Make sure you are using the correct Twilio credentials to connect the Twilio Zap app to Zapier here:

Twilio uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token

Additional authentication instructions

  1. Log into your Twilio account.
  2. Go to your User account settings.
  3. In the Account Info section, you can locate your Account SID and Auth Token.
