Humanatix - not pulling through the correct event data

I’m setting up a Zap to pull through data from Humanatix when a new attendee registers for an event. I’ve used this Zap many times successfully. For the past few weeks, every time I try to setup the Zap, it keeps pulling through attendee data from a different event. I have tried disconnect and establishing my Humanatix connection; switching off and on the Zap; creating new zaps - but it keeps happening. Is anyone else experiencing this or have a resolution? thanks.

Have you tried configuring the Zap using the sample data, then turn the Zap ON, test live, and check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step? https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

If you need more help, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.
