Our Zap is triggered through “Schedule by Zapier” trigger that should run Daily once.

Here’s how we’ve configured it.

 

But, strangely, the Zap is triggered 4 times at the exact same time.

And, we’ve seen this happen on multiple days.

What could be the reason and a possible fix for this problem?

The issue with Zapier running multiple times may be due to duplicate Zaps, incorrect trigger event settings, or a time zone mismatch. Check your dashboard for duplicate Zaps, verify that the trigger event is set to run once daily, and ensure the time zone settings align. Also, review the Zap History for any errors.

Thanks for your response. I've verified that there are no duplicate zaps and the trigger settings is also correct. 

How do we check timezone settings for this one?

What are the other steps in the Zap? (screenshots)

If it uses the Looping app, then there will be 1 Zap Run per loop iteration.


Thanks @Troy Tessalone You’re right. I indeed did have a “Looping by Zapier” action

And, for every loop, it shows 1 Zap run in history. Appreciate your help with this.
