I am having issues transferring fields from Jotform to Zapier. I have created a form on Jotform that gathers data and inserts it into a html style email. See the photo When I test the step in Zapier it works perfectly, however when I use the Jotform to complete this task, the data is empty/partially missing.

Hi, I am attempting to connect PandaDoc to Hubspot, however I’m having issues testing the initial PandaDoc trigger. My first attempt was successful, but since then I’ve been met with “No document found” when testing the trigger. I’ve created new PandaDoc templates and Zaps, which are being found in the trigger dropdown menu, but no luck when attempting to test it & obtain the data fields for the next Hubspot Action step of the Zap.Thanks for your help! Hi everybodyWe just upgraded to the Airtable Business account and recently updated our Airtable connection in Zapier from one user's personal access token to another user. Now all the Zaps using Airtable have stopped working - and have an error message that the Airtable connection is expired.I've tried reconnecting the airtable account several times, and each connection says expired.When you sign into Airtable through Zapier, there are a few new options… We selected the Organization option as that makes the most sense for us.Any advice?? I have a problem with my Zaps regarding GMAIL and Outlook.It worked perfectly fine this morning, but suddently there are error messages when I try to run the zaps: GMAIL → Your Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on. OUTLOOK → Unable to pull emailsPlease reload the page. I set up a Zap action with Google Docs ‘Create Document from Template’. I do have all permissions and am the creator of the doc. When testing the zap, I get this error: “The user does not have sufficient permissions for this file”. Oddly enough, the new document gets created, it’s just that the test in Zapier fails! But I need a successful test in order to use outcomes of this step in subsequent actions. I have checked similar posts and tried things such as- deleting and re-creating the step entirely- choosing ‘target folder’ first, only then choosing the source templateNone of this has worked.

Trying to create a new zap from a membership form in squarespace to a table in Airtable, The problem is that I’m asked to “Verify my email to authorise the integration”, but I can’t find a way to authorise it / grant access (see picture). I have a woocommerce store where I sell courses that are taught on learnworlds.com I want a zap when someone places an order on my woocommerce and pays for the course the person in automatically enrolled in the learnworlds course. In the action app of my zap which is the learnworlds I have added the event to enroll user in product but under action it asks for an email fields which shows billing email option but has only one data with it like “billing email:firstname.lastname@example.org” I want it be dynamic and everytime a user places an order his email address is used to enroll him the course. Could someone help me out please? Thank You
I created a Zap to Transfer new contact data from LinkedIn Lead Gen to Hubspot connections. The Zap connects, but no data (name, LinkedIn URL, company, etc.) is showing up in Hubspot. A record is created in Hubspot, but with dashes where data should go. Thoughts?

I have 6 steps in zapier that create an output. I want the 7ths step to be to add all 6 of those outputs as rows in google sheets. I have selected the zap event “create multiple rows on a google sheet”, but in the actual zap action, it only provides space for me to create 1 row… it’s essentially the same zap as “create spreadsheet row in google sheet”. This is only allowing me to enter information for 1 row. I need to enter 6 rows at once. The create multiple rows zap is no different than the create one row zap...

I have 3 forms set up in Kajabi to receive data extracted from Google Sheets. The data is being pulled from labeled columns. Each of these column names corresponds with the forms in Kajabi. However, instead of going to only the corresponding form, it seems to be feeding all 3. See attached screen captures: The Column that’s the focus is the Gridlock Column.
I keep getting various errors when trying to Sync Google Calendar Events to a Circle Space. I’ve gotten missing duration seconds, even though that was added. I’ve got interal error 500. I’ve gotten failed to post. I;ve tried posting to public and private spaces. Spaces for Posts and Events. And I can’t get it to work. Please help?
Hello,I’m trying to Connect Zapier to my Mysql database hosted on an Ubuntu server with a LAMP stack. My SSL certificate is from Godaddy. It looks like I have all the right files - SSL Client Certificate, SSL Private Key, SSL CA Bundle - but I am still getting certificate errors. My URL is https://hopedata.ca and I’ve done the Qualys labs test and I get a B overall rating. Any ideas what I could be missing? As far as I could tell, the SSL Client Certificate and SSL CA Bundle came from Godaddy, and the SSL Private Key came from my server - it is the apache2ssl.key file. These are the three files as they are listed in my default.conf fileSSLEngine on SSLCertificateFile /etc/apache2/SSL/cert/ce531f28030cd4fe.crt SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/apache2/SSL/private/apache2ssl.key SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/apache2/SSL/cert/gd_bundle-g2-g1.crtAny help would be appreciated
Hello!I created a zap a while back that imports a CSV file from email attachment, parses it with utilities and then uploads the necessary data to a variety of back-end integrations. I need to change the trigger from email to dropbox per new requirement, and getting a weird read error when trying to import the file into the formatter step. When choosing the option: “File (exists by not shown)” I get the following error: Formatting data failedThe app returned "Access Denied".When choosing the option “Direct Media Link” I get the following error:Formatting data failedThe app returned "Error (404)".When choosing the option “Share Link” I get a successful parse of all the metadata, but not the actual data itself… So question: Which field should I be reading from and are there any specific rights on the file in order for it to be read by Zapier? I’m connected with the admin account for dropbox, so I can definitely see the file and the data within.
I had Zaps set up in my Google Sheets that were working fine for searching and updating rows. However, I recently added some columns to my spreadsheet, and now the 'Update Spreadsheet Row' step is not functioning correctly. I suspect the issue might be due to the newly added columns that didn't exist before. When I test the Zap, I receive the following error message: 'There was an error writing to your Google sheet. Unable to parse range: 'DATABASE'!' Additionally, I made the mistake of changing the name of the sheet.I have already performed a 'Refresh Fields,' waited for a day, ensured proper data mapping, but the issue remains unresolved. Hi, My spam trap is catching my zapier email forward. Facebook Lead Form > Email by Zapier> (gets caught in spam trap) > My inbox My spam software for my email server says it will allow it through the spam trap if you get rid of the spammy Unsubscribe link at the footer. Now I know emails should have an unsubscribe. But this is an automation set up by myself and i’ve chose the receveing email. Why would Zapier need to include an unsubscribe. I need to get rid of this to allow my the zaps to go straight through to my inbox. is there a way to get rid of the unsubscribe button or redirect to our unsubscribe link. Can anyone help me.

It seems that the Zap works, but in Systeme.io it doesn’t save the Tag added on the contact.I saw a similar thread here: and I think this bug is still not resolve from the Zapier team.
