Slack emoji reaction values - not all emojis are available as option

I am trying to trigger a Zap off the :+1: emoji reaction in Slack. This is a common emoji, and widely used in our org. When I go to the list of values to choose from in my Zap, Zapier does not populate this emoji value, only the :thumbs_up_all: reaction is available. This list of values to select from is not complete, when I choose load more it still does not load the full list of available emojis in the Slack org.  Any way around this?

Multi-step Zap with Slack and Delay by Zapier not working on free plan

Hello, I created a Zap with these three parts, in order to send a message to a Slack channel when somebody mentions a keyword in any public channel.Trigger: New Mention from Slack Step: Delay by Zapier Step: Send Channel Message from Slack This Zap was working during my free trial, but has now been turned off because it is a ‘Multi-Step Zap’ using Pro Features. I duplicated this Zap but removed the delay and Zapier says this is an acceptable Zap with my free plan. This tells me that Zapier is treating the ‘Delay’ as a step when the site says: “The Delay feature in Zapier is available on all plans, including the Free plan.”Note that this Zap does not function for me without the 1 minute delay which puts me in a bind. Any assistance, either with getting the Zap working without the delay or figuring out why this is considered a Pro Feature would be appreciated. Thank you!

Keap "Find Contact" is not returning any info needed by next steps despited tested correctly

The Keap "Find Contact" step tested correctly, but in production, "Find Contact" did not return any information (when the contact was found). Consequently, the next steps do not get the data they need and many of my Zap processes are failing because of this. Anybody experiencing the same issue? I am using Keap, not Keap Max Classic. Zapier has stopped supporting Keap Max Classic a few months ago.

The Zap is not assigning webinar participants to Mailerlite groups properly

Hey guys,I really need your help.I created 3 automations for my webinar between Webinaris and Mailerlite.The automation does work when a participant registers, then they are assigned to the corresponding group on Mailerlite. Perfect job, Zapier! Thx!But I also created the exact same automation for participants attending a webinar and participants who missed the webinar. But with these two automations, there is no connection to Mailerlite. The participants on Mailerlite are not assigned to the appropriate group. Why is that? Slickstream to Flodesk integration - "Field Already Exists" error

I've used Zapier to connect my Slickstream account to Flodesk, to import new subscribers.This process has been working without issue for several months. A few weeks ago, this connection stopped working and is producing the error, "Field Already Exists", even when verifying that the emails that Zapier is attempting to import are not, nor ever were, in my Flodesk account.Slickstream support has reviewed the issue extensively, and can confirm that the Slickstream data is being pulled correctly from Slickstream, and that the "Zap" is set up correctly in Zapier.The error is with the "Create/Update Subscriber" part of the flow. We've even added an intermediate step in the Zap to first "check if the subscriber exists" and only proceed if false, but we have not been able to run a successful "Zap" - the same "field already exists" consistently persists.  Can you please help me understand with the "field already exists" error is referring to and what may have caused this error to suddenly start

The field is not dynamically updating

Hello - Looking for some help please.I'm having an issue where the {{First Name}} {{Name}} not being populated with the recipient's first name in the email sent by Zapier.It just shows up as blank in the email. In the html the field is yellow with an <!> exclamation. What could be causing this, and how can I troubleshoot or fix it? Is this because I need Pro version vs Free plan?Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Looked at test Zapier email: field titled just “Name” so I updated the html with {{Name}} no luck! Attaching a Google Doc file to an outgoing email

Hello, I created an automation using the Google Doc "Create Document from Template". Everything works correctly, a document is generated from the template for each Zap.I would then like to send the link to this document by email. However, I do not know which item to choose in the "Insert data Attachments" list. Can you help me please?Thank you!

Account connection expired: Reconnect not possible ⁉️

Hello Zapier community! 👋I would like to do a zap between Jotform and Trello. While selecting my event and choosing “Jotform” I get this message:“This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect the account before continuing. Learn more” Okay. I try to reconnect and get a selection to choose between :Account HIPAA Compliant? → Yes / No Do You Use European Datacenters? → Yes / No HIPAA Compliant: Capture meaningful health data with Jotform → not relevant for me → I select no.European Datacenters: I’m in Europe, but in my Jotform account I use an American server, apparently. If I want to change, I need to upgrade, but I don’t need this option → I select no. I confirm and click on allow to authorize Zapier to my Jotform. Nothing happens. The message still remains: “This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect”. What can I do? Please help. 🙏 The Jotform support could not help me. GPT Actions - Google Sheets Refresh

Hi ZappersI have a Google Sheet that I created an action for and then after added a column. I tried refreshing the action to add the new column and even deleted the old action and started a fresh one but the column does not get picked up by the GPT Actions builder. Does anyone know if there is cache or time period to wait for new column to appear?

Incorrect email address on invoices synced from Shopify to QuickBooks Online

When I sync an invoice from Shopify to Quickbooks, the invoice created in Quickbooks is not populated with the correct email addresses from the customers profile in quickbooks, it only has to email from the customer profile on Shopify. I have made a zap to update the invoice when it is create and I have also attempted to make a zap that automatically creates and changes invoice once fulfilled. However, it only populates the one email address after it makes its way from Shopify over to Quickbooks.

Google Docs is not finding any Data

My zap is telling me it can not find any files when trying to use Google Docs… I want to create a document from a template but when I connect Zap with the google account containing this template it is unable to find any documents and I get the following message: I have tried connecting to multiple accounts and this always happens. To respond to options provided:Confirm if you are connected to the right account > It happens for every account Confirm that there is data in the partner app > Yes, there is. Previous steps within this Zap can even locate the data. Confirm that you have permission to the data in the partner app > Yes, I do. This has been happening for more than a week.I have a workaround for this by creating a search step to find the item ID manually, but then I get a second problem. Hi there.While configuring a zap to ingest a RSS feed it asks for username/password. What protocol is the username/password trying to do use against the rss feed? Is it standard http basic auth?

Can not remove Zapier from Facebook Lead CRM connection

I’ve tried all the guide to remove Zapier connection from facebook lead connection, but to no avail. Here are the steps I’ve done (all failed)Deleted the Zap connection Deleted the Authorized connection in account setting Deleted connection from Facebook Business Integration Deleted connection form Business Lead AccessStill the connection to zapier persist, and we cannot change it to other CRM setup, please help

The Zap can't connect to YouTube playlist despite playlist being public

Zapier is able to connect to my YouTube account and I have made my playlist public, but when I test the playlist connection I get an error every time. When I type the url into a browser I get the playlist without problem so I cannot figure out why my zap cant connect. I have removed all but the playlist ID in my trigger as well.

Help! Am I using Paths correctly?

Hi! I am a newbie at this and have no experience with code, so please be kind.I am trying to set up a Zap that is triggered by a new reaction in Slack. We have people send links that we need organized in a Google Sheet with multiple tabs. I thought the best route would be set-up paths for each tab with conditions, but then I realized that the Path Conditions only output is either “true” or “false” and not the links that passed. Is that right?Additionally, I need a path that is any links that did not meet the conditions of the other 4 paths (the “To Be Sorted” in the screenshot). But then I realized that would require 480 rows on manually input conditions (20 links max and 24 conditions total). Sooooo is there any easier way to do this? Zapier is not detecting Google Tasks added via Google Space

 Zapier is not detecting the google task that I added through Google space. I tried connecting zap to my email account multiple times but still shows no task found while the task is showing in my task calendar. I need this to work because I need to track all tasks added through space and send them to google sheet for tracking.

Google Contacts "Update Contact" action deleting pre-existing "Event Date" and "Event Type" data

Hi, I have a bunch of Zaps that have been working great, however I’ve just discovered a problem that didn’t previously exist with Google Contacts. It’s an ‘Update Contact’ step and the problem seems to be isolate to the ‘Event Date’ and ‘Event Type’ fields in the Zapier interface. Whenever the zap tries to update the corresponding fields in Google Contacts, it deletes pre-existing data, and leaves the fields blank.The corresponding fields in Google Contacts are ‘Significant date’ and ‘label’. The label name can be customised, and the name mapped to match the ‘Event type’ in Zapier.Like I said before, this has been working fine for a number of months up until now. I have had to update a few Google legacy apps in Zapier recently, but only just noticed this problem.This is a bit of a nightmare situation for me. Any helps or pointers would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Path with 'Exactly Matches' is not working

Hello! I’m hoping for some guidance…I have a Path set up to send a zapier email to team member X that only triggers if:Field “What business services are you interested in?” Exactly Matches “Option A”This field is a drop down with multiple options available (people can choose more than one service)… If someone selects ONLY “Option A”, I wanted it to go to team member X. If someone selects “Option A” and “Option B” I want the path to fail and go to a different team member.Right now, however, if someone selects both Options A and B, the path is still continuing and sends the email to team member X. I cannot figure out why. Thank you!

Zap linking Jotform to Zoho Books fails due to date issue

hi there! thanks for the help.I have a zap linking Jotform to ZohoBooks.When a booking form is filled in jotform, it creates a draft invoice in Zoho Books. or is it? when i test the zap i get this error: when I check the entires I see this: now, English ain’t my first language, but the due date is after the (creation) date.why is the zap not working?I have another form where this is working fine, but this form has always given me issues.In Jotform, both entries are dd-mm-yyyy. thanks for reading, looking forward to your help. thanks, R

Zapier sending email to the wrong email / not pulling email at all

I am running a test with stripe where zapier should send a new email with relevant info after a new customer. The problem I’m running into is that for some reason, is that instead of sending the email to the customer, it’s sending it to me. The in data takes the correct email, but for some reason the out data spits a different email.

Trouble transforming dates from Google Form (dd/mm/yyyy) into correct format in Zapier

Hi all, i’m having problem transforming my dates. I have a google form that collects a date and another attributes. Respect to date the format that it is entered in the form is “dd/mm/yyyy”. By example 28/8/2024.I create a task that trigger when a row is created, when the data is read, the date is read like Aug 28 2024. In this caso all is OK.The problem is when i have my first date entered in Septembre, by example:  2/9/2024,  when the data is read, the date is read like Feb 9 2024. In this caso all is ERROR. I need that the date was read like Sep 2 2024.I tried with the formatter task but i dont have results.Attach images abut this. Pls your help, i will thank you so much.
