I have problem with Credit Repair Cloud zaps

Im the only one thats is having problems with the trigger of credit repair cloud? I have a trigger that when i add a new client, i created an opportunity in Go high level, i make the test and it runs properly, but when is on, i make a try to use my automation, is not working, can some one help me

To give more context, can you post screenshots with how the Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode?

NOTE: Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan to be turned ON.
