Create Invoice in Quickbook Online - Location Field Not Working

We are working with the Create Invoice in QBO component in Zapier.We would like to set the field “Location” to a US State abbreviation (e.g. CA, LA). However, when editing the field from the Zap, there is a notice that the field is “Only available for France locales.” If I pass the value CA to this field, that field does not get written to the Invoice.Our current process is having a user manually write the abbreviation to the field in QB. I did see there was a post about this 8 months ago stating that the Location field was not supported. Is that still the case? Is this something that is on the roadmap?

"Invalid Syntax: Only numeric values are allowed" when using an IF function

I’m using an IF formula to return value A (“Internal”) or value B (“Public”) depending on what a cell looks like in my Google Sheet.The error I get is “Invalid Syntax: Only numeric values are allowed”. I saw a similar post about using JavaScript code, but I’m not sure if this is the correct solution for me let alone how to implement.

Interface Table Columns Arrangement Issue

I’ve recently started having an issue trying to organize my table columns within an interface. For instance, I go to edit a tablelisting in an interface, go to the Data tab, then down to Columns. When I try to drag a data set up or down, it moves other columns randomly and will not accept where I place the column I was trying to move and puts it back where it was.  Has anyone else been experiencing this? I’ve tried using a couple of different web browser in case of compatibility issues but that didn’t work either.  **Edit: It moves the column above the one I’m trying to move to the location I wanted it to go. I also just realized it’s only happening to 1 out of 2 tables in my interface. The other table arranges how it’s supposed to.

Zaps stopped appearing in my embedded page after an error occurred on a zap

I got an error on a zap today after because i entered an invalid email while creating a ticket on my app. (this zap was connected to Hubspot)i was just entering dummy data for testing purposes and since that error happened no zaps are showing in the page on my app where i embedded the full zapier experience even though when i go to this page in apier developer dashboard https://developer.zapier.com/app/142648/embed/full-zapier-experiencei can see the zaps created on my zapier account i am logged in tooso what i need to know is, is the error that happened as i mentioned above the reason why my zaps isn't showing on my embed zapier page even though i actually deleted the zap that had that error ? And how to solve this please ?Another thing I've created a zap and published it and it keeps running the test step on its own

Error when trying to find a folder on Google Drive

Getting the error below when I try to find a folder I can see exists on the drive. It was working before it was updated from the legacy find a folder event. I’m also getting this error on another zap as well, so may be something to do with our account? Zap Isn't working to transfer Google Sheets info to ConvertKit subscriber profile.

I tried setting up a zap to make it so that it takes the information thats on the newest row of a Google Sheets and makes a new subscriber profile on ConvertKit based off the info inside of the row, and adds them to a specific ConvertKit sequence. This kind of works... It adds a profile to ConvertKit correctly, and adds them to the correct ConvertKit sequence, but it uses the email of the same row every time. I can’t figure out a way to make it always use the info from the newest line. Someone please help!!

Insert data into mysql autoincrement field

Hello, first zap so go easy on me please if this seems obvious to you.I am inserting data from Sprintful booking form into a mysql table. It throws an error and from what I can see its at the insert end. I have an autoincrement field so impossible to pass a value until the record is created.Has anyone come across this at all? Im nbot even sure its that field that is causing the error but all others look fine.

Reply to Email In Gmail Not Within Same Thread? Broken?

Hi there, I have a Zap set up that reads an email, sends the email to Relevance AI to produce a custom email response and is then suppose to reply to the email. When using this Zap, it creates a new email thread entirely and doesn’t reply to the email. I have tried this across both Reply and Create Draft Reply.I need to reply or draft email reply to show the original message sent to me, like a normal email. I will attach some screenshots. Please help!

Post OneDrive attachment to Clickup tests Ok, but fails in use

I have a Zap built which takes a new file in OneDrive, creates a task in ClickUp and then attaches the file to the Clickup task. When building the Zap and testing at each step, the final test output is exactly what I’m looking for. However, once published, if I then create a new file in the OneDrive location, the zap fails to pick up the attachment. The zap successfully creates the Clickup task, but without the OneDrive file attached. Any ideas why please?

Zap not creating new project in Dubsado

I hired someone to set up Dubasado and connect it to Calendly using Zapier.When an actual prospective client signs up for a call with me, they appear as a new lead inside of Dubsado.When I test it to create an SOP video for my staff it doesn’t work.I am creating a new fake name every time, but they simply don’t appear inside of my Dubsado.The zap is showing as running correctly, but Dubsado has no record of these names. Is this a Zapier issue or a Dubsado issue? Part 2:I also need to replicate this system so I can track who brought in the lead, when I duplicated the Zap and changed the name of the Calendly invite to test it, it’s simply creating 2 leads instead of 1 with 2 different lead sources.Which part of the zap do I need to change so that it only creates one new lead? Thanks! Regression in WordPress action with new posts - new posts not triggering zaps

I believe there was a regression introduced in a recent bug fix for the WordPress action.See this thread: Yesterday, @SamB said that this bug has finally been quashed.However the timing is suspicious as I and others have noticed that since Friday, we were no longer receiving new post actions/triggers with our zaps.https://wordpress.org/support/topic/stopped-sharing-after-update/Could a regression have been introduced in this bug fix?

Hello i want to post on my GMBs with open AI - Dalle - Airtable and Google my Business. GA4 click event is not recognized by Google Analytics 4 Conversion Event

I need to select click event as conversion event which is marked as key event in GA4-   But even after trying multiple times by generating that event over and over in GA4, Google analytics 4 conversion Zap still not recognizing the click event. It is only detecting purchase and lead event but not the click event. I need to pass the click event from GA4 to Facebook ads as custom conversion.

GPT-4 vs GPT-4-Turbo-0409

Intermediate Dev here. I understand the difference between Chatgpt/gpt-4 api’s etc.. I’ve been using GPT-4-Turbo-0409 through zaps but I want to test the leading GPT-4 model. This one costs more according to open ai’s pricing. However when I select it (vs turbo 0409), it does not take the context into account. Context = Formatted Text via Formatting or even a reply from a previous gpt output within the same automationLooking for answers.

My Zap is creating blank multiple select field option

i have a zap with a Find Record step in Airtable. the step is set up to create the record if one is not found. for creating the record, i have text in a multi-select field that corresponds to one of the multi-select field options. however, when the zap actually creates the record, it adds both that option as well as a new blank option. i have double checked to make sure i don't have spaces before or after the option i entered. any ideas about how to prevent this from happening? thanks!! Firebase/Firestore: "Unable to verify that your connection has access to the Firebase/Firestore project" error

This post was split from the topic: What will be the Path for Firebase Real Time Database for Trigger as each path is saying unable to pull records - 404 not found?  Sorry to hear you’re now running into a 404 error here, @Fsl.   I did some checking and it looks like we’ll sometimes see a 404 when the account connection to Firebase/Firestore was added with the Project ID and it needs to use the RTDB (Realtime Database) Project ID instead.    Can you reconnect your app account and use the projectId in the following format: projectId-default-rtdb. For example, if your projectId was project123 you’d use: project123-default-rtdb   After it’s reconnected with the RTDB Project ID, could you try pulling in a new test record and confirm whether that works? Hi, I have used this new format and the connection is failing. “Unable to verify that your connection has access to the Firebase/Firestore project "edexia-default-rtdb””

Uploading only one line of a multi-line order

Hi,I have my Airtable connected, running code by Zapier and Detrack account connected to my Zap. All works fine on a single line do_number. However, with a multi-line do_number, only one line uploads. The other lines do not because “Validation Failed: Field do_number is already taken”. The do_number is basically a order number. Unable to locate Zoom Recordings

Hello we are trying to upload our zoom recordings onto google drive.But we are having trouble testing the step as the trigger is having trouble collecting the zoom recordings. Zapier is already added into our zoom marketplace and the setups that were prementioned are done.ex. Allow cloud recording sharing” must be set to ON “Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings” must be set to OFF. “Require password to access shared cloud recordings” must be set to OFF.Does anyone have a workaround around this? Or should we put a delay before setting up the trigger? Thank you in advance!

Zapier Purchase Confirmation Email & Missing GPT Access

Hi. Apologies for putting this post on here, but I am at a loss and will remove it ASAP. Hopefully, you can provide some guidance. I purchased my subscription on April 19, 2024 (stated on the bank statement), and have coded a GPT onto my website, which is functioning OK except for some minor changes I need to input. The problem is I cannot locate the created GPT, nor can I find the receipt (email) of the purchase confirmation in any of my emails. I have been frantically searching for ways to contact their customer support, to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Is there no customer support for Zapier?

Loading more messages on my chatbot I got an error 500

Hello team, I am experiencing an issue with loading old messages in my chatbot. I have around 3,000 messages on my chatbot under an advanced plan. When I click the icon to load more messages, the process starts but ultimately fails, resulting in an Error 500 as shown in the image below.Please help me resolve this.
