Jotform getting “502 Server Error” throttling errors

I have multiple Zaps that integrate JotForms with Trello. These were working as expected a week ago. Then, I started getting multiple “502 Server Error” emails, which I have gotten in the past when Trello/JotForm have been down temporarily. However, I’ve been getting them every day for the past 5 days or so, but I didn’t see any failed Zaps. Then, this morning, I received a new error email with this message: “Trigger partner failure: ('Jotform throttling https://zapier.api.jotform.com/form/90435131864152/submissions?orderby=created_at%2CDESC&limit=100', 60)” I went into the Zaps and it said I needed to reconnect my JotForm account, which I did (no changes have been made to my JotForm account or Zapier account). After I reconnected my account, I went to the next step to make sure it was working properly. However, now I am getting the error below when trying to select a form as a trigger: Any recommendations for this? Like I said, we have not made any changes to our account as far a

Discord -> Twitter (Images don't send, only text)

Any idea how to send an image from one's discord channel to their twitter feed? I added the Zapier bot to my channel in my Discord server. If I write a message to my discord channel and include a link to an image ONLY the text sends to twitter, not the image.Similarly if I post an image from file to my discord channel it never sends it to Twitter.

We have created a new field on Salesforce and we’re planning to sync it to Jira. However, we cannot see this new field on the Zap. No errors but Zap isn't triggering for new leads in Facebook Lead Ads

Hi there,I have a new zapier account for one of my client, and I built a Zap that create a Spreadsheet row in a Google sheet from Facebook lead ads. All the connections are ok, and the test is ok. There are no error registered, and during the test the zap creates a spreadsheet row in the google sheet. But after I turn it on, it doesn’t work, it simply doesn’t runnig. Although I have conversions in FB lead ads, the automation doesn’t send any information to the spreadsheet. And of course there are no Zap history data.Did anyone face the same problem? Slack error: channel_not_found

I’m making a new ZAP that uses the “New Message Posted to Private Channel in Slack” option. When I go through the options, I select the new Private Channel from the list offered to me. The channel clearly exists, because when I type the name, or the channel ID, it lists the channel. So … I select it. I have entered the channel ID in custom on its own and in “<@channelID>” formats. I have tried this with BOT msgs included and not included. The channel has messages from me, and from the bot. When it comes to testing the connection I am given the error:channel_not_foundI think you’d say that this seems mighty peculiar given everything mentioned previously. Is anyone else experiencing something similar? Extra information:I’m at admin level on the SLACK. The channel obviously exists. Yes. I’m on free tier at Zapier.

Issue creating item on monday.com "Cannot read property 'map' or undefined" error

Hello! I’m having trouble to set my zap. I actually set this zap before and it worked I don’t understand why it’s not working now: When a PandaDoc document is completed, create an item on monday.com and fill that item columns with information from the document completed in Panda. I tested the trigger on Panda an it worked good, the problem is when I set the action in monday.com:I’m not able to fill the item columns with information as they are not shown on the action set up When I test the action it says: "Cannot read property 'map' or undefined" and it shows Board ID, Group and Item ID empty as if I wasn’t filled that up before which I did I set this zap before, and when I go and edit the zap that is already created it does not let me edit the item columns Did somebody has this issue too?

Hi All, We’re encountering a weird problem that’s completely new to us with our integration flow.Quick background:1. users submit a google form response2. zapier pulls the information from the gsheet that the gform results populate3. zapier then creates a JIRA issue with a bunch of fields autofilled with the various gsheet information saved4. the responses are pure text with no other media/content/etc This has worked for several months with no to minimal changes, which all test successfully and the changes just being what text is populating which fields. Is it possible to replace a link with a vxtwitter link of the same tweet?

Twitter links sent to discord often have terrible embedding, and just show the link with zero content, or show the text but zero images. There's a website called vxtwitter which when you replace twitter with vxtwitter in any Twitter link, it creates a better embed with more rich content Is it possible to somehow replace a link with a vxtwitter link of the same tweet?

Could not verify SSL Certificate for Excel

Hi, It seems there’s a problem between Excel and Zapier, because for the last three hours, all zaps that require to send Data from/to excel gives me the following error message : Nothing changed on my part, everything was running smoothly and then it all started to go south. Hey guys, I ran into an issue this morning: Someone purchased one my courses this morning (through ThriveCart), but because they already had an account in Kajabi - they had already purchased another one of my courses in the past (and that their email already existed in the system), the "ZAP" didn't go through, so it didn't sign them up automatically. Any ideas what we could do to fix this for future purchases? We have many repeat customers who purchase different courses of ours. Thanks.

anybody having problems with openai? (respond time)

it looks like gpt takes a min or two to give responses to big queries. (4000word words completion task), but zapier is not waiting for the response and just stop the zap. and zapier is taking advantage of the tasks done until we get there, also openai api counts the query when it receives one. any ideas to make zapier wait until they get the response from gpt?

Jira error: Issue does not exist, or you do not have permission to see it.

We created a Zap to create a Jira ticket based on submission of a Google form. These ticket details are then email to the submitter. Although the ticket gets created in Jira, the link received in the email for this ticket does not open the Jira ticket. AWS RDS (Mysql) problem connection

I'm trying connect de MYSQL plugin (zapier) in my RDS Database (aws), but zapier return a error message: "authentication failed: Could not connect with **** and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. 255" I cant find a solution for this error code.My user, host and password are correct. And the IP 54.86.9.50/32 are enabled in my Security Group. In other integration products, the plugin works.

Google Sheets - Status Code 400 Bad Request

A zap that has been working for 4 years is breaking and I cant work out why - the error message is Status Code 400 Bad Request and the info given is this:ProblemYour Zap is likely to be missing a required field, or a field value wasn't in a recognized format. For example, if a field in your action step is expecting an email address, but the value given is a name, the app may return a 400 error.SolutionCheck that your fields are correctly set up and mapped to each other. What i cant make sense of is that my zap IS sending the data just fine. It arrives in the sheet! All fields arrive and all data is correct. Any tips?
