Delay receiving WhatsApp notifications

Hi, I am currently using the free option of Zapier and am planning to move to the professional version. Before upgrading, I would like to clarify a few doubts. Once I receive a message in Teams, it triggers Zapier to send a message to WhatsApp. However, I am facing an issue where the WhatsApp message is delayed, arriving 10 minutes after the Teams channel receives the message. Is this delay common? I was expecting it to trigger WhatsApp immediately after the Teams channel receives the message. Could you please somone help on this issue ,uch appreciated

Hi @prakash16481 

The Microsoft Teams Zap app triggers are scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

Thanks for the quick reply. I understand that the timing depends on the Zapier plan, so I am going to purchase the Professional Plan. Could you please let me know how long it takes to receive a WhatsApp message from Teams with the Professional Plan?
