Getting an error with my Zap when testing stating Bounce: false
Hello all everyone, I am a bit lost.Following:I have created a Zap.Digistore → CRMI have chosen everything the right way.I did the test run and Zapier tells me: Bounce:falseThe test has arrived at my CRM but under: segments which I now try to figure out how it be transferred to the List.My question:Zapier tells me there goes something wrong, but can Zapier be wrong?Thanks a lot Arrow :-)

Right to left body and clocks for html
Hello everyone.I have been using HTML for my email automations, as I want to write in Hebrew- right to left. The basic option of the body for the email does not have this option. The problem is that when using HTML, I can’t add blocks of “user first name” or “date of purchase” etc… So when I have an email sent after purchase, or after course completion, I can’t customize it. So I would A) like to ask for a right-to-left option for simple body of email, and B) Like to know if there is a way to add these “blocks” into HTML. Thanks!!!
Creating Xero multi line invoice from Google sheet
Hi I have tried and tried reading and following guides but cant get there,I have a google sheet in each row is an invoice request with Name | email | Product 1 (quantity) | Product 2 (quantity) | Product 3 (quantity)| unique id | telephone numberI Have made it pull single line items into Xero ie pulls product 1 and match in Xero with product and as such I get a single line invoice that is correct but I cannot seem to do this for all the products requested ie multi line invoice.The google sheet does not have prices I need to link this as I have done on single line to the products in Xero Any help would be great
Post new Shopify product to Facebook not working
Hi allI have been trying to publish a post to my Facebook page when the product is created on Shopify.I am using my webpage link followed by the product handle, for example: https://www.bonsaitree.co.za/products/ and then insert the 1.Handle:1-5mm-anodized-aluminium-wire The post is published but it gives me a 404 error. So clearly I am doing something wrong with the link. I have looked on this forum and there is no previous instance of this issue posted. Please assist, many thanks in advance!Terry

Hi :) I’m loving Zapier and how it streamlines my process. I’m curious if there is a way to remove tags from a project in Asana? I use tags to filter projects and tasks and I would love a solution where upon completion of the project all tags are removed. Is this possible and I’m just not seeing the option?

Hi there! Having a hard time mapping fields from my Airtable forms into Pipedrive. Here is how I have it configured, using the ID’s from the org and person I created. Can Zapier create registrants for multiple Zoom meetings?
I am offering two workshops on Zoom on different dates. I am using Gravi ty forms for registrations, with a checkbox field to allow users to choose one workshop or both.The field label is “Select which workshop you wish to attend.” The choices are:Workshop #1 on October 13, 2022Workshop #2 on October 27, 2022People can select both workshops.Using the form submission as a trigger, I want my Zap to create registrants for the selected workshop(s). I have created two action steps: one for each workshop meeting on Zoom.I’m going in circles with the filter step. So my question is: is it possible for one Zap to do this? If so, how? Optional question: If the sample data is using “Workshop #2 on October 27, 2022,” does the filter reject a response of “Workshop #1 on October 13, 2022?”I don’t want to make people register twice if they want to attend both workshops.
Feedback - Webhook deduplication
Hi,Zapier Status (https://status.zapier.com/) says instant triggers were 100% reliable yesterday, but I have a webhook from Zendesk to Zapier which received some 500 Server Error as well as some 504 Gateway Timeout errors between 1pm - 1:20pm eastern time yesterday. That’s how it looks on the Zendesk side. In Zapier, the Zap with the webhook trigger actually triggered 3 times.The incoming webhooks from Zendesk included a Request Header titled X-Zendesk-Webhook-Invocation-Id which ideally should permit deduplication of requests in a situation like this. If Zendesk encounters a 5xx error and retries, but Zapier successfully processed the webhook trigger despite the error, then the next request bearing the same X-Zendesk-Webhook-Invocation-Id header should be responded with a 200 OK response to tell Zendesk it’s not necessary to keep retrying, but should not trigger the Zap.I understand of course that the X-Zendesk-Webhook-Invocation-Id header is not a standard header, is there any way t

I’m trying to create a Lead in Pipedrive using Zapier, and I have this error message : ‘provided dataset is not valid "label" is not allowed’I have no idea what ‘label’ refers to here as I don’t have a field in my Leads section in Pipedrive.I came across a post here from someone having the same problem. How to Send phone number from calendly booking to monday board?
Hi! I have calendly bookings and our monday board connected so that new bookings are populated in our monday board. The issue I am running into is trying to populate the new booking’s phone number into monday board. I tried using the response to the question option but in monday board it populates “What is your phone number?” instead of sending the phone number they wrote down. Any help would be much appreciated!

My customer is a money exchange office and we have the following challenge:We need to track how much money a customer has been exchanging in a given time, i.e. which total amount did he/she exchange within the last 30 current days. I also need to cross-check his/her current 30-days-spend at each exchange to trigger off some zaps.Has anyone found a solution or has a hint how to do it (all proposals, even outside of Zapier, are appreciated)? The excel formula is actually no rocket since at all, but integrating it in a zap seems to be a challenge...
Can I set up a path in a zap to check if an email already exists in Salesforce?
I’m testing out a zap, the intent is to take the information from a Hubspot form and create necessary records as a result (Business>Contact>Deal). *Deal is a custom object in our org, we don’t use Opportunities.What I am trying to figure out is if it is possible in the Zap to set up a path to check the submitted email on the Hubspot form against our Salesforce to see if it already exists. We have set pretty strict duplicate rules and as a result, if the email already exists, I want to use that existing Contact/Business record to create the Deal in. If it doesn’t exist then I want it to go ahead and create the business>contact>deal.
How to have Google Calendar change events to busy
My work has a system set up to automatically create events on my Google calendar and I have a Calendly account that lets clients know when I can take calls. The problem is that the new calendar events that are generated are marked as “free” but I want them marked as “busy” so that Calendly tells clients I’m unavailable at that time. I’ve tried multiple times but I can’t figure out how to set the Zap “action” to either 1) change the event that was just created to “busy” or even 2) change ALL my events on my calendar to “busy.” Either one would solve my problem and I don’t mind if all my events are set to “busy.” Anyone know how to do this?

Hi there, I am new to the Zapier community and hope to find a solution for the following setup I am trying to create: I run an Etsy shop that sells digital assets. Unlike most digital files sold on Etsy, my digital assets are unique, which means that whenver I receive an order, I send the buyer one digital asset from a depleting stock of inventory I have for that asset. An asset that has been sold to one buyer must not be given to another buyer anymore. Since Etsy does not have a feature that would allow for a depleting stock of digital inventory, I am trying to come up with the following setup that hopefully can be made possible via Zapier: I receive an order on Etsy. Hi all!I just started using Zapier, so I’m reasonably confident that I’m doing something wrong - still, I’m hoping somebody can point me in the right direction! I set up a Zap to automatically transfer all PDF attachments from my mailbox to a Drive folder. It appears to work alright as a Zap, but when attempting to use that Zap to transfer previous data, I get the following error message:There was a problem fetching your Transferb'Internal Server Error'I can’t find the b’Internal Server Error’ anywhere in the Troubleshooting section, so I figured it’d be at least worth a try to post here.Any help is very much appreciated!
