Question

ThriveCart purchase trigger is firing for ALL purchases even though there is one specified

I’m having an issue with my ThriveCart to MailerLite Zap. The issue is with the ThriveCart trigger only. The trigger is set when someone purchases a specific product but I noticed today that someone who purchased a different product got a welcome email for a completely different product after their purchase. Here’s a Loom overview. Even when trying to set up a new Zap the test data is from a completely different product than what I selected as the trigger. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @krisjones

The video didn’t show proof of the purported issue for live Zap Runs.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you trace and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Post screenshots showing the Zap Run DATA IN/OUT for each step to help provide the proof.

For more control you can add a Filter as Step 2 in your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

NOTE: That will make the Zap a multi-step Zap that requires a Zapier paid plan.

OBSERVATION

Looks like you might be using an older version of the ThriveCart Zap trigger event.

Try updating to the newest version of the ThriveCart Zap app integration.
