Honeybook only connects directly to Google Calendar so can I use Zapier to use the Honeybook Scheduling to connect to my Outlook Calendar? If not, is it possible to have Honeybook connect to Google Calendar, Zapier connect Google Calendar to Outlook Calendar? If so, would the worth flow work both ways? For example, if I make changes to my Outlook Calendar will it reflect in my Google Calendar to update the Honeybook Scheduling and vice versa?
Hi everyone, I’m trying to create a workflow by connecting Ceipal, but as soon as I enter my Ceipal creds and API, it shows error “authentication failed: The app returned “You don’t have enough permissions, please contact your administrator.”I tried sharing the same with Ceipal support but they said it’s error on Zapier’s end, so ask there.
How do I create a new Google Drive folder and upload photos from a Gravity Forms submission into it?
I am looking for some help on my zaps. I currently have connected to my zap account is gravity form from my website, my google drive, and slack. The goal is when a form submission comes in. The submission would create a new folder in google drive using the name field as the folder's name and upload photos submitted through the form. When a new folder is created, it will send a message to a Slack channel with the name of the folder + google drive link. The only part I have problems with is creating a folder and uploading the photo submission. So I am not sure if I got to add another step in between or what. This is the part I am lost on.
Hi,I’m using Email Parser by Zapier, to parse an email from Gmail.The parsing is working, but as I’m parsing an email field, instead of only parsing email@example.com it parses firstname.lastname@example.org (mailto:email@example.com). Hi everyone!I’m trying to set a zap that unenroll students from a bundle, a teachable feature that merge several courses in one princing plan.In the zap options there is only a “unenroll students from course” option, but I want zapier to unenroll from all courses in a bundle.A solution might be to add like 10 unenrolls zaps for every course in the bundle, but if I do that teachable will still count the student enrolled in that bundle.There is no way to address a bundle with zapier? Like by id, with a webhook or something else?
Encountering error sending files from elopage to Lexoffice. Error: The link with the document (pdf) ends with ?token=[digit and letter code].
The file could not be sent to lexoffice.The app returned "You need to login/register before you continue/Du musst Dich anmelden oder registrieren, bevor Du fortfahren kannst.".I connected and reconnected all accounts, elopage and lexoffice but it always shows this error when I test it. The link with the document (pdf) ends with ?token=[digit and letter code]. How can I run a successful zap?
Hi,I am trying to create a google calendar event bud the date ov the event is dependant on the data that returns from the Formatter step.For example if the day of the week that returns from the formatter is “sunday” than i want the event date to be thursday (the last business day in my time zone)but if the formatter returns “wednsday” than the event date should be tuesday (the last business day in my time zone).is that possible?
We off a series of seven or so eBooks for free as lead generators.The prospect select one or more of the available eBook PDF’s and submits a form.The form is a Gravity Form that creates a single field that shows the titles of each eBook selected as comma delimited items.We would like to use this list and attach each eBook to an email and send it back to the person who requested it.We can do it one at a time with “Conditionally Run” but would like to do it all in one email. Can anyone suggest a workflow to accomplish this?Thanks for any assistance!
Hello all,I have several Google Sheets sending data to Little Green Light. In the past few days I have noticed that they are being triggered in the middle of the night and sending duplicate data, even though no one in touching the files or updating anything. E.g. Facebook Upload Zap, Trigger: New or Updated Spreadhseet Row in Google Sheets.I paste Facebook transaction data into the spreadsheet, it sends new gift information to Little Green Light.But last night it triggered at 4:28 am, the night before it triggered at 4:01 am. Because the previously pasted data is still in there, it sent it all again. This is happening on another Google Sheet with the same format; ironicaly, it is NOT happening on a different Google Sheet with the same format, one that I created just a few weeks ago. Is there a way to prevent ghost triggers in Google Sheets?Thanks!Mollie
I am wondering if Zapier has this ability: Salesforce Asset Software version field updated → Compare to Google Sheets Lookup Current Software version → If Salesforce less than Sheets version → Create Case in Salesforce to update software. [Now I think that is possible, please correct me if I am wrong] I also need the inverse of above: Upon Google Sheets being updated compare to all same models in Salesforce and if Salesforce asset Software version is outdated create a case to update the software. Is this possible?
Hello! I’m trying to create a zap which takes leads from facebook lead ads to holded. The zap has four steps:New lead in facebook lead ads Find contact in holded Create deal in holded Find contact in google contactsBut when i test the different steps, there is a bad request error in the third step. I identified that zapier is taking another ID which is not the holded ID. This contact ID is not the same than the holded ID and i don’t know why zapier is taking that.
Hi there,Recently, our google drive privacy settings have changed. Now, with some of the zaps, I am receiving the error “The app returned "The user does not have sufficient permissions for this file.".”. This happens when using templates in the workflow. I have tried using the template on my own drive instead of the company drive, however this doesn’t solve the issue. Anyone here who has experience with this privacy error? Many thanks
I’m trying to create a Zap connecting Wix Automation to creat a Google Contact. Although I’ve attempted it probably 15 times, I cannot get Zap to connect to Wix. I get a “Something’s Wrong” message saying “We couldn't find an app with this redirect url. Make sure the redirect url matches the one assigned to your app. I have no idea what that means. All the tutorials show it just working. I can connect to the list of Wix sites and choose the correct site, but the next step is: SMART_ACTIONS.EXECUTE_ZAPIER_HOOK.titleConnect Wix Automations with third-party appsand it always fails. I have filled out the form to hear from Zapier. I contacted Wix and their support gave me a workaround to add a webhook to the automation, not using the Connect to Zapier button, as though they know it doesn’t work. It doesn’t add the App connnection. Google Contacts app is connectedHas somebody else had this problem and fixed it?
I’m trying to create a Zap that triggers when a new label is added to a card in Trello, but Zapier is consistently failing to find any testing data to set the zap up.Not only have I created multiple test cards with the label added to use for testing - I’ve tried it across multiple boards where there are a whole load of relevant labels that have been added recently. But for some reason, on any board or label I try, it’s saying it can’t find any data to use.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Trello card label triggers causing inconsistencies on Zapier - but this is the first time it’s completely failed to bring in any test data at all - very frustrating! Any ideas please?
Hello, I am trying to set up alerts in Slack when I have an appointment coming up in Google Calendar. I have the integration working and I’m on the Standard plan. I have my trigger interval set to 9 minutes - it will check Google calendar every 9 minutes then report if there’s an upcoming event. The issue is it’s sometimes 3 minutes late or 5 minutes late, but sometimes it works fine. I know this may be a limitation of the standard plan, but how do others handle this on the std plan? What’s the “sweet spot” ? Should I set my alert time to 15 minutes and have it scan every 9 minutes? What’s the best way to achieve this alert system? Thank you very much
I just wanted to clarify something that has caused me a fair bit of head scratching in hopes it will save other people some time.Zapier state that they support MongoDB - but this is not the case in any real sense. They only support versions up to 2.6 which was released in 2014 and where security support ended in 2016. I have suggested to their support team that they remove the connector from their list of supported apps as it simply isn’t true (unless you are running a dangerously out of version of MongoDB from over 8 years ago).
I want to build a Notion database by adding documents to a Google Drive. I have a couple questions. When adding the new item, the Google document’s ID field (unique to the document) is not available to be set. Normally would use this as the key to look up this item in the table. I want to Update my Notion Database table when a document get updated (name change, content change). Since I don’t have the document’s ID I was going to use the document’s title, this does not seem to work. Any tips? Never mind I was using older data UX issue

I am looking to set up Zap for creating a new user in Okta. The way my company sets up emails is by first initial and last name, so John Doe would be email@example.com. I’ve set the text formatter to break up a first and last name from a single cell into two separate cells. I am not sure how to take the J out of John, any one have ideas??
