How does "Update Spreadsheet Row(s)" in Google Sheets work?
I’m confused about this action, which I think is relatively new. It says, “Update one or more rows in a specific spreadsheet (with line item support)”, which sounds great, but then in the set up it requires you to pick ONE row to update. I have tried entering a range (2-4), which creates an error saying that no data (row) was found that matched. I have tried entering the rows with commas separating (2,3,4), which results in it updating row 234 (I got the same result when I tried entering the rows with spaces separating them). Is there something that I’m missing here? How does this action update multiple rows?
Email to Email Zap kicking off when there is no new attachment
Hi, I have an email to email zap that is set to trigger on a new attachment, then action is to send an email with that attachment somewhere else. I have 103 of these zaps built.The emails will come in only one time per month. However, all of my zaps randomly kicked off today (3 days after the last time they sent). Does anyone know what might have causes this? An example of one of my zaps is copied below. All of the zaps I have built are identical to this one. Thank you!!
How to map Chatra custom fields data?
Anybody familiar with Chatra integration? So when I pull in sample data to map fields, it’s not pulling in anything live. It literally uses sample data that Chatra comes with (literally Jane Doe info as opposed to real people who have chatted with us).I have a custom pre-chat form with a few fields like first name, email, etc. Basic stuff. However, I can’t find these fields in the default options. So how do I get them to map correctly? I’m pulling my hair out trying to get it to work. It can’t be this difficult.
Google Sheets New or Updated Row Trigger - Not Triggering on Updated Dropdown Menu
I’ve noticed in a few Zaps that when I used the New or Updated Row trigger for Google Sheets that the Updated Row trigger is inconsistent.Specifically, it doesn’t seem to fire when the contents of an existing cell are changed, especially it’s a dropdown menu. Here’s my use case: Tracking spreadsheet of new documentation As updates are finished they’re added to the sheet However, they only publish once every week or two, so the new/updated articles are on hold A trigger column in the sheet with different statuses: Wait for publishing Go! Done (updated by the Zap once it’s successfull) Intended trigger is when the row is updated and the trigger column switches to Go! I have an exact match filter as step 1 after the trigger In looking at the Zap history, updates to existing cells in the row aren’t triggering the zap. Linkedin Ads Zap not always triggering
Hi,We’ve set up multiple Zaps to push Linkedin leads (from Linkedin Lead Gen Forms) to Airtable.Since our internal analytics are not showing the same number of leads as Linkedin Ads, we started comparing the leads on Linkedin, and the Zap Runs. In more than 50% of cases, the Zap didn’t run. We can’t understand why the Zap won’t push the lead to Airtable 100% of the time. Thank you for your help
Zap not triggering Google Drive -> Basecamp
Hi everyone.I wanted to setup Zap so that anytime a file is uploaded in a specific Google Drive folder a Todo in a Basecamp is created.Seems a pretty straightforward thing to do and tests pass and that initial todo is created but when I upload file in my Google Drive nothing happens. Even if I run it manually, it just says that it didn’t find new files.I thought that it might be because of a dynamic name I wanted to create, so I used just a default name, “New Todo”, and it still doesn’t work.Any help is appreciated.
Zap triggers when it shouldn't
I manage a list of students and courses in Airtable and use Mailerlite for email marketing. I have two zaps connecting AT and ML:When a student joins a course, add them to the relevant ML group. When a student leaves a course, remove them from the relevant ML group.Each Zap watches its own “last modified” field, and each “last modified” field is watching its own linked field.The problem is that when a student joins, the ‘add to group’ zap fires - AND the ‘remove from group’ zap fires. I can’t for the life of me figure out why.I’ve checked and double checked the AT fields and that the Zap triggers are definitely connected to the right fields, and I’ve tried reconnected my Airtable to Zapier. Nothing.Any ideas out there?
Pardot Send Email "Cannot read property ‘@attributes’ of undefined" error
Hi!We’re trying to set up a Zap that will send an HTML email from Pardot whenever a lead is generated by Linkedin. When adding the HTML email into Zapier, we are met with this error upon testing the Zap:“The email could not be sent to Pardot. Cannot read property ‘@attributes’ of undefined. The from email address is not recongized. Can you please help?

Hi, I want to use Transfer to bulk transfer items from my gmail to my company account. I am getting a secutiy error for multi Factor Auth - I think. This is actually a proof of concept for one of my colleagues.Here’s the error. Opportunity value not returning in LeadConnector
Hello Community,We are using a LeadConnector action which is supposed to return back the created record’s details(email, opp id,first name,last name etc) but for some unknown reason it does not. It only gives back msg success! & traceID xxx but rest of the details are missing. Quite strangely the same lead connector action returns data back when a Contact is created through it but showing the above mentioned behavior in case of Opportunities.The connector: Please suggest.Thank you.
How to i stop quickbooks customer update from triggering?
I have a trigger that fires when a QuickBooks customer is created or updated. I have noticed that the trigger fires the zap when I create an invoice for the customer. Creating an invoice is not an action l’d like as a trigger and it is causing unnecessary Zaps to fire.
One column is not updating in Google sheets
I have one Zap set up to import data from Uplisting when I receive a reservation. Works perfectly.I have another Zap set up to update any information from the reservation when any details change (whenever the reservation is updated, ie new guest email address, additional fees, extended stay etc). I recently added more columns to the Google sheet. When I manually update past reservations in Uplisting so the pertinent information for the newly added columns gets updated in my sheet, it works perfectly except for some reason there is one column that doesn’t update. Checked the mapping, all looks good. Saved a new version. Same result. Every other column updates correctly except for one, even though the information it should be looking for definitely exists. Any ideas? Thanks,

Makeswift to Airtable Not Populating
I’m wanting to Zap any new records created in Makeswift to be moved into Airtable. However, when I go to map the Makeswift fields to Airtable, it’s only letting me pull the data from the test record that was used. See screenshot belowWhen I insert a new record into Makeswift, the integration doesn’t pass anything into Airtable. There’s also no record of a new Makeswift record being created and kicking off the Zap.
Work Around for shard drives google doc templates
Looks like people in the past have run into not being able to use google doc templates on shared drives… is a workaround for this just to use the google template on my own google drive and then after ive pulled the templated info then use a google drive action to move the file??? let me know if someone has a better workaround Thanks, Woozie

Google Ads Lead Gen Form: Failed to fetch a lead form entry from Google Ads Error while retrieving: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined
Something happened over night that stopped our Google Ads lead gen forms from working. I was able to fix two out of three, but we have one that I can’t fix. It doesn’t seem to be connecting to Google...as in we can load new entries, even though there’s hundreds on the Google Ads dashboard side we’re not seeing any connection to Zapier set up.
Connecting optin form on Flodesk to tags on ActiveCampaign
I’m trying to connect an optin form from Flodesk with a trigger tag on ActiveCampaign that starts an automation. When I go to test the zap it says “Contact not found”. The contact is active in the segment on Flodesk so I’m not sure where the error is coming from?
Merge a Calendly record and a Typeform record in Airtable
I’m trying to use Typeform’s new Calendly integration and get all of the data into Airtable. I need the user input form data and the date/time of the event that they signed up for to add them to the participant list. Right now I have one zap that creates a record from the typeform response, another that creates or updates a user based on Calendly response and another that creates or updates an event based on a Calendly response. The issue is that the Find and Update in the Calendly zap never finds the data from the Typeform.
