I am creating a new item in Zoho, and it's successfully being created as a product in Shopify. However, the stock is not being updated. What trigger should I use to fetch the stock in Shopify? The "Update Inventory Item" trigger is not working. Can anyone help?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Configure” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

I just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on, did you get things solved on your own? 

If so, would you be up for sharing some details on what the solution was? This would be a great help to others coming across this thread in future! 🧡

And if not, perhaps you could use a search action to find the current stock amount for a specific product? Both the Find Product by Title and Find Product Variants by Title (With Line Item Support) search actions for Shopify appear to have an inventory quantity field.

In terms of updating the stock amount for a Shopify product, the Update Inventory Quantity (with line item support) action should allow you to update the amount for one or more products. Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction.
