I have a Sub-Zap where some arguments are going to be empty strings or null, but when trying to test, they come through in the Sub-Zap with a string value of “missing sample data”.All other references to this seem to have been marked resolved, but clearly it’s still an issue. Is this still an outstanding bug?

Hello!I have been testing out Zapier for a new order management app. Yesterday, I uploaded 147 rows with about 5 mapped columns from Excel into Zapier through my Zap. It showed that I had used 147 tasks (makes sense). Anyways, I then ran some tests after a few hours, and about 5 new rows were added throughout that course of time. I manually added one new row to the Excel spreadsheet, and deleted 2 previously imported rows from Airtable (app I am dumping info into) to see if they would be ported back in through my new update (so, likely 8 new rows total being imported). The Zap ran and it failed so I had to replay it and after I did that it said I had used 120 tasks?I am quite confused as to what counts as a task… Each individual mapped cell? Each row? For example, does it count A:2, A:3, A:4, A:5, and A:6 all as one individual task or is row 2 = 1 task, row 3 = 1 task, etc.? Would like to understand why this happened. Thanks!

Hi, I am using calendly to manage my bookings. Calendly only has STRIPE. I livein Holland and I need IDEAL which is the popular payment method here.I am trying to combine Mollie to calendly. However I am now stuck whne doing the test it says : The app returned "Order line 1 is invalid. Invalid amount value for field unitPrice.".I have been changing it from:75the price tag from calendly 1I just cant find the problem, has anyone been facing the same problem ? Or anyone that has the same need as I have and made it in a different way ? THanks
Hello everyone, Hope someone can help me with this.I am working on a flow to extract a file trough a download link from an email.The text will be "Click this link" that contains the link inside. I want to save the file from the link and upload to SharePoint.For now , i made a research from the forums , i made an Email Parser from Zapier , highlighted the Link from the examples that i sent to the parser emailbox but nothing made up unfortunately.Is this possible to do my request in Zapier ? Hello everyone. I have created my first zap to create a product on WooCommerce from Airtable. The first step is “New Record in Airtable” and the next step is “Create a Product in WooCommerce. I am stuck with Attributes. I have the following question:Do I have to create attributes and terms on WooCommerce manually? How do we add the attribute from Airtable table?I used Formatter by Zapier and it seems like the product will have attributes, but when the product is created on WooCommerce, attributes are not created or picked up. I have added a screenshot below.The following documentation does not help either. Hi Using instructions https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/18151892318861-Embed-a-chatbot-on-a-webpage and switch on restrict domain and enter allowed domain eg mydomain.com or www.mydomain.com. but this now restricts mydomain.com from using the interface and get chat-app-0e4efa.zapier.app refused to connect. If I switch off restrict domains it works. Does this work ok for other users ?
Hello, I went to work on a Zap today that has a step connected to our Zendesk account. We have a number of Zaps tied to Zendesk. This morning, I am not able to select our app connection called ‘Zendesk ITADMIN’ and when I look at the list of Zendesk connections I see mention of ‘Legacy’ as well as only one Zap connection. We have multiple Zaps that use Zendesk so that’s incorrect.Is this a case of Zapier making changes to the Zendesk app and I need to wait until things settle on the back-end? I believe I’ve noticed this type of thing before. Far from a great experience but if it eventually settles down, I can live with it. As of now, I’m stuck.
Hello!I have created an order management app through Airtable that tracks our open orders through their entire process. We import to Airtable through a Zapier Zap from an Excel file that was exported out of our POS system. We have a master key that comes out of our POS system and it is unique to each item in every single open order (each row is an item, not an order). Once the item status has been set to "Complete" I have it set up in Airtable to move to a "Completed Items" Kanban view.We need a way for Airtable, Zapier, whichever to recognize when the item has been invoiced (paid for, left the building). When an order is invoiced it will not show up in our "Open Customer Orders" Excel export from the POS system any longer. (Makes sense, of course.) There will be no master key to map to.My boss is wondering if there is any way to tell Airtable that this order has been "Invoiced" due to the fact that ALL Master keys under a given invoice number are set to complete. I have a simple two step Zap that worked well several months ago when we last used it.The first step is New Event in Google Calendar. (This step tests fine)The second step is Create Post in Wordpress.However it is now returning a 403 error on the second step:Failed to create a post in WordPressWordPress ran into an issue. I am trying to create a zap that will generate an invoice in square when an order is placed online.(we do retail and online with shopify) I created the zap and filled in all the fields correctly I beleive, but I am getting an error testing:Failed to create an invoice in SquareBargle! The optimal solution would be to create one generic zap which where used social media app can be dynamically set. Is possible to do with Zapier?I want to avoid developing (and maintaining) over 20 Zaps doing exactly the same logic - only difference is social media app.
Hi there,I have an automated generated spreadsheet and in one column I have a update google-docs-link within is an own templatestyle in german written. Now I want to have an english version of this template. I already tried the App pdf.co but they deactivated the PDF Translate Action. Now I am trying further options like for example DeepL but it didn´t work. I find this introduction but it is via airtable and not via a updated spreadsheet: Can you help me with options, ideas how I can translate a PDF or google-doc dynamic and getting out the same template like the origin?Many Thanks
The trigger for my Zap is a comment on a Trello card, then a search for a matter in Clio that matches the card name, then a note is created in Clio with the text of the comment from the Trello card. The zap works fine for Open Matters in Clio.However, the zap did NOT work for a Closed Matter in Clio.Is the problem that Zapier does NOT search Closed Matters in Clio? If Zapier DOES search for Closed Matters in Clio then I’ll know that the problem lies elsewhere.Thank you.
My Nextiva authentication keeps disconnecting every 24 hours. When I reset my password in Nextiva, I am able to connect to Nextiva in Zapier, but after 24 hours, it disconnects and won't let me in, even if I use the new password.PS: I can use the new password to access to the Nextiva app without issue. The issue is unique to Zapier.
I’m using python code to get calendar appointments so that I can use the output fields in the next step. However, the output is making the date itself a dynamic field. So the responses when choosing from the drop-down will be like this for example:11-29-202311-30-202312-1-2023The problem with that is that since they will always be different, I can’t select them because the next time I run the zap, it’ll be new dates. So I’m not even sure how to concatenate them or really do anything at all with the data. Is there a workaround for this? For example using some sort of text merge field instead of the dropdown or doing something with the python code?Here are some screenshots. Notice how the variables that can be selected and used in the next step are named with the date. So for example if I run this next week, it’ll be new dates, which means they won’t pull in.
Hello! I'm wondering how do I set up Zapier to send out an automatic fall behind messages to people on Slack who fall behind in the product or missions from Kajabi? So basically, we have products or mission on Kajabi and there are some folks who are being behind so we want to remind them of that. I'm not sure how to do this and if this makes sense but my idea is to trigger the automated message by the completion rates from Kajabi. When you click analytics on the Kajabi dashboard, and click on product progress, we can populate reports for each mission or product. So we could use that as a trigger (if that is possible) so that when the due date or the goal for a specific time has not been accomplished, we can send them automated message thru Slack. I tried to create an integration but the trigger seems to be set to assessments and can't read any data from our site.
Each day I have different meetings and I'd like to be able to see all of them at the start of the day, without needing to go to Google Calendar. I'm always in Slack, so I think that it would be handy to have a Slack message sent every morning at 8am with all of my meetings for the day in it. What would be the best way to do that with Zapier?
