The zap does not assign the CLIO task to the right user in Motion (same email ID), rather it assigns to 
‘My Tasks’.  Also it does not assign it to the right Project in Motion using the Matter info from Clio

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Thanks.  I think Im going to hire someone to do this.  I dont have the time or interest to learn how to do it.  I appreciate your willingness to help.
