When testing a Zap to send an email to a recipient in Hubspot, the email never gets to the user’s actual email address. It shows in Hubspot that it has been logged/sent, but recipient does not receive it. What settings should I check?

You can use a different app to send the email, but that app may require a paid subscription to that email service and just add another app to the mix, whereas upgrading to the HubSpot plan make keep it simpler overall.

Hello @Troy Tessalone@Liz_Roberts - Thank you both for your replies and suggestions. Actually, it looks like we need the marketing feature in Hubspot for it to work correctly. We are definitely open to any workarounds, if anyone has any.
