Is it possible to replace a link with a vxtwitter link of the same tweet?

Twitter links sent to discord often have terrible embedding, and just show the link with zero content, or show the text but zero images.

 

There's a website called vxtwitter which when you replace twitter with vxtwitter in any Twitter link, it creates a better embed with more rich content

 

Is it possible to somehow replace a link with a vxtwitter link of the same tweet?

You can use a Replace Formatter that replaces “https://tw” with “https://vxtw” and that will replace the link.
