Sometimes this error comes up, and it just says loading under my account for the specific action and it never loads. What does this mean because this has only been happening as of recent.

Go to Manage Accounts at the bottom right corner and reconnect OpenAI

I mean in the screenshot you shared above, there is Manage accounts at the bottom right corner
I see now, I never had to do this before, through the zapier.com that's where it sends me to. I would just integrate my open AI and zapier through clicking allow on the link actions.zapier.com/gpt/actions/
I followed instructions on how to connect it. I never had to connect my gpts through zapier.com
I did notice yesterday in the afternoon, it did not give this error again, it seemed like it was working. This morning it is still giving the error.
