Hello, I want to send a single email containing information from several rows in a Google Sheet file. I've followed the steps in this conversation: https://community.zapier.com/how-do-i-3/combining-rows-on-common-column-in-google-sheets-3232But it only combines 2 rows and then the following rows are sent separately. Could you help me fix this? Thank you.
Hello everyone,I am currently working on an automated email process, and I would like to generate a Gmail draft and then export that draft into the 'Draft' field in a Zapier table.I will have team members review the draft, and upon their approval by clicking the 'Approve' button in the table, I will proceed to send the draft.However, I am unable to retrieve the body of the Gmail draft (as shown in the image).Is there any way for me to access the draft's content?As a side note, please inform me if Zapier Mail can also generate drafts.Thank you!
Hello! I’m just diving into Zapier so please bare with me. I read this support page and tried to replicate this zap - But I keep running into an error at the end that just says “Failed to create an upload file in Google DriveThe app returned "Forbidden". I made a Loom Video I made to walk through my Zap so hopefully that’s helpful. Ultimately I’m trying to upload the CSV file from the URL that the formatter is grabbing. Once I have the file uploaded to Google Drive I’d like to use another zap to upload the file to my Mailchimp account so I can automate updating my customer data (I own and operate several restaurants and order data is very valuable for marketing). I hope this is all clear and that someone call help me out!
I have a zap set up to create a task in Google Tasks based on certain google emails, the whole thing works when I test it but no matter what format I choose, when I put in the due date (tomorrow 9am, 9 a.m., 9am EST, noon, +3d) it will only enter the date but not the time. I can’t figure out how to schedule it for a time in tasks.Todoist works but I’d prefer to use Google Tasks since I already pay for another to-do app.
I am trying to connect Wheelbase to Active Campaign, so that when we receive a new message it will populate our CRM. However, there is no email form field to select and the Zap won't work without an email address. Can someone please help me solve this issue?
NEW TO ZAPIER.We are trying to connect salesforce and quickbooks to send an invoice when an opportunity is marked as closed won.I am able to get the trigger to fire when an opp stage moves to closed won but I have no way of mapping the Account in Salesforce to the Account in Quickbooks. I am trying to find the account Record in sfdc but am unsure what to put in the Search Value as the only thing that appears is the ID from the opp in step 1. Once we have the SFDC Account we will then map that to the QB Customer in step 3. Is this the correct idea?Would love any feedback

Hi there!I’m trying to achieve the following in Monday.com with Zapier:If a new item is created on Main Board, and Column B is set to ‘Email’; Create a subtask Assign subtask to Person X, Y, or Z, based on X, Y or Z criteria.So far, steps 1 to 2 are working, and I’ve not been able to automate Step 3. I’ve tried to do this through a lookup of the sub-task within the original zap, but kept hitting a wall with finding the parent item and subtask ID after the subtask is created. So instead, I’ve gone ahead and created a second Zap, which triggers on “New item in board” with the Board set to “Subitems of Main Board”. I can see in the testing data for the Zap that it should see the new subitems come in, but when I turn my Zap on, there’s no Zap history and the Zap does not trigger. Any idea what I’m doing wrong here?

Hello, I’m trying to use a zap that detects a new label added to a card on multiple Trello boards. As far as I can tell this requires a zap for each board. I have this working nicely on one board, but when I duplicate the zap and change the board it will not detect new records for that board. The new board I’m trying to use is a renamed duplicate of the first board, so the labels, etc. are all the same, and Zapier seems to be detecting that the board exists and all the label names on it. When I test, no records appear. I’ve tried many times to add a variety of labels (including default labels) before, during, and after testing with no results. When trying a different trigger it does detect new records. I haven’t tested this exhaustively but it seems specific to the “new label added” trigger. The weird part is when I create a new zap from scratch and use the same setting, board, etc., it does detect new records. Furthermore, when duplicating the zap and leaving the board the sameThe onl
Hi Team, I am using Zapier to trigger data from from Ontraport to LeadConnector based on tags. While I can see older tags from Ontraport when setting up the Zap, I cannot see recent ones created in Onrtaport. Is there a step I am missing. I have re-connected Ontraport in Zapier and logged in and out multiple times but cant seem to get the data through.
When I try to connect my Quickbooks account to a Zap, it gives me a message saying, “Sorry, but the app didn’t connect”. We are going to purchase Zapier Premium, but we wanted to make sure it had all the capabilities necessary before purchasing. Will premium solve this issue? Is this a Zapier or Quickbooks issue? This is my first time working with Looping by Zapier and I’m having an issue with it but I’m not convinced it has anything to do with the Looping app as much as it does the trigger app. Here’s my scenario: I want to take images from a Jotform submission (which are converted to URLs) and run them through a background remover app and then upload them to a OneDrive folder, but whenever I submit the form with more than one image, the background removal app fails as it can only handle one image at a time. So my next step was to add Looping so it would loop through each image until all images were processed and uploaded. The problem is that even though more than one URL exists, the loop only returns one loop iteration.I have tried using multiple image upload fields in my Jotform form and just duplicating the background removal and image upload steps. Sub-Zap returns no data - I want my zap to continue to run weather or not the sub-zap is successful.
I have a sub-zap to look up employee census data. Occasionally my main zap will pass an ex-employee’s email into the sub-zap and becasue the sub-zap can’t find that person it gets stuck. I want the main zap to continue weather or not it gets a hit in the sub-zap. There doesn’t seem to be an option anywhere where I can set it to continue if no data is found.
Help! I have a zap set up for an Instagram post to trigger a LinkedIn Company page post. However, only the caption is posting to LinkedIn, not the image that was originally posted in Instagram. I would like both the image and the caption to post *from* Instagram *to* my LinkedIn Company Page. I tried deleting the original Zap and creating a new one, but it will only let me connect to my LinkedIn personal page, not my company page. There doesn’t seem to be any support or contact, it’s all AI so I’m not able to get any help with this. Thanks!
In Zapier, both Squarespace and Mailerlite are connected successfully. When someone signs up to the newsletter on SS I want Zapier to add them to a group in ML, everything looks good in the Zapier dashboard, but nothing happens. I have some Zaps running that push text and images to LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. The images are referenced with a URL referencing the image on my website, like:https://mywebsite.com/wordpress/uploads/image.pngorhttps://mywebsite.com/wordpress/uploads/image.webpWhen the Zaps run and refer to a webp image, they error out. They run fine with .png, .jpg image references.All the platforms I post to are OK with webp, and the images are automatically resized before Zapier sees them.Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I have a zap setting up a new task when a cognito form entry is created. I have all the date formats set up for Task due date and custom date and time fields. Those fields are working. I’ve set the date the entry is submitted to be the Start date/time for the task but each task created has a blank start date. Anyone have a fix for this?
