Hi! creating a new zap, but suddenly, some of connected pages disapeared in Facebook leads! Everything is connected and in old zaps working, but can't create new ones!

I did some checking on this end and it appears you’re running into a bug with the Facebook Lead Ads app where some pages do not appear in the dropdown menu. We can’t make any promises as to when it will be fixed, but I’ve added you to the list of folks being affected by this issue. This helps to increase it’s priority and allows us to send you an email notification as soon as it’s been resolved.
 
In the meantime, there is a workaround reported where entering the ID for the Facebook page allows it to be selected.

To do that you’d select the Custom tab, and then enter the ID for the page directly into the Page field:

If you’re not sure what the ID for the Facebook page is, you can find it under the Manage Page Admin section for the page (https://business.facebook.com/settings/pages/). For example:

I tryd custom field, but that also did no t work. But after two days  all was ok and I was expecting that the problem was as you described. So, yes ewerything is ok. THANKS!

Just wanted to circle back in here to confirm that the bug affecting the Facebook Lead Ads app, where some pages do not appear in the dropdown menu has since been closed. 😁🎉

That said, if you run into any issues with not being able to select the necessary Facebook pages do let us know!

Hi, yesterday everything works, but today i can’t see ANY of my facebook page. The “load more” button is gray and refreshing didn’t works.  Even duplicate existing, running zaps with the same page isn’t work.

I wonder if it might also have caused issues in being to load the Facebook pages. 🤔

That incident has since been resolved so can you try loading the pages again to see if it works now?

Hi  @SAMB, My ZAPS that was already running is fine, but once I go into en existing ZAP to the link Facebook pages nothing loads, the same as yesterday. I see the Zapier Status board says that the connections are being restored, but they are not fully confident that the issue has been resolved and are monitoring the situation. I cannot complete any new ZAP setups due not being to complete this step. Yesterday morning GMT+2 it was still fine.

We have the same issue. Needs to be fixed asap.


Quite typical they are on some sort of holiday when meta breaks down


The same problem. I can not see any of my FB pages and forms to add a new zap. The situation started yesterday.

This incident hasn’t been resolved! ALL my zaps where FB Leads is the trigger are down and not receiving data from FB.

It looks like the incident where there’s a delayed Zap triggers: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/14hckyhhmj58 has been resolved. However, we still have an ongoing incident where Facebook (Meta) is experiencing API outage.

Problem persists. I’ve tried EVERYTHING.

 

I can get Meta to work with make.com, but I don’t wanna move all my automation to a new provider.

 

Please get this fixed ASAP
