Google Calendar events limited in Zapier: Unable to load more for Kajabi form connection

I have a zap that invites someone to a google calendar event when a form is submitted in my kajabi account. I have made many of these connections and they have all worked, until now. When I try to connect the Google event only three events are popping up and I don’t have the option to load more (it is greyed out) so the event I want to connect is not available. How can I load in more google events to choose from or what is the work around?

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode?

Which GCal Zap app action are you trying to use? (screenshots)

Hi @kwhvug! 🙂

It’s been a while since you posted here, are you still having issues in accessing the desired events from your Google Calendar? 

If so, it might be worth reaching out to our Support Team to flag this as a potential bug. You can do that using the form at the bottom of the page here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help (select the Report a bug or request a feature option)

In the meantime, perhaps you could try adding a Find Event Google Calendar action to the Zap to search for the missing event. That search action could use information from the Kajabi trigger to ensure it locates the correct event each time it runs. Then in Event field on the Add Attendee/s to Event action you’d select the Custom value option and choose the ID field from the Find Event action:

Or if attendees need to be added to the same event each time you can manually type in the ID for the event and get rid of the Find Event action once you’ve used it to obtain the ID.
