Active Campaign Zap issue: Missing "Contact ID" for tagging in WooCommerce order

Hi everyone,

I am new to Zapier and i hope you can help me:

I want to create a ZAP, where a customer buys a product on my website.
Then this customer should get a TAG in Active Campaign, that the product is bought.
 

  1. Order WooCommerce
    2. Only continue if...line items contain product ID
    3. Add Tag to contact in AC

    Number 3 is not working cos of the missing contact ID in the Action Step of AC.

    But i don´t know any contact ID.
    What ID do i have to put in there?
    Does anybody know by any chance?

Hi @Soulfamily 

If you know the ActiveCampaign Contact already exists, then add this Zap action: ActiveCampaign - Find Contact

OR

You can use this Zap action: ActiveCampaign - Add/Update Contact

How things are progressing on this? Did using either a Find Contact or Create or Update Contact ActiveCampaign action as Troy suggested solve things for you here?
