YouTube “The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota” error

Hi all --I have a Zap that gets triggered when a new video appears in a playlist. Over the past 10 days I’ve received a couple of failure notification emails from Zapier that indicateError Message: YouTube: Trigger partner failure: The app returned "The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your <a href="/youtube/v3/getting-started#quota">quota</a>.".  Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?FWIW, the only other post on this that I’ve found is this one:which refers you to a Google API docs, and through them, to the Google API console, which doesn’t actually show who and how quota units are being used up. Is there a way to find out how many quota units are being use by a Zap, or if not, influence the triggering somehow? My Zap only needs to run once a day, but right now the only relevant YouTube trigger options seem to be to select “When a video shows up in a playlist”.Any suggestions would be appreciated -- thanks in advance!

Failed to create a prompt in OpenAI: You exceeded your current OpenAI API quota, please check your OpenAI plan and billing details.

Hi, I want to set up my first AI zap with OpenAI’s API, but keep on running into the same error: This is despite that I have a paid OpenAI account. On the website, it says I have a bunch of usage left, so I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.  I’ve also tried to generate a new API key already & re-sync the account with Zapier.Appreciate your help!

Trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier, getting an "Error parsing response" error

Hi, I’m trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier. I’ve installed and activated the Zapier plugin to wordpress. I go to log in to my Wordpress on Zapier, and I get the following error: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Error parsing response. OpenAI error: The app returned "This is a chat model and not supported in the v1/completions endpoint. Did you mean to use v1/chat/completions?".

I have set up properly the OpenAI Chat GPT 3.5, i am a user with paid subscription.This is the error message: Failed to create a prompt in OpenAI (GPT-3 & DALL·E)The app returned "This is a chat model and not supported in the v1/completions endpoint. Did you mean to use v1/chat/completions?". Do anybody know, why is it happening and what is workaround? Thanks a lot. Michael

Discord Bot Error Code 50013

I am setting up a Zap that Triggers from a new row in Google Sheets → then finds a Discord user’s ID number → then assigns a role to that User’s ID number. I’ve almost nailed everything until I get to the final test and this error pops up:Failed to create a role in Discord“message”: “Missing Permissions”, “code”: 50013I booted the Zapier bot and re-added it back in and it still didn’t work. It has all the permissions it needs from what I can tell.

Post Message to Facebook Group error - "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"

I have had a long running (for years) Zap that recently started throwing errors.Last Error Free run was: Jun 05, 2021 12:19:59 pmThe errors appear to be coming from Facebook and consist of "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"The odd thing is that the content is still posted to the group. Unfortunatly Zappier does not know this so after many failures it will disable the Zap and I will have to re-enable it.

Twitter URL's posted to Discord show no previews / do not unfurl

When using a Twitter Mention trigger and posting it to Discord, what we see is a bare URL text in Discord. It doesn’t unfurl or show a preview. (this is the Zapier bot, I’ve obviously customised it with the name and icon).  If I take the same URL and enter it on its own in a message, it shows the preview / unfurls. The Zap ‘Message Text’ looks like this:Any suggestions on this? Is there something else I should be adding here? Is it a permission thing for the bot?

Is it possible to replace a link with a vxtwitter link of the same tweet?

Twitter links sent to discord often have terrible embedding, and just show the link with zero content, or show the text but zero images. There's a website called vxtwitter which when you replace twitter with vxtwitter in any Twitter link, it creates a better embed with more rich content Is it possible to somehow replace a link with a vxtwitter link of the same tweet?

Can't find slack channel in the Pick a Channel dropdown

I’m creating a Zap that posts to a slack channel, i’ve connected a Slack account, but when searching for the channel I can see many channels, but not the specific channel I’m looking for. Is there anything I need to do in order for a Slack channel to appear in the dropdown?Thanks!

Dropbox not pulling folders list

This has been happening for 2 days now, I’ve reconnected, reauthorized, deleted and started over my two dropbox accounts. None of that works and both have the same issue. The error occurs with several dropbox actions, but for simplicity’s sake lets say ‘Create folder’. I pick the dropbox account, choose create folder, and on the screen where normally you could pull a drop down list of the folders from your dropbox account I get nothing, and zapier throws this error: Required field "Folder" (directory) is missing.   It is of course missing, but it can’t be filled in. You can’t type into it, and it doesn’t populate and let me select my folder like it should.

MS Teams apps - trouble with account connection

I am having this issue as well for a new MS Team connection.  I cannot load the “Team” despite having the account connection set up WITHIN MS teams and connected back to Zapier. The full error message is:We’re having trouble loading 'Team' dataAn owner must install the Zapier app from the Teams store in your team to use this feature. Then reconnect your Microsoft account in Zapier.If I go into the MS Team itself it will tell me the Zapier app/bot is installed.Thanks!

Twitter feed for Discord posting links of tweets and sometimes the embeds of the tweets

Hello I have a twitter feed linked to my discord server. And have it set to post the URL of the posts and that normally shows an embed of the tweet. But has been doing a lot of the time where it just posts the link and no embed of the tweet. Is there a way to fix this issue so I can have it post the embed of tweets?

Hello zappers,I’m having an issue with email formatting. It seems to be restricting the email to 68-70 characters per line… but only for the receiver. Objective; trying to post a twitter post with a set message including a picture (obtained from the URL bellow) from a webhook (also from tradingview) Error: The app returned "media type unrecognized.". Salesforce “unable to obtain exclusive access to this record” error

HI-I’ve written a zap that does the following:Starts when a new csv file is found in an amazon s-3 bucket. The file contains a list of donations, one per line, for which I need to create opportunities in Salesforce. Loops through each line in the csv file. For each line Does a lookup to find a matching account. It splits on whether or not there is a match If there is a match, it creates a new opportunity for the account. This works fine. If there is not a match, I am creating an opportunity in a generic account called Lighthouse. This fails randomly. The problem is with step 2.3. For example, my csv file has 10 detail lines. 8 of the lines do not have a matching account, so it tries to create 8 opportunities in step 2.3, all on the same related account (Lighthouse). That should be fine, but I am seeing this error in Zapier, which is coming from Salesforce:“Could not create record of the "Opportunity" object: unable to obtain exclusive access to this record or 1 records: <record id

How do I post multiple images using the Create Image Tweet action?

I am using a zapier zap to post tweet from trello card moved to a specific list. The description part goes to tweet text and attachment image goes to image of tweet. In case of one image attachment works well. I use zapier formatter to extract an image url from trello card's attachment. But I want to tweet more than 1 images. In that case zapier pass the multiple attachments as one zipped file contains attached images. So it fails to pass it to the twitter as invalid media format because it is zip format but not image format just like .jpg, or .png. How can I implement this? Thank you in advance.

Newly created fields not appearing on Zap

We have created a new field on Salesforce and we’re planning to sync it to Jira. However, we cannot see this new field on the Zap.  Steps Taken:Refreshed browser Duplicated the Zap Logged out and logged in the logins to connect to both Salesforce and Jira Used google incognito to make sure caching is not an issue Made sure the new field is accessible the log-in we are using
