I am trying to autopost from Facebook page posts to my LinkedIn Showcase page. And everytime I test it, it keeps reporting the ERROR: "Field Value validation failed in REQUEST_BODY: Data Processing Exception while processing fields [/author]". I seem to have no problem sending Facebook page posts to my other LinkedIn Company Page but for some reason this does not work on the SHOWCASE page. I have no other option since all the pages associated with my LinkedIn account are automatically retrieved by Zapier as dropdown field. I can only choose the Showcase Page as how Zapier retrieves it. I tried duplicating this scenario where facebook page posts are autoposted on LinkedIn via Buffer and connection to the Showcase page is working. Just to share, the Showcase Page is associated directly with my LinkedIn account and not the Showcase Page under a Company Page. I would really like to stay with Zapier and upgrade to a paid plan but this is the only issue of Zapier that I c
I'm trying connect de MYSQL plugin (zapier) in my RDS Database (aws), but zapier return a error message: "authentication failed: Could not connect with **** and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. 255" I cant find a solution for this error code.My user, host and password are correct. And the IP 184.108.40.206/32 are enabled in my Security Group. In other integration products, the plugin works.
Trying to connect S3 to Google drive. I am able to enter the access and secret to my bucket and the bucket is found (and it has files within) but Zapier is reporting (after successfully connecting) that “bucket does not exists” and no files found. Specifically: Find Data (error) A File could not be found. Bucket "[mybucketname]" does not exist. I’ve tried everything I can think of here… all I want to do is move everything from S3 to Google drive. Is this possible?
I am editing my Zap on a Windows machine with a solid internet connection. I have about 180 download speed and over 200 upload speed. I am using the Brave browser.As I edit my Zap, when I make a change to any field, it takes an inordinate amount of time for the system to let me edit the next field. A couple of times it has even timed out and I had to reload the page.All other web sites are loading with no affect to their speed. I have not had this issue in the past.Is there anything you can think of that might be slowing down the system?
Hello! I’m having trouble to set my zap. I actually set this zap before and it worked I don’t understand why it’s not working now: When a PandaDoc document is completed, create an item on monday.com and fill that item columns with information from the document completed in Panda. I tested the trigger on Panda an it worked good, the problem is when I set the action in monday.com:I’m not able to fill the item columns with information as they are not shown on the action set up When I test the action it says: "Cannot read property 'map' or undefined" and it shows Board ID, Group and Item ID empty as if I wasn’t filled that up before which I did I set this zap before, and when I go and edit the zap that is already created it does not let me edit the item columns Did somebody has this issue too?
I have a Zap that uses a webhook to make an API call. When it returns an error I want to trigger another Zap. I have tried using the zap manager to do this, but for some reason it will not display the error data in the zap manager even though the other zap has had an error. Any ideas why? That’s the error Then it will not show in the zap manager
So I set up a bunch of zaps from GCal & GMail to Notion (1.1.5) and I keep getting error messages. I’ve fiddled with resetting the zaps to Notion (Beta) and the data fields don’t show up. I cleaned out old stuff that we were using - not sure why we keep getting these error messages (probably something simple we’re overlooking...)Any suggestions?Thanks
Hello.I am trying to create a new spreadsheet row in Google Sheets with data from a Slack workflow, specifically responses to a question form. Normally, a Zap gets automatically created in Zapier when the Slack workflow is published, but for some reason it’s not happening and I get a message like this “The Zap corresponding to this workflow step could not be found. Try recreating the workflow step. If this issue persists please contact Zapier Support. step_id=0a6f25e7-b4e6-44ca-8b20-77543bd25c15 root_id=158143689”. I have tested the connections several times between the different apps and it seems to be working. I have also recreated the Slack workflow steps or entire workflow, and it’s not working either. Not really sure what’s going on… Thanks.
When i try to publish a zap with either google forms or google sheets being the trigger, i am greeted with the Error message Specified authentication isn't for GoogleSheetsV2APISpecified authentication isn't for GoogleFormsCLIAPI@1.0.2 How do i fix this error and publish my zaps. There is nothing special happening. I have already tried to re make them, this does not work.
I am trying to login to Flodesk via Zapier to link the two but every time I try I am directed to a 404 error page. I am able to get to the Flodesk login page but then as soon as I add my correct login details I am taken to a 404 page. I am still waiting for my domain Flodesk verification to be finalised, could this possibly be the issue? Does anyone have any possible solutions? Thanks in advance

Hey All, THE ISSUE:I am currently feeding data into Mojo that is inconsistent when it comes to formatting or capitalization. They are addresses for properties but many times the town is written in all capital letters (i.e.: 123 First St. THISTOWN, NJ) & the Street is written in the correct format & what I am trying to do is have the format be 123 First St. Thistown, NJ when it feeds into my CRM through the formating Zap.The same applies for names of the owners, as many times there are 2 owners which when combined & sent through the Zap is filling in the owners First & Last Names in the First Name Field of my CRM. Hello, I have two Zaps set up with the ultimate goal of getting Typeform responses moved into a downloadable PDF in Google Drive. The first Zap is running successfully, which is taking Typeform responses and moving them into a template in PDF Filler, then creating a new PDF document with the user’s email address as the file name. The second Zap is giving me a headache, and that’s moving that completed PDF from PDF Filler to Google Drive. I can only generate a .txt file in Google Drive, and I do not have the option to select a file as shown in the Zapier documentation. This is the same problem described in this form post, but changing that first step isn’t solving my problem. Any help is much appreciated!

It seems that Squarespace to zap connects fine (detected and active notification on squarespace and also zapier detected the test form sent).
