Capsule CRM triggers intermittently

Hi All,

I have a Zap which creates a new row in a DB when an Opportunity in Capsule CRM is added or moved to a particular stream.

My trouble is that in some cases it doesn’t trigger and Im struggling to find out why. I have ensured all required fields are completed, but no trigger. 

I have checked and rechecked the logs and its not failing, its just not appearing in the logs, however for some reason it does find the record if I do a test in the ZAP.

Anybody had a similar issue and resolved?

Zap trigger being used is instant.
