I wanted a zap that ensured that a message sent to channel A is then sent to Channel B and C as well. I was able to do this but now the message that is sent to its thread, wont go to channel B & C as thread message but a separate message
Thread replies in Channel A not threading in Channels B & C, posting as separate messages.

Sorry to hear that the Zap is no longer copying messages to the other channels. Can you share some screenshots showing what fields and settings have been selected in the Action section of the Slack actions that should be posting those messages into a thread in the different channels? I’d like to take a look at that the setup to see if there’s anything on the setup that might be preventing them from being added as expected. Please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing.
