Date transformation not working as expected
I have a timestamp that looks like this:2023-05-25T14:51:58-07:00I would like to strip the time out, leaving only the date. Result would be this:2023-05-25I am using the Zapier formatter to convert date formats. In this step, it appears to work correctly.This is what I have:Running the test of the step returns the expected value:output: 2023-05-25In the next step, I pull that output, like this:However, in that step, when I test the action, this value is converted to this:output: 2023-05-25 0:00:00 Result when I test the action: 0:00:00 is getting addedI realize that I could just split the text, but I wanted to make sure I was doing this correctly.Thank you!
Name field is not populating from jotform to Zapier
I have a zap that sends an automatic text message (through click send) when someone fills out information on a form (in jotform). The tests I perform on zapper are pulling in the name field, but the actual zap is not. It keeps leaving the name field blank. I have tried everything and cannot figure out what's wrong. I have another zap that pulls in the name field just fine.
Unable to update the task in Asana under a project: Getting "parent" error.
I am having a tricky time getting Zapier to pull certain data from Asana and send it to AdaptiveWork. I can:Create a project in Asana and send it to AdaptiveWork. Create a task in Asana and send it to AdaptiveWork. But I cannot seem to update a task under a project - I hit a a ‘parent’ error, and no options I choose pulled from Asana seem to work. As such I cannot update anything, but only create new tasks (orphaned) which makes the integration a one-off and not consistently useful.Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi...
PDF.co Document Parser (Using Template)
Hello,I am trying to set up and test a document parser template using PDF.co. I have attached screenshots of the template I have created, when running the test on the template its working ok.When I try run the test in Zapier its returning the incorrect data for some reason. Customer order count missing from Shopify order data

I’m still not getting all order data from shopify through zapier, specifically customer order count. I tried reconnecting my shopify account, and I tried pulling in new data from shopify in my zap, but it still did not pull all of the data that I rely on.

WPForms integration issue: Dropdown box fields are not working with for adding Leads or Finding Deals
Hi there, we are using WP Forms to capture Trial signups with various fields that match the Pipedrive custom fields. We are zapping them into Zapier and matching the fields but it wont work with dropdown boxes. We can get it to work for ADD DEAL or FIND DEAL, but wont work for ADD LEAD or FIND DEAL. Has anyone else experienced this. Yes the fields match exactly to in Pipedrive as it works for DEALS but wont for LEADS. Any help would be appreciated thankyou.
Google Drive Access Denied to Upload File
Making a zap beetween Crove (document signing) and Google Drive. All connections show green, but the zap fails when uploading the doc to google drive. “Access Denied”. Same Zapier email with google drive account so permissions should be fine. Tried making folder public with editing permissions and still Access Denied. Crove connection also green and test works.Tried this with Dropbox as well, and got the same error.

Formatter returns null when Extracting URL and Email from Slack Messages

Am I doing something incorrectly?

The problem has been described here already: Tl;Dr: The slack trigger gets triggered by bot messages even if the filter “trigger for bot messages” is set to False. It’s CRAZY that this is a 2 years old bug and you haven’t fixed it! This could financially ruin people if they use paid APIs in the zap. FIX IT ASAP.
Pull large CSV from a URL and than Create/Update Spreadsheet daily/weekly
I would like to download a CSV file from web page or I can use formatter to go to directly to the URL which seems to change based on the date and then save it as a spreadsheet.I followed the steps from the below link. But my file size is around 5-6 MB. So I am getting an error. Any idea how to fix it? I have a deadline to complete, so quick responses will be appreciated.
Podia membership cancellation is pulling incorrect data - how to fix?
I am trying to integrate podia with flodesk, and have managed pretty well up to now (thanks to the threads on here). I’m trying to update a contact by removing them from a segment on flodesk, when they cancel their membership. I have one customer who has cancelled, and I have also created a test account in Podia and cancelled the test’s membership in order to pull the data across for the Zap test purposes, however Zapier is pulling incorrect data, with subscribers that are active and clearly haven’t cancelled their membership.As you can see on the screenshot below, it’s pulled up a customer with no “cancelledAt:” data, rather than the test or another customer who has actually cancelled their membership.I’m not sure how to fix this. Any ideas? Thanks.
Pipedrive - Deal Matching Filter Trigger not working
Hi, Ive my trigger is Pipedrive - Deal matching Filter. and the action is to create a clickup folder based on a template when a deal is matches the filter and the filter is ‘Won Deals’ . Its working during the test but doesnt work when its published. Im aware the filter is not instant and takes 15 mins to refresh, It was not triggered. I suspected deduplication is preventing the trigger so i created another deal an marked as won. Even after 20-30 mins since i marked as won the zap has not triggered.
Shopify error: Email_marketing_consent Opt in level must exist
I’ve had a zap running for over 4 years that takes Facebook leads and creates new customers based on these leads in Shopify and then sends an email out via mailchimp. Two days ago the add new customer to shopify step is failing with error:email_marketing_consent Opt in level must exist Looking at the Shopify dev changelog it appears they now require a marketingOptinLevel and extra fields. I tried to edit the zap step but the only option in Zapier is “Accepts Marketing?” True/False. I cannot find any of the new options required by SHopify which are:marketingState consentUpdatedAt marketingOptInLevel Refer to Shopify dev changelog:https://shopify.dev/changelog/new-email-marketing-consent-for-customers-and-deprecated-fields How do we get this fixed? Is this something that Zapier must add to their editor? Need a fix ASAP as we get many customers added each day.

Zap doesn't work when published: Unable to find Freshservice ID in Slack search
I have a Zap whose trigger checks a changed value in Freshservice ticket system, then passes the “ID” field from Freshservice, and searches for it in Slack. This works fine going through each step and testing the steps in Zapier, but when it’s left to it’s own devices published, it doesn’t work. Any tips on what I could troubleshoot i’d be grateful for. The bit it’s failing on is searching slack for the Freshservice ID string.

Hello community,I'm facing an issue with our design requests form connection and could really use your expertise and advice. Some time ago, the connection broke, and we stopped receiving notifications. The problem seems to be related to the channel being renamed.I tried updating the channel information in Zapier's action tab by adding the channel ID in the Custom tab, as instructed. However, when I tested the action, I received an error message: "Failed to create a send channel message on Slack."I also attempted a workaround by manually entering the channel ID in the Custom value option for the Channel field, as suggested. But during a live test, I encountered a new error: "502 Bad Gateway."I'm now unsure about the next steps to take in order to fix this issue and restore the functionality of our design requests form. If anyone has experienced a similar problem or has insights on resolving these errors, I would greatly appreciate your assistance and suggestions.Thanks.
