Sorry for any confusion caused. Using the Custom value option to enter the ID for the page won’t then make it appear in the dropdown menu on that Page field. What it will do, if you keep the Custom value option selected after entering the ID, is manually select the page that’s missing.

Often the page not loading is the result of an issue with the permissions for the connected account so I’d recommend double-checking all the permissions for that missing page are correct. You can learn more about the necessary permissions here:
